STIE Kesatuan personnel information system is a problem of special concern in IBI Kesatuan HRD. This is with the ease and effectiveness in processing employee data such as employee data entry, editing employee data, searching employee data, reporting employee data either on screen or printed on paper. There are still many STIE Kesatuan who have not filled in data on manual paper, such as employees who have to fill out a leave form and wait for approval. So to overcome this we need a personnel information system that is better than the previous system, for now the employee information is only from Microsoft Excel and manual data. This study uses a system design implemented with the Diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML). The expected end result is that the employee web-based information system can solve system problems that run more optimally in the employee data entry process. With this research, it is hoped that it can help IBI Kesatuan, especially HRD, to develop a management information system. Keywords: Information Systems, UML Diagram.

Accounting is often expressed as the language of the company. Accounting systems are forms, records, procedures and tools for processing company data. A good accounting system is needed for every company, one of which is a cash receipt and disbursement system. Cash is one of the assets that has an important role in the development of the company because it is liquid. Based on the results of the study indicate that the accounting information system has an important role in the procedures for cash receipts and disbursements. In this fast-paced era, the need for precise, fast, and accurate information is something that must be done. Effectiveness and efficiency should be carried out according to needs so that the information can be relevant to its users. Thus, the registration information system, which has been manual in agencies or organizations, can be changed to online with accurate and timely data. Likewise, the Tamansari Religious Affairs Office in Bogor Regency. The current marriage registration system at the Tamansari Bogor Regency Office of Religious Affairs is no longer in line with the current development. The current system does not use computers as data processing tools, the results are still not well structured. Especially for processing the data of the prospective bride and groom. In this system, what is processed is registration data, bridal data, guardian data, witness data, admin data, and other data. The problem that occurs at this time is that the processed data feels slow, the resulting report has to pass data collection several times. In the information system to fulfill this final project, we will explain how to design and build a web-based marriage registration information system. The tools used in designing this system are MySQL, Entity Relational Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, database application development tools use MySQL and the programming language uses PHP. From this application, the benefits of data processing of brides, guardians, witnesses, etc. will be automatically obtained. This community service is focused on compiling and simplifying higher education materials to help increase competitiveness in this 4.0 industrial era. This research is motivated by the large number of high school graduates who cannot continue their studies at university with financial limitations. The objectives to be achieved in this Community Service (PKM) activity include: A). Create an online learning system or E-learning from the Pupilfirst.com Open Source Learning Management System (LMS) platform. B). Compile and simplify college materials. Because in this study, the process of making or designing the system was not made from scratch, the researchers only described the system design using a Mind Map and Use Case. The Matkul E-learning system was created with the Pupilfirst.com Learning Management System (LMS) platform, which is an Open Source LMS platform that focuses on online learning for students, and the researchers conducted testing using the testing method, namely Browser Compatibility. An information system is a collection of information contained in a database using information technology models and media used in decision making within a company. In a company, information is something that is important to support the decision-making process by management. Every company or shop must be familiar with inventory or stock of goods. Inventory is the stock of goods which is usually related to the sales and purchasing departments. PT. Bayu Ardi Triyana is a company operating in the IT Solution sector which still uses manual methods to collect data on outgoing and incoming stock so that many errors can occur and result in stock differences between the written data and the goods in the warehouse. Therefore, a system for recording stock availability, incoming and outgoing goods is needed at PT Bayu Ardi Triyana to assist in its business processes. With the system built, it is hoped that it will be able to improve company performance. Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) is an analysis method that examines requirements from the perspective of classes and objects encountered within the scope of the problem that directs software architecture based on the manipulation of system or subsystem objects. OOAD is a new way of thinking about a problem by using models created according to concepts around the real world. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat, terutama dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, peningkatan pendapatan, dan penguatan ekonomi lokal. Namun demikian, dalam perkembangannya banyak UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam promosi dan pemasaran produk. Salah satu hambatan utama adalah belum optimalnya kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menampilkan produk secara menarik dan profesional melalui media digital. Keterbatasan dalam pembuatan foto produk serta belum tersedianya katalog digital yang baik menyebabkan promosi usaha belum berjalan maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan foto produk dan katalog digital menjadi penting sebagai salah satu strategi promosi berkelanjutan bagi UMKM Sentra Kuliner Ranggagading. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam membuat foto produk yang menarik serta menyusun katalog digital sebagai media promosi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, penyuluhan, diskusi, tanya jawab, praktik mandiri, dan pendampingan. Keberhasilan kegiatan diukur dengan membandingkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan, terutama dalam aspek pemahaman promosi visual, kemampuan pengambilan foto produk, dan kemampuan menyusun katalog digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menampilkan produknya secara lebih menarik dan komunikatif. Hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya pemahaman peserta mengenai teknik foto produk, penataan visual, penyusunan katalog, dan kepercayaan diri dalam mempromosikan produk melalui media digital. Jika kemampuan promosi visual dan katalog digital semakin baik, maka strategi promosi berkelanjutan UMKM juga akan semakin kuat di masa mendatang

This study aims to examine the influence of Word of Mouth and social media promotion through TikTok on consumers' purchasing decisions for Partner Wedding Organizer services. A quantitative approach was applied, with 78 respondents selected using purposive sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected via a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the quality of the measurement instruments. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that Word of Mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 2.998 and a significance level of 0.004. Similarly, TikTok promotion had a positive and more dominant influence, with a t-value of 5.440 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.600, indicating that both variables explained 60% of the variation in purchasing decisions. The F-test result was 56.198 with a significance level of 0.000, meaning the variables jointly have a significant influence. These findings suggest that TikTok promotions are more influential than Word of Mouth, highlighting the importance of optimizing social media strategies while still strengthening Word of Mouth to enhance competitiveness in the wedding service industry

Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming increasingly accessible to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through cloud platforms, generative AI, machine learning services, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled business applications. Yet technology availability does not guarantee organizational adoption or measurable business value. This study develops an integrative Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE) framework explaining how SMEs can convert AI adoption into operational efficiency and business performance. The study uses an integrative literature review combining foundational technology-adoption theory with recent peer-reviewed research on AI adoption and use in SMEs. The synthesis identifies five technological determinants—relative advantage, compatibility, technological readiness, data readiness, and security/integration; four organizational determinants—top management support, AI and digital capability, financial resources, and data-driven culture; and four environmental determinants—competitive pressure, customer demand, external ecosystem support, and policy/institutional support. The findings indicate that AI creates value not through adoption alone but through integration into business processes such as automation, analytics, prediction, personalization, and decision support. Organizational capability emerges as a critical conversion mechanism linking technological potential to performance outcomes. The study further argues that responsible AI governance, including human oversight, privacy protection, cybersecurity, transparency, and accountability, should be treated as a cross-cutting implementation condition. The resulting framework contributes to the SME digital-transformation literature by linking adoption antecedents with value-realization mechanisms and provides a practical roadmap for phased AI implementation in resource-constrained firms.
