Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of multimedia-based Islamic Religious Education learning in improving students' understanding at SMPIT Ismul Azhom. Multimedia-based learning utilizes various digital media such as videos, animations and presentations to deliver PAI material in a more interactive and interesting way. With this approach, it is hoped that students will understand the concept of the Islamic religion, which is sometimes considered difficult to understand if it is only conveyed verbally. The research used quantitative methods and experimental design, with two different groups, with several methods using experiments carried out with the help of multimedia while the control was conventional. The research sample consisted of 30 class VIII students at SMPIT Ismul Azhom. Data collection was carried out through tests before and after the material and giving questionnaires whose aim was to measure students' responses to the use of multimedia in learning. The results of the research were to increase the understanding of the experimental group using multimedia-based learning. Statistical analysis using tests shows differences in students' comprehension scores before and after being assisted by multimedia devices. Apart from that, the majority of students responded positively to multimedia in PAI learning, feeling that they understood more quickly and made the lessons interesting compared to traditional learning methods. So from this research, it can be concluded that multimedia-based PAI learning is effective in increasing students' understanding at SMPIT Ismul Azhom.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is the role of Maqashid Sharia in forming a moderate mindset that respects diversity and maintains a balance between personal and social religious beliefs. In the perspective of Maqashid Sharia, religious moderation does not only include aspects of religious formalities, but refers to the main goal of sharia, namely the benefit of the people. Maqashid Sharia emphasizes five main principles: (hifz al-din), (hifz al-nafs), (hifz al-aql), (hifz al-nasl), and (hifz al-mal). This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on the analysis of Islamic texts related to the concept of religious moderation. The main data sources of this research consist of classical and modern literature derived from the works of scholars such as Al-Ghazali, Al-Syatibi, and Yusuf Al-Qaradawi. The results obtained in this study are that the concept of religious moderation in Maqashid Syariah provides an overview that Muslims can avoid extremism and intolerance, encouraging the creation of a peaceful and inclusive society. In Indonesia, as a diverse country in terms of religion and culture, the application of religious moderation values from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah is very relevant to strengthen national unity and unity. The implications of this study reinforce the concept of religious moderation as part of Maqashid Shari'ah, which emphasizes balance in religion to maintain the sustainability of a harmonious social life, this research enriches the study of the relationship between moderate Islamic teachings and national values, reinforcing the narrative that Islam and nationality are not two contradictory things.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the extent to which Shariah values can be integrated into the current inheritance system and the challenges faced in the process, such as differences in interpretation, gender equality, and adaptation to state law. The integration of Shariah values into the modern inheritance system has become a significant issue in efforts to establish a fair and relevant governance of inheritance amidst social change. This study highlights the sustainability aspects of a Shariah-based inheritance system and its challenges, such as legal pluralism, cultural resistance, and the complexity of interpreting religious texts. Gender equality is a central issue in discussions of the modern inheritance system based on Shariah. Although Islamic law provides mechanisms for asset distribution designed to protect women's rights, traditional interpretations are often viewed as insufficient in supporting equality. This challenge calls for the reinterpretation of Islamic inheritance law aligned with the principles of maqasid al-shariah, namely justice, the protection of human rights, and social welfare. Moreover, cultural barriers are a significant factor influencing the sustainability of Islamic inheritance law implementation. In some societies, local customs often conflict with Shariah rules, creating tensions between religious law and cultural practices. In this context, a contextual approach and intercultural dialogue are necessary to create harmony between the two. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach with normative and empirical legal analysis. The findings indicate that the integration of Shariah values contributes to the creation of an inheritance system that is fair, inclusive, and relevant but faces challenges such as cultural resistance, legal pluralism, and the dynamics of Shariah interpretation. Abstract

