Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi Desa wisata Lok Baintan, Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk, Kabupaten Banjar adalah banyaknya tumbuhan eceng gondok yang mengganggu transportasi sungai dan merusak keindahan sungai. Peserta sudah dapat membuat kertas dari eceng gondok, namun dalam prosesnya terhambat saat penjemuran karena bergantung pada matahari. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya program ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra yaitu mampu membuat kertas maupun kreasi tanpa bergantung pada matahari pada saat penjemuran, membentuk manajemen produksi yang baik serta pemasaran yang tepat sasaran. Metode dari program ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan: (a) diskusi group, dengan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok karang taruna dan Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Perempuan serta membuka kesempatan masyarakat lain untuk dapar ikut program ini; (b) melakukan Pendidikan dan pelatihan pengolahan eceng gondok menjadi kertas kreasi; (c) desiminasi teknologi oven kertas kreasi; (d) melakukan manajemen produksi dan pemasaran. Hasil dari Program Pengembangan Desa Lok Baintan adalah: (a) meningkatnya peserta hingga 75% dari peserta yang ada; (b) peserta mampu berinovasi mengolah eceng gondok menjadi kreasi kertas seperti hiasan dinding, lukisan, tempat alat tulis, kota tisu, kupu-kupu, dan buku catatan; (c) peserta manpu menggunakan teknologi oven dalam mengeringkan kreasi kertas sehingga tidak tergantung pada matahari dalam proses penjemuran; (d) peserta mampu memasarkan produk hasil kertas kreasi dari eceng gondok.

Abstract

Desa Lok Baintan, Kecamatan Sungai Tabuk, Kabupaten Banjar merupakan Desa yang lebih dikenal dengan Pasar Terapung. Desa tersebut merupakan ikon dari Kalimantan Selatan yang dikenal hingga manca negara. Ketenaran desa terebut tidak diimbangi dengan keadaan Desa yang banyak tumbuh eceng gondok yang mengganggu transportasi sungai dan merusak keindahan sungai. Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Ditahun ketiga PPDM fokus pada menciptakan agen perubahan dan teknologi informasi komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah diskusi kelompok terarah, pemberdayaan dan kontinum relationship dengan 48 peserta. Terdapat tiga katagori pada program PPDM, pertama, menciptakan agen perubahan yaitu menciptakan tutor/pelatih yang memberikan pelatihan ke desa lain yang memiliki permasalahan yang sama yaitu maraknya eceng gondok. Hasilnya terdapat 6 orang yang menjadi agen perubahan. Kedua teknologi informasi komunikasi melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce, hasilnya terdapat 28 peserta memiliki account e-commerce. Ketiga memiliki website dan pengelolanya, hasilnya terdapat website kresilung.com dan 4 orang sebagai pengelola website.

Abstract

This study aims to, prove significant influence motivation partially on employee performance, proving significant effect partially to the Work Environment Employee Performance, and prove the significant influence of Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously against South PT.Tanjung Employee Performance Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan.Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression equation .Populasi in this study were all fixed karwayan South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan .Sampel research as much as 67 .Pengujian partially Variables Influence Motivation (X1) the Employee Performance is equal to 17,182, thus, the hypothesis that motivation berpengauh positive and significant impact on Employee Performance South PT.Tanjung Makmur Jaya South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Working Environment Variables Influence (X2) to the environment variable t value is equal to 9,785, thus partially the environment has a significant impact on employee performance South PT.Tanjung Jaya Makmur South Kalimantan proved acceptable. Effect of Motivation and Work Environment Variables simultaneously towards employee performance with the result of 178,391 F count larger than F table 3,140, thus simultaneously Motivation and Work Environment positive and significant impact on Employee Performance PT. South Tanjung Jaya Makmur South Kalimantan proved acceptable.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The aims of this research were to: 1) describe  education and training program of employees’, 2) describe employees’ job performance, 3) find out the education and training program variable’s could be increasing to employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district.         This research was done by using the explanatory approach which is a research approach to explain the causality or contribution of independent variable toward dependent variable through the argumentation of hypothesis way.         The descriptive result of the research showed that the PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district still can be categorized in good condition.         While the inferential result of this research showed that education and training are influence toward employees’ job performance at PT. Inhutani II Kotabaru district .         For suggestion, the results of this research are expected not only to give academic contribution for the improvement of human resource, especially as a comprehension toward employees’ behavior in organization, but also to be an input for the users especially for the management section in PT. Abstract

