Abstract

Strategies and policies in a profit-oriented organization have a social mission (public service) that prioritizes customer service. The development of information systems and information technology will have an impact on increasingly competitive competition, this also applies in the world of education, especially for higher education institutions that are managed by the community (private), requiring managers to build and develop information systems to help business activities, achieve organizational goals. and services for stakeholders. Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) as a method or frame of reference for building an information architecture. EAP is an architectural planning method that is oriented to business needs which consist of data architecture, applications, and technology as well as an implementation plan of the architecture that has been created to support business activities for the achievement of an organization's mission. Abstract

STIE Kesatuan personnel information system is a problem of special concern in IBI Kesatuan HRD. This is with the ease and effectiveness in processing employee data such as employee data entry, editing employee data, searching employee data, reporting employee data either on screen or printed on paper. There are still many STIE Kesatuan who have not filled in data on manual paper, such as employees who have to fill out a leave form and wait for approval. So to overcome this we need a personnel information system that is better than the previous system, for now the employee information is only from Microsoft Excel and manual data. This study uses a system design implemented with the Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected end result is that the employee web-based information system can solve system problems that run more optimally in the employee data entry process. With this research, it is hoped that it can help IBI Kesatuan, especially HRD, to develop a management information system. Keywords: Information Systems, UML Diagram.

Abstract

Accounting is often expressed as the language of the company. Accounting systems are forms, records, procedures and tools for processing company data. A good accounting system is needed for every company, one of which is a cash receipt and disbursement system. Cash is one of the assets that has an important role in the development of the company because it is liquid. Based on the results of the study indicate that the accounting information system has an important role in the procedures for cash receipts and disbursements. Abstract

In this fast-paced era, the need for precise, fast, and accurate information is something that must be done. Effectiveness and efficiency should be carried out according to needs so that the information can be relevant to its users. Thus, the registration information system, which has been manual in agencies or organizations, can be changed to online with accurate and timely data. Likewise, the Tamansari Religious Affairs Office in Bogor Regency. The current marriage registration system at the Tamansari Bogor Regency Office of Religious Affairs is no longer in line with the current development. The current system does not use computers as data processing tools, the results are still not well structured. Especially for processing the data of the prospective bride and groom. In this system, what is processed is registration data, bridal data, guardian data, witness data, admin data, and other data. The problem that occurs at this time is that the processed data feels slow, the resulting report has to pass data collection several times. In the information system to fulfill this final project, we will explain how to design and build a web-based marriage registration information system. The tools used in designing this system are MySQL, Entity Relational Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, database application development tools use MySQL and the programming language uses PHP. From this application, the benefits of data processing of brides, guardians, witnesses, etc. will be automatically obtained. Abstract

This community service is focused on compiling and simplifying higher education materials to help increase competitiveness in this 4.0 industrial era. This research is motivated by the large number of high school graduates who cannot continue their studies at university with financial limitations. The objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity include: A). Create an online learning system or E-learning from the Pupilfirst.com Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) platform. B). Compile and simplify college materials. Because in this study, the process of making or designing the system was not made from scratch, the researchers only described the system design using a Mind Map and Use Case. The Matkul E-learning system was created with the Pupilfirst.com Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which is an Open Source LMS platform that focuses on online learning for students, and the researchers conducted testing using the testing method, namely Browser Compatibility.