The Islamic inheritance system is founded on principles aimed at ensuring justice, balance, and sustainability in the distribution of inheritance assets. However, in the modern context, the application of Sharia values in inheritance systems faces various challenges, including social dynamics, changes in family structures, and legal regulations in different countries. This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges in harmonizing Sharia values with modern inheritance systems and explore strategies for their sustainability.The research method employed is a literature review using normative and comparative approaches, analyzing various inheritance models implemented in both Muslim and non-Muslim countries. The findings indicate that despite obstacles in implementing Islamic inheritance law, there are opportunities through flexible regulations, strengthening Islamic legal literacy, and contextual fatwa adaptations. On the other hand, major challenges include conflicts with positive law, differences in scholars' interpretations, and social resistance to inheritance distribution based on Islamic law.For sustainable implementation, it is essential to develop an inheritance model that not only adheres to Sharia principles but also adapts to modern legal and social realities. Therefore, harmonizing Sharia values within the modern inheritance system requires an inclusive and solution-oriented approach that holistically considers legal, social, and economic aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education in the formation of Muslim personality among MTsS At-Taqwa Setu students. Islamic religious education has a strategic role in shaping attitudes, behaviors, and religious understandings that are in accordance with Islamic values. The main focus of this research is how PAI can be an effective medium to build the character of students who have faith, piety, and noble character. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with a case study method, involving observation, interviews with PAI teachers, and documentation of learning activities at MTsS At-Taqwa Setu. The results of the study show that PAI plays an important role in shaping students' personalities through the teaching of noble moral values, teacher examples, and extracurricular religious activities. Effective implementation of PAI is able to encourage students to develop resilient and adaptive Muslim personalities in daily life. This study suggests the improvement of innovative and experience-based teaching methods, as well as collaboration between schools, families, and the community in supporting the formation of students' character. The implication of this research is that this research can enrich the study of Islamic religious education as the main factor in the formation of the character and personality of Muslim students. Adding references for academics and education practitioners in understanding the relationship between Islamic religious education and the formation of student morals and ethics. The results of the research can be used by schools to improve the teaching methods of Islamic religious education to be more effective in forming a strong Muslim personality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation based on the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs (KMA) No. 450 in Indonesia, particularly in education and religious life. KMA No. 450 emphasizes the importance of applying the principles of moderation, such as balance, tolerance, justice, and respect for diversity, as an effort to foster harmony in a plural society. Religious moderation not only serves as a foundation in religious education curricula but also as a guideline in social interactions. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach by examining the document of KMA No. 450 and its supporting policies. The findings reveal that KMA No. 450 has a positive impact on shaping moderate attitudes among students and the community. The values of religious moderation taught through Islamic religious education help prevent intolerance and extremism while nurturing awareness of the importance of coexisting in diversity. However, its implementation faces challenges, such as resistance from certain groups and limited resources. The study recommends enhancing the dissemination of moderation values, providing training for educators, and developing curricula and teaching materials based on religious moderation. With proper implementation, KMA No. 450 has the potential to serve as a strategic guide in fostering peaceful and harmonious religious life in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of religious moderation at SDN Karangasih 13, Cikarang Utara, Bekasi. Religious moderation refers to a balanced approach that promotes tolerance, respect for diversity, and rejection of extremism in practicing religious life. Implementing religious moderation in elementary schools plays a strategic role in shaping students' character from an early age to live harmoniously in diversity. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study include teachers, students, the principal, and educational staff at SDN Karangasih 13. The results show that the implementation of religious moderation in the school is carried out through three main aspects: (1) Integration of religious moderation values into the curriculum, particularly in Religion and Pancasila Education subjects; (2) School activities that promote tolerance and inclusivity, such as joint celebrations of religious holidays; and (3) Instilling moderation values through school culture, such as mutual cooperation, respect for others, and dialogue among school members. However, challenges remain, such as differing understandings of religious moderation among parents and limitations in providing learning resources that support these efforts. In conclusion, the implementation of religious moderation at SDN Karangasih 13 has been well-executed through a holistic approach involving the curriculum, school culture, and extracurricular activities. Nevertheless, strengthening collaboration with external parties is needed to achieve more optimal outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran moderasi beragama dalam membentuk akhlak yang mulia, serta mengurangi potensi konflik sosial yang muncul akibat perbedaan pandangan dalam beragama. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan moderasi beragama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari umat Islam, dengan menekankan pada pentingnya sikap saling menghormati, menghindari ekstremisme, dan membangun hubungan sosial yang harmonis. Moderasi beragama merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan pada prinsip keseimbangan, toleransi, dan penghargaan terhadap keragaman dalam menjalankan ajaran agama. Dalam konteks Islam, moderasi beragama tidak hanya berkaitan dengan sikap toleransi terhadap perbedaan, tetapi juga dengan pengamalan ajaran agama yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai akhlak (moralitas) yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moderasi beragama yang berlandaskan akhlak dapat menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih damai, toleran, dan produktif. Oleh karena itu, penguatan moderasi beragama dengan prinsip akhlak yang baik sangat penting dalam upaya membangun kehidupan beragama yang penuh kedamaian dan kesejahteraan. This study aims to explore the role of religious moderation in shaping noble character and reducing potential social conflicts arising from differing religious views. Using a qualitative approach, the research analyzes the implementation of religious moderation in the daily lives of Muslims, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, avoiding extremism, and fostering harmonious social relationships. Religious moderation is an approach that emphasizes the principles of balance, tolerance, and appreciation for diversity in practicing religious teachings. In the context of Islam, religious moderation is not only about tolerance toward differences but also about practicing religious teachings that prioritize good moral values. The findings show that morality-based religious moderation can create a more peaceful, tolerant, and productive society. Therefore, strengthening religious moderation with a foundation of good moral principles is crucial for building a peaceful and prosperous religious life.

Abstract

The basic principle of the judge in the decision of the Supreme Court No.16K / AG / 2010 was borrowed which according to some heirs of non-Muslim thinkers of Islam inherited inheritance through borrowed roads. Their opinion as stated by Classical Islamic Scholars. The authorities must exclude part of the legacy of the person who died as proof of him even though he did not inherit it beforehand, based on the premise that the authorities must ensure the rights of people who have not been fulfilled. According to the legal system in Indonesia, the body will include being borrowed into the absolute competence of religious courts based on Law No. 7 of 1989 concerning the Religious Courts related to Law No. 3 of 2006 concerning amendments to Law No. 7 1989 concerning the Religious Courts. Judges who refer to the inheritance of Islam in Indonesia are conducted by judges in the religious court environment with the first absolute level of competence as mandated by law.
