Abstract

Denim Goods is a stores that have average sales of approximately 150 transactions per mounth with the average income per month amounted to sixty million rupiah. With a large number of transactions at stores, stores manager have difficulty in doing data processing which includes the recording of incoming goods, sales transactions, best goods selling transactions, purchase reports, sales reports and reports of clothes stock. During this time the store is still applying the manual system and still use the notes in the recording of sales. Based on these problems then created an application that consist of sales transaction, the purchase transaction and the reports. The existence of this application is expected to provide ease in the sales process in running its business. In addition, the manager of the stores will get the best-selling goods reports, sales reports, reports of the purchase, and reports of clothes stock.

Abstract

In the academic year 2014/2015 the government to implement the curriculum 2013 simultaneously to all schools in Indonesia. But in the academic year 2015/2016 as much as 94% of school back into the curriculum KTSP and 6% schools that still use the curriculum 2013. And in the academic year 2016/2017 increased 19% schools using the curriculum 2013. Emerging problems of schools that have not been fully used curriculum 2013 until the academic year 2016/2017 due for schools and teachers are not ready and are still difficulties in implementing curriculum 2013. the curriculum 2013 was developed in the modern era where sophisticated era of information technology. Administrative procedure of making the curriculum 2013 is designed to be operated using the information system. However there is no information system that assist schools in making administrative procedures curriculum 2013.From the above problems, then made a planning application daily learning and assessment for primary schools using the curriculum 2013 to assist and guide the teachers in designing lesson plans, create lesson plans and assessment in accordance with the daily lesson plan.Based on trial results, applications are made to assist and guide teachers in planning a lesson plan, lesson plan and make an assessment made daily according to RPP. This application can generate a calendar of education, analysis of effective days, the annual program, the semester program, learning schedule, basic competence mapping, setting KKM, RPP, and daily assessment. Keywords: Lesson Planning, Daily Assessment, Curriculum, 2013

Abstract

The failure rate acceptor Natural Family Planning (KBA) specifically calendar method is still high, cause there are a variety of factors. KBA principle used to determine the time of ovulation has also been applied by Muslims, Catholics and other religions that exist in Indonesia. Not only KBA alone, KB tool has also been applied to regulate births by all religious people in Indonesia. However, not all family planning tool used in Indonesia is approved by all religions. Permanent contraception, which trigger the prohibition of the use of contraceptives by the Islamic religion and the Catholic religion because already breaking the law (provisions) and religious laws.Solutions that can solve the problem, namely by the application of the determining woman's fertile period (APMS). APMS an application to determine the woman's fertile period is designed to use operation system (OS) android with methods of natural family planning (KBA). Operation System android is now more attractive to people because it can be reached by all circles.Analysis of the results of usability testing is performed by using a questionnaire based on ease of operations, accuracy of information and user satisfaction. Based test that directly tested usability testing to users expressed SIGNIFICANT application, so it can be concluded that this application has good usability and fit for use.

Abstract

The criteria number of decision maker sometimes become a problem. We can solve that problem using set of alternatives based on the criteria. Problems like this are often known by the term Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM). In this research will be appointed a case that is Determination of Winners of Library Competition At Badan Perpustakaan & Kearsipan Province East Java. The search for weighted values is done through an objective approach. This study is done by finding the value for each criterion, then done ranking to determine the optimal alternative.

Abstract

Abstract: PT. Indonesia Japan Medical Instrumentation (PT. JIMI) in collaboration with several health centers in Indonesia, such as by a clinic in Tulungagung and Klinik Catur Warga (KCW) in Mataram. Cooperation of both sides of the related procurement of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). PT. JIMI as an investor MRI and KCW as a user and the owner of the asset. Joint Operation between PT. JIMI and KCW requires KCW applied to report the amount of MRI usage and the income derived from the operation of the MRI. KCW reported it every month. PT. JIMI as investors need to anticipate the possibility of fraud in reporting is done KCW.  Cheating in question is related to the amount of data manipulation tool use MRI and income derived from the operation of the tool. In case of manipulation of the data in the report will have an impact on the results received nominal PT. JIMI. So that would inhibit PT. JIMI as soon as possible to restore the initial capital they have invested. Of the possibility of reporting fraud committed KCW, PT. JIMI need for monitoring directly related to the operation of the MRI theirs. Based on the description above problems, then made a telereporting clinical applications integrated with PACS and Medview® Medview® existing Cloud. Telereporting clinical application consists of two parts, namely the Report Server and Report Client. Report Client side access patient data stored MRI examination results in Medview® Cloud. Report Server to access the database side Medview® PACS based on log data and patient examination data.

Abstract

Construction project management planning will require manpower requirements, the calculation of labor cost budget, number of employees, the arrangement of activities and time required to complete each activity. So far, only managing assessments of workforce needs. This is because of the experience and do not know the technical calculations in calculating labor costs. As a result, the project failed and declining consumer confidence.Handling solutions to create budget planning application labor costs in building construction projects. The system is built to calculate the labor requirements, needs labor costs, and time required to complete the project.This application generates information report labor cost budget plan, the amount of manpower needs, and schedulling of the project. Based on the result of experiments performed, the application can help the process of planning manpower requirements, and planning labor costs in building construction projects.

Abstract

Bapersip has eight areas that support business processes. Three areas of the recording process business using Online Transaction Process (OLTP) and Excel. Five other areas recording business processes using excel. Each month, business process data is processed by the areas to be reported. The process of making a report to transfer data from the source OLTP excel and to form reports manually. The data transfer process allows the human error such as redundant data and their data is not recorded in the report, so potentially resulting in inaccurate reports. Reports generated from the OLTP library service areas on Bapersip subfield SUNGRAM not fulfilling the needs for analysis. The solution to Bapersip problem is reporting and OLAP applications. Reporting application will help each area to create a report and eliminates the risk of human error by taking and processing the data from the source. OLAP application used to fulfill the needs of analysis using patterns based on the information you want displayed by SUNGRAM subfields.
