Abstract

Abstract : Empowerment of human resources in the company right will result in an increase thecompany's ability to obtain and retain the best people in the field. Utilization of human resourcesmanagement right can also motivate each individual to perform the work in accordance with companyobjectives. No matter how modern technology is used, or how much money it is prepared, but without ahuman resources professional it all becomes meaningless.This study aims to determine whether Transformational Leadership and OrganizationalCommitment to Achievement employees working at PT Bank Sulawesi (Central Office). This study used aquantitative approach. The main variable in this study is Transformational Leadership OrganizationalCommitment and Employee Job Performance.In this study population of 252 respondents PT. Bank of North Sulawesi with a sample of 45employees. From the results of the data obtained through questionnaires and calculated with SPSS 19using the multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression has obtained significant data. Afteranalyzing the correlation and regression methods were then tested with hypothesis testing, in this case thehypothesis testing using t-test testing. In testing the t test assumed in transformational leadershipvariable count T <T table is -0.333 <1.682 on the variable X1, it can be concluded can not reject Ho. While onthe Organizational Commitment X2 reject Ho T count> T able and accept H 1 when T count <T able. Upon gettingthe T count tested significantly with Ttable for error level 5% test of 1,682. So based on the count T = 5.925 andT = table count 1,682maka T> T table = 5.925> 1.682.The results of calculation between Transformational Leadership and Organizational CommitmentAgainst Employee Job Performance with regression analysis showed that the TransformationalLeadership and Organizational Commitment influential Against Employee Job Performance In NorthSulawesi PT Bank (Central Office).Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Performance

Abstract

To increase the commitmen of organiztions, each organization would requirehuman resources potential. Therefore, the organization is done by various meansto find out thefactors that lead to influence on organizational commitment. In this case, there are two factors thathave been observed by researchers, i.e. : Person Organization Fit and The Characteristics of theindividual. This research aims to know the influence of the Person Organization Fit andCharacteristics of organizational commitment. Document obtained in this study are throughinterview with the Organization and dissemnination of the questionnaire on 60 employees, and usesthe approach of analysis Koefesien Multiple Linear Regression and Corelation. The results of thisreseach indicate Person Organization Fit and Characteristics of individuals collectively influenceon organizational commitmen. Abstract

Absract, The study is based on the bank's financial institutions are very strategic role in the economy of the country, to execute its role as an institution that serves the management of financial services to facilitate the efforts of the government program and the community in general. Collecting funds within the bank there are some products that are offered include: Current Accounts, Savings and time deposits. The research problems are: is how the development of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in PT Bank North Sulawesi? and the purpose of the study was to determine the development of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in a few years (the period). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, the data collection techniques of interview, observation and document. Which becomes a variable is the calculation of the amount of demand deposits, savings and time deposits in the last 5 years. Technical analysis of the data using linear trend analysis of time series approach. Results of the analysis showed above trend growth or increased demand deposits, savings deposits from the 2010 s / d in 2014 and forecast forward for the next 3 years of current accounts in 2015 will grow 13,238,058, 2016, 15,053,028, and in 2017 will berjumlah16.867.998 , for savings, 2015, 1269863, 2016 1547591, 2017, 1,825,318. and deposits in 2015, 11,610,185, 2016, 14,871,173, 2017, 18,123,156.Keyworsd : the development of demand deposits, savings and time deposits

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of human resource competencies to employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk. Branch Office Manado. The method used in this research is quantitative method by using correlation and regression analysis. The analysis showed that the competence of human resources have a significant effect on the performance of employees, as well as the regression coefficient of human resource competencies which meant that if the competence of human resources increased by one scale, the performance of employees will be increased by zero point nine one assuming factor other Factors unchanged. Thus, human resources competencies at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Branch Manado make a positive contribution to the performance of the employee.Keywords: Competence, Human Resources, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract.This research was conducted to find out how big the influence of Training human resources (HR) against work productivity of employees At PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Manado.From the results of the research note that the training of human resources (HR) has a very strong Influence and is an important factor to increased Employee Productivity, PT. PLN (Persero) Area of Manado.Where human resources Training have an influence of 86.8% Employee to productivity and 13.2% set by factors that are not in this meticulous research such as leadership, compensation, work environment, placement, and other variables. It can be concluded that the training of HUMAN RESOURCES towards significantly influential work productivity of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Area ofManado. This is because the Training of HUMAN RESOURCES is a strong factor to encourage morale or employee passion for placing certain activities in maximing the Productivity of work. Recommendations for the Management of HUMAN RESOURCES is maintained as well as improving the quality of training because training variables influence is dominant in affecting employee productivity, including through improvements in materials, methods and training tutuors so that employee productivity will increase. Abstract

The automotive sector is one of the sectors that contribute to the economic growth ofIndonesia. Job creation from the automotive sector is one of the solutions for the government inaddressing the problem of unemployment. On the hand the company in the automotive sector canachieve its goal of obtaining maximum profit. By earning the maximum profit of owners andcapital for the company’s operations can increase. Quality of work life is determined by thecompensation received by employees, the opportunity to participate in the organization, jobsecurity, work design, and the quality of interaction among members of the organization. Thepsychological dynamics of the quality of work life with organizational commitment is when thequality of working life of an employee is good then the organizational commitment will be high.Conversely, if the quality of working life is low then the organization's commitment will also below, causing a turnover in the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine whether thequality of work life has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Technical dataanalysis used in this study is the validity and reliability test questionnaire research, simple linearregression analysis and hypothesis t test. The population in this study were all employees of PTHasjrat Abadi branch of Manado which amounted to 138 people and the sample obtained byusing slovin formula and obtained as many as 58 respondents. Human as labor is the core orasset of every company, because man will be the one who will determine the role of otherresources that are included in the production process. The results showed that the quality of worklife positively affect the organizational commitment at PT Hasjrat Abadi Branch Manado andquality of work life significantly influence the organizational commitment at PT Hasjrat AbadiBranch Manado. In this studied only limited to the influence of quality of work life toorganizational commitment while other factors that also affect the organizational commitmentthat has not bee revealed how much influence. Hopefully in the next research can discuss otherfactors that have not been studied in this study.Keywords: Quality Of Work Life, Organizational Commitment
