Abstract

The growth of investors in the Indonesian capital market as one of the alternatives to public investment is considered quite good Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as the manager of securities sales in Indonesia continues to make efforts to improve the understanding of public investment in the capital market. One of them is by increasing the number of Bank Administrator Of Customer's Fund Account (BANK RDN) and at this time IDX is eager to make the introduction of the program "Yuk Nabung Saham". This program is a campaign that invites indonesians to invest in the capital market through "share saving". This research aims to test the influence of the "Yuk Nabung Saham" program on improving financial literacy and inclusion in economic studies students in universities in Jambi cities who have met the sample criteria. Based on the research results of the campaign program "Yuk Nabung Saham" has a positive effect on the increase in financial literacy and inclusion in students in Jambi city means that if someone follows the program then literacy will be more increased and financial inclusion will be easier to obtain in addition to the campaign program "Yuk Nabung Saham" has a positive impact on the increasing number of stock investors, especially students in Jambi city, meaning if the YNS program goes well and can manage it , the greater the level of student financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media on consumer purchasing decisions in the fashion businessin Jambi City. Social media has become one of the primary platforms in marketing strategies, especially in thefashion industry, which heavily relies on visuals and trends. This research employed a quantitative approach usinga questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents who are consumers of fashion products in Jambi City. The collecteddata were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the extent of social media's influence on purchasingdecisions. The results show that social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thisstudy is expected to serve as a reference for fashion entrepreneurs in designing more targeted digital marketingstrategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran Promosi dan Tampilan produk dalam memengaruhi perilaku Pembelian mendadak di antara pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Kota Jambi. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 96 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Shopee di daerah tersebut. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda untuk menentukan pengaruh setiap variabel terhadap perilaku Pembelian mendadak. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembelian mendadak. Promosi yang menarik terbukti dapat mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian tanpa adanya rencana sebelumnya. Namun, hasil penelitian ini juga mengindikasikan bahwa Tampilan produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pembelian mendadak. Berdasarkan hasil ini, pelaku bisnis dalam bidang e-commerce disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi promosi mereka guna meningkatkan Pembelian mendadak di platform yang mereka kelola. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of flash sales and online reviews on purchase intention for Alibaba products in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4 to assess validity, reliability, and both direct and indirect relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that flash sales do not have a significant direct effect on purchase intention, while online reviews have a positive and significant effect. Furthermore, flash sales exert a significant indirect effect on purchase intention when mediated by AI-based product reviews. These findings suggest that integrating online product reviews can enhance the effectiveness of promotional strategies such as flash sales in stimulating consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Determinan Inklusivitas Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Jambi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif Provinsi Jambi dan pengaruh indeks pembangunana manusia dan gini rasio terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif Provinsi Jambi Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut digunakan metode analisis deskriftif dan metode analisis regresi data panel menggunakan metode fixed effect model degan priode tahun 2017-2021 dan 11 Kabupaten /Kota di Provinsi Jambi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: perkembangan ekonomi inklusif di Provinsi Jambi cukup memuaskan. Variabel indeks pembangunan manusia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif Provinsi jambi, variabel gini ratio berpengauh posotif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di Provinsi Jambi.
