Abstract

Mass media has had a huge impact on the history of human life. The Indonesia Lawyers Club (ILC) talk show hosted by senior journalist Karni Ilyas is rumored to have stopped airing. This drew a response from various politicians including opposition politicians who were very sorry for not re-airing the event as a forum for democratic aspirations that were sufficient transparency in the show to the public. The purpose of this study is to find out the state of democracy in Indonesia through the media of criticism by analyzing how perspective through the perspective of narrative analysis of statements of opposition party politicians regarding the dismissal of Indonesian Lawyer Club shows on TV One in addressing the issue of Indonesian democracy. The method used in this study is with a qualitative approach with a narrative analysis framework method by analyzing the content of news. The results stated that Fadli revealed this news is sad news and bad news for democracy. Because there are currently very few platforms that provide freedom of expression. In conclusion, fadli's allegations were corroborated by Karli Ilyas' answer to Mahfud MD's question about intimidation in various directions. At the same time, the mass media plays an important role in functioning the democratic government to the people.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sungai Besar sebagai bagian dari wilayah Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan, memiliki kasus positif yang cukup tinggi untuk lingkup Kota Banjarbaru yaitu berjumlah 1.231 jiwa. Hal lain adalah adanya pandangan negatif terhadap vaksinasi Covid-19 dalam masyarakat. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis seberapa besar faktor karakteristik inovasi berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat dalam program vaksinasi satu sampai dengan booster Covid-19 di Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan; (2) menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh faktor saluran komunikasi terhadap minat masyarakat dalam program vaksinasi satu sampai dengan booster Covid-19 di Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan; (3) menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh faktor sistem sosial terhadap minat masyarakat dalam program vaksinasi satu sampai dengan booster Covid-19 di Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan. Peneliti menggunakan teori difusi inovasi oleh Everett M. Rogers dan berfokus pada elemen difusi inovasi dengan variabel terdiri atas karakteristik inovasi, saluran komunikasi, dan sistem sosial yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel berjumlah 100 orang, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan uji parsial dan determinasi koefisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel karakteristik inovasi berpengaruh positif dengan besaran sedang dan sangat signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam program vaksinasi satu sampai dengan booster Covid-19 di Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan. Variabel saluran komunikasi berpengaruh positif, besar dan sangat signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam program vaksinasi Covid-19 satu sampai dengan booster di Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan.Variabel sistem sosial berpengaruh positif, kecil dan sangat signifikan terhadap minat masyarakat dalam program vaksinasi satu sampai dengan booster Covid-19 di Kecamatan Banjarbaru Selatan

Abstract

This study discusses the role of preventif communication between the government and other components of the nation through the application of adaption of new habits in adolescent in an effort to accelerate the handling of COVID-19 againts the triggering factors, namely knowledge, attitudes of belief/belief, enabling factors; means infrasturture and factors driving the attitude and behavior of officers related to the implementation of the 5 (five) M health protocol. The research was conducted on students, the method used is descriptive qualitative research, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The number of informants is 10 (ten) men, aged 18-20 years. data sources are divided into three, namely: primary, secondary and tertiary data. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis and data interpretation are looking at the role of preventive communication by the government and other components of the nation. Based on data analysis, it was found that of the 3 factors in their application, all of them have been applied. Only on the answer to when to replace the mask the answer is still diverse and not in accordance with the right concept.
