Abstract

Salah satu sumber informatika yang dapat diakses melalui websitenya secara online dan realtime. Dengan arsitektur client server, aplikasi web kini dapat menyajikan informasi yang dinamis. Salah satunya adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja ketua lingkungan (RT) untuk pengolahan data penduduk dan layanan surat-menyurat bagi masyarakat di RT nuansa hijau. Peningkatan populasi membutuhkan pembaharuan dari system yang lebih baik untuk membantu pengolahan data.sehingga pengolahan data dan layanan korespondensi dapat dilakukan secara berkala dan terus menerus, akurat dan efektif. Dalam jurnal ini menggunakan framework spring sebagai dasar platformnya dan untuk arsitektur kerangka ini menggunakan data akses objek (DAO). Kerangka yang memiliki keunggulan yang berbeda dari kerangka kerja yang lain, container ringan, inversi control, aspek berorientasi, dan penggunaan modul yang diperlukan. DAO mampu memberikan portabilitas untuk aplikasi beralih keberbagai jenis mesin database.

Abstract

Dimasa pandemi seperti sekarang ini, transaksi pembelian dan penjualan terhadap produk yang ditawarkan susah dilaksanakan karena adanya pembatasan interaksi sosial diantara manusia, yang mengakibatkan UKM sulit untuk menjual produk-produknya. Perkembangan teknologi informasi, terutama internet tentunya bisa dijadikan suatu media untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Keberadaan suatu sistem informasi berbasis website, diharapkan dapat membantu pemasaran terutama dalam penyampaian informasi produk dan harga secara detail kepada konsumen. Melihat kondisi seperti itu, maka perlu adanya suatu sistem informasi yang komunikatif berbasis web yang tentunya diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan terutama penyampaian informasi produk-produk unggulan UKM di kota Bogor. Abstract

Pada era globalisasi saat ini, penggunaan teknologi berkembang sangat cepat dan pesat diberbagai bidang. Kemajuan teknologi mengarah ke perkembangan lebih baik. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin banyaknya penggunaan teknologi informasi mulai dari pengguna smartphone, pc, laptop, console game, dll yang dalam penggunaannya juga menggunakan internet. Dengan mengunakan internet dimana dosen maupun sekretariat fakultas komputer dapat mengakses aplikasi sistem pengiriman dan penerimaan soal ujian dimana pun dan kapan pun. Selama ini fakultas komputer Universitas Bung Karno belum menerapkan pengiriman soal ujian secara online dan masih manual, dimana dosen menyerahkan langsung soal ujian kepada sekretariat ilmu komputer kemudian diserahkan kepada kaprodi untuk di validasi apakah soal sudah sesuai atau tidak. Ditahap pengarsipan soal ujian sering terjadi soal hilang atau tercecer. Untuk itulah penulis membuat skripsi mengenai Perancangan Aplikasi Sistem Pengiriman Dan Penerimaan Soal Ujian Berbasis Web. Perancangan aplikasi sistem ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan – permasalahan yang ada pada fakultas komputer, serta dengan penggunaan program dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada fakultas komputer. Perancangan aplikasi ini didukung oleh tools program UML (Unified Modelling Language) demi kelancaran pemahamannya. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Sistem, Komputerisasi, Teknik Informatika, Berbasis Web In the current era of globalization, the use of technology is developing very rapidly and rapidly in various fields. Technological progress leads to better development. This can be seen from the increasing use of information technology ranging from users of smartphones, PCs, laptops, game consoles, etc. which also use the internet. By using the internet where lecturers and the computer faculty secretariat can access the application sending and receiving test questions wherever and whenever. During this time, the University of Bung Karno's computer faculty had not yet implemented the sending of exam questions online and still manually, where the lecturers handed over the exam questions directly to the secretariat of computer science and then submitted them to the department to validate whether the questions were appropriate or not. The stages of filing exam questions often occur about missing or scattered questions. For this reason, the writer made a thesis on the Design of Application Systems for Web Delivery and Examination Questions. The design of this system application is the best solution to solve problems - problems that exist on the computer faculty, and with the use of the program can be achieved an activity that is effective and efficient in supporting activities on the computer faculty. The design of this application is supported by UML (Unified Modeling Language) program tools for the sake of smooth understanding. Abstract

Abstract

Salary Is a payment for the delivery of services performed by employees who work for one month. Payroll has a very important role. This is because the payroll portion concerns the survival of the company. To overcome the misappropriation of payroll and so that the payroll process runs well, a reliable and accurate payroll system and procedure is needed to determine the steps that must be taken during the payroll process and also to provide documents used in employee payroll. The purpose of this discussion is to find out how the payroll system and the civil servant payroll procedure at Kecamatan West Bogor of Bogor City as well as the documents used in the payroll The results of the discussion showed that Kecamatan west Bogor had carried out payroll systems and procedures well in accordance with the stages and applicable government regulations. Documents used in the remuneration have been done well, such as supporting documents on salary changes, hourly attendance cards, payroll, recapitulation of payroll, salary statements, and proof of cash out. The stipulations in the composition of salary payments can be justified to be used as a basis for the determination of the payroll system and procedures for providing employee salaries every month. Abstract

Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition is one of the most interesting research subject on computer science, especially in case of reading or recognition of objects in realtime from the camera device. Object detection has wide range of segments, in this study we will try to find where the better methodologies for detecting a text and human skin. This study aims to develop a computer vision technology that will be used to help people with disabilities, especially illiterate (tuna aksara) and deaf (penyandang tuli) to recognize and learn the letters of the alphabet (A-Z). Based on our research, it is found that the best method and technique used for text recognition is Convolutional Neural Network with achievement accuracy reaches 93%, the next best achievement obtained OCR method, which reached 98% on the reading plate number. And also OCR method are 88% with stable image reading and good lighting conditions as well as the standard font type of a book. Meanwhile, best method and technique to detect human skin is by using Skin Color Segmentation: CIELab color space with accuracy of 96.87%. Abstract

The utilization of Indonesia's electricity consumption every year continues to increase in line with national economic growth. This situation is a general description of every developing country, where the supply of electricity is not the fulfillment of the real needs of the whole but rather the ability to generate and distribute electricity to the community. Indonesia has a target to provide lighting or electricity to all citizens by 2020 or an electrification ratio of 100%, and by 2019, the government said the realization of the electrification ratio had reached 98.89%. This means that we have almost reached our target. To achieve this ambitious target, efforts have been made, including developing electricity infrastructure, such as solar power plants, to the 3T (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost) areas using the Special Allocation Fund (SAF). The existence of a smart home (smart home) allows users to remotely control parts of the house and set a schedule for activated smart home devices to help control costs and save more energy while providing added convenience and save time. So that it can save household electricity consumption and save energy. Mobile-based smart home efficiency modeling, based on temperature sensors, human movement, and light intensity sensors using a mobile-based microcontroller to help save electricity use and reduce global warming. By carrying out this research, it can facilitate community activities in controlling automation in smart homes to save electrical energy and reduce global warming. The Hardware Programming method is an approach method for designing the tools used. Kata Kunci: Mobile programming, Hardware Programming, Smart home.
