Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of this research are to investigate and analyze the effect of work motivation, competency, and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the performance of the police officers working in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province. The method of research is descriptive and the how independent variables affect dependent ones, is reviewed. Therefore, our research is explanatory research. The number of populations employed in this research is 185 polices. The samples are taken based on random sampling method with the sample size 30% of the population. Therefore, the number of samples is 55 polices. The instrument of research is tested with validity and reliability test, and the data are tested with double linear regression. The research proves that the work motivation, competency and compensation affect simultaneously and partially to the performance of the police officers. The work motivation has the dominant effect on the performance of the police officers in the police department of Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah province.Keywords: work motivation, competency, compensation, performance.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dan menganalisis dampak dari motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja petugas polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan mereview bagaimana variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 185 orang polisi. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampel acak sebanyak 30% dari populasi, yaitu 55 polisi. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan data diuji menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompetensi, dan kompensasi secara simultan maupun parsial mempengaruhi kinerja polisi. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja polisi di POLRES Kapuas Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, kompetensi, kompensasi, kinerja

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengungkapan CSR dalam laporan Tahunan perusahaan terhadap harga saham dengan laba sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi dilakukan terhadap perusahan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2013 yang secara terus menerus melaporkan program CSR nya. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, kriteria sampel dipilih adalah semua perusahaan yang listing di BEI secara terus menerus selama periode Tahun 2009 – 2013 berjumlah delapan perusahaan. Analisis data terhadap Model Struktural menggunakan metode analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi Software SmartPLS versi 2.0.M3. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : (1) Pengungkapan CSR dalam laporan tahunan yang terdiri atas biaya pemantauan lingkungan, biaya pemantauan produk, biaya kesejahteraan dan biaya masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap laba perusahaan; (2) Pengungkapan CSR dalam laporan tahunan yang terdiri atas biaya pemantauan lingkungan, biaya pemantauan produk, biaya kesejahteraan dan biaya masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan, dan (3) Laba perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan atau laba (profit) tidak memediasi pengaruh pengungkapan CSR dalam laporan tahunan terhadap harga saham. Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Resposibility, Laba (Profit) dan Harga Saham

Abstract

Objective This study is to determine and analyze the significant influence of work culture, leadership patterns and work discipline simultaneously and partially on the performance of police members and to determine and analyze the dominant variables on the performance of police members at the Polres Tanah Laut Polda South Kalimantan Satintelkam. Population and samples 50 respondents were members of the Tanah Laut Police Intelligence Unit South Kalimantan Police. Data type quantitative with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that work culture, leadership patterns and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of police members, work culture, leadership patterns and work discipline have a significant partial effect on the performance of police members at the Tanah Laut Police Resort Police, South Kalimantan and leadership patterns have a dominant effect on the performance of police members at the Tanah Laut Police Resort Police, South Kalimantan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Education and Training, Compensation and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of Police Personnel at Polres Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. Sampling using the Yamane formula obtained the number of 84 samples as many as respondents. The research instrument through validity and reliability tests. Has fulfilled the classic assumption test which includes Normality, Heteroscedasticity and Multicollinearity. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis with the help of the SPSS computer program The conclusion is as follows: Education and Training (X1), Compensation (X2) and Organizational Commitment (X3) have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the Performance of Police Personnel (Y) at Tanah Bumbu Police, South Kalimantan. Education and Training (X1) has a significant dominant effect on the Performance of Police Personnel (Y) at the Tanah Bumbu Police, South Kalimantan. This is evidenced by the beta value of the Education and Training variable (0.432) which is greater than the Compensation and Organizational Commitment variables

Abstract

Study This lift relatedness between motivation, discipline and means infrastructure on Employee Performance of Employees Government with Agreement Government Work (P3K) Barito Kuala Regency In Marabahan City. Object study is visitors employee with Employee status Government with Agreement Work (P3K). Retrieval technique sample used with technique taking sample is total sampling, with amount sample study as many as 142 employees whose placement is in the Department of Education and the Department of Agriculture Food Crops and Horticulture Government Barito Kuala Regency, engineering analysis used is analysis regression multiple For know influence motivation, discipline and means infrastructure on Employee Performance. From the results analysis can known that : (1) There is influence in a way simultaneous between variable motivation, discipline and means infrastructure to performance Employee Government with Agreement Government Work (P3K) Barito Kuala Regency in Marabahan City ; (2). There is influence in a way partial between variable motivation, discipline and means infrastructure to performance Employee Government with Agreement Government Work (P3K) Barito Kuala Regency in Marabahan City ; and (3). Discipline influential dominant to to performance Employee Government with Agreement Government Work (P3K) Barito Kuala Regency in Marabahan City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of training on employee competence 2) the influence of work motivation on employee competence 3). the influence of training on employee performance 4). the influence of work motivation on employee performance 5). the influence of competence on employee performance 6). the influence of training on employee performance through competence 7) the influence of work motivation on employee performance through competence. The population in this study were all Satpol PP and Damkar employees totaling 150 employees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 37 employees. Data were analyzed using path analysis with the help of smart PLS SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling) software. The results of the study found that: 1) Training has an effect on employee competence. 2) Work motivation has an effect on employee competence. 3) Training has an effect on employee performance. 4) Work motivation has an effect on employee performance. 5) Competence has an effect on employee performance. 6) Training has an effect on employee performance through competence. 7) Work motivation has an effect on employee performance through competence.