To improve employee performance, it is necessary to have a good and right human resource planning, so that human resources in an institution really have the capacity and competence in accordance with what is needed by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant effect of human resource planning and competency on the performance of employees in Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru foundation. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a significant effect of human resource planning and competency on the performance of employees in Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru foundation. The type of research used is Explanatory Research, using quantitative methods. The samples used were 63 employees at Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru Foundation, the data collected using questionnaires, the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, with the help of the SPSS For Window 24 program.Partially HR Planning does not affect the performance of employees because the t-value of -0.842, because t count> t table (1.96) is -0.842 <1.96, then H0 is accepted H1 is rejected. Which means that Human Resource Planning does not affect the performance of employees at Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru Foundation. And with a significance value of 0.403> 0.05.Whereas Competence has a significant effect on the performance of Darul Hijrah Puteri Banjarbaru foundation employees with t count of 3.694, because t count> t table (1.96) which is 3.694> 1.96, then H1 is accepted H0 is rejected, which means that competence has a significant effect on performance Employee of Darul Hijrah Female Banjarbaru Foundation. Simultaneously (F) shows F count of 7.119 with significance of 0.002 thus Fcount> F table, which is 7.119> 5.608, then H0 in H1 is accepted, meaning HR planning (X1) and Competence (X2) has simultaneous influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze the significant influence of profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy partially or simultaneously on firm value. The sample used in this research was Industrial Services in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2015 as many as 28 companies taken by using purposive sampling technique. Hypothesis testing of research using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 21 for windows programs. This research found that: (1) profitability has significant influence partially  on firm value; (2) investment opportunity set (ios) has significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) leverage has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (3) the dividend policy has no significant influence partially  on firm value; (5) profitability, investment opportunity set (ios), leverage and dividend policy have significant influence simultaneously on firm value with influence value of 46.7%.

Abstract

 Customer satisfaction is a very important factor in a business field including a non-profit business. One of the factors causing customer satisfaction in service businesses is the quality of service. With the existence of service quality factors, it is expected to increase customer satisfaction. Identifying the dimensions of service quality is certainly a very important thing in an effort to satisfy customers. Therefore this study seeks to build a dimension that has been mentioned in various literatures of course with some adjustments. This research was conducted at the Higher Education organization (non-profit) which aims to serve students. The dimensions used are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The analytical method used is to use factor analysis using the Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. This research is a pilot study (pilot-test) involving a sample of 82 master students. The test results show that the responsiveness indicator is not able to explain the service quality dimension variables. Keywords: Service Quality, PLS, postgraduate, pilot-test, satisfaction

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is profoundly affecting the way of consumer buying. Firms are therefore challenged to be more reliant on technology as many consumers have turned into protection mode and do anything remotely. While the usage of technology has offered flexibility and simplicity, it has also exacerbated the technostress issue. This study was conducted to understand and examine technology usability and presenteeism that influence technostress during the COVID-19 pandemic situations. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the perceptions of technology characteristics and techno-stress among marketing employees. A total of 262 respondents that classified as marketing employees that are experienced “working from home” during the pandemic, were collected and analyzed by using Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The results suggest that technology usability has positive influences on techno-complexity and techno-insecurity. Moreover, the negative influences of presenteeism on techno-overload and techno-insecurity were also proved in this study. Interestingly, marketing employees do not see their hyper-connectivity with technology implemented by the company impact their workloads and worries as they consider the current radical changes only temporary and will only last during the pandemic.

Abstract

This paper aims to obtain empirical evidence of the impact of dividend policy decisions on sharia share prices. An exploratory investigation on 26 selected firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange's Jakarta Islamic Index with the criteria of reporting complete financial statements for the 2014-2018 period. The secondary data were examined with 130 data and then processed using SPSS 23 packages, which were then included in the analysis using standard regression. The investigation's findings provide empirical evidence that dividend policy decisions have a significant effect on sharia share prices. This study provides a theoretical contribution to a limited study that explores dividend policy with Islamic share prices in the context of the stock exchange. In practice, this research provides significant insight regarding the dividend policy that the company decides to increase the effectiveness of financial management in the context of a company that is considered to have sharia shares on the stock exchange, considering that the company's business success can increase the economic growth of a country.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the utilization of information technology on employee performance and the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance partially and simultaneously at The Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banjarmasin City with 64 respondents. By using the Multiple Linear Regression test, the results of research show that the utilization of information technology on employee performance has a significant value < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the variable of utilization of information technology partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise the variable organizational commitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance, the variable of information technology utilization and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Banjarmasin City.
