Abstract

Pneumonia toddlers is a contagious disease that are commonly found in West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study is to determine causes of Pneumoniain Toddlers in the. The type of this study is analytic by using Spear Correlation with a non-reactive approach. The population is all sub-districts in West Sumatra Province; the samples are Pneumonia patient in toddlers in 80 sub-districts of 7 districts / cities. The results of the study shows that there is a correlation between population density (p = 0,000), exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0,000), immunization status (p = 0,000), healthy house (p = 0,000) and nutrition status (p = 0.018) toward Pneumoniain toddler in West Sumatra Province. But, there is no correlation between clean and healthy life behavior toward pneumonia.

Abstract

Sexual behavior is any behavior that is driven by sexual desire, ranging from feelings of interest to behavior of dating, making out and sex. The purpose of this study was to determine The Correlation between the Role of Parents, Peers, Information Media and Adolescent Perceptions Toward Adolescent Sexual Behavior in Junior High School Students in Kubung District, Solok Regency in 2021. The type of this study was descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. It was carried out on August 2021. The population was students in the second and the third grade of junior high school in Kubung, Solok Regency. They were 929 people. 90 students had been chosen by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaire and it was analyzed by univariate and bivariate data analysis by using Chi-square test. The results obtained that adolescents whose parental roles were negative about sexual behavior were 52.2%, adolescents who had positive peers were 61.1%, adolescents who were not exposed to information media were 83.3%, adolescents who had positive perceptions about sexual behavior were as many as 51.1%, while sexual behavior balanced between adolescents who behaved sexually risky and not at risk is 50%. Last, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between peers and information media with adolescent sexual behavior Junior High School Students in Kubung District, Solok Regency in 2021. It is hoped that schools can be more optimal in providing guidance and counseling for the prevention of adolescent sexual behavior.

Abstract

Free sex is one of the reproductive health problems in adolescents. The World Health Organization (2016) states that approximately 21 million young women aged 15–19 in developing countries experience pregnancy every year and nearly half of these pregnancies (49%) is an unwanted pregnancy. Such pregnancies are caused by deviant sex behaviors that tend to increase every year. This study aims to find out the effect of reproductive health education on students' knowledge about free sex at SMKN 4 Merangin in 2020.This research uses quantitative research design with pseudo pre-experimental method with one group pretest posttest design approach. This research was conducted on 01-10 December 2020 at SMKN 4 Merangin. The population in this study is all students of class X-XI SMKN 4 Merangin school year 2020/2021. Data collection using questionnaires. Data is analyzed univariately and bivariately.The results of this study showed that the average value of knowledge before education was 13.6849 and the average value of knowledge after being given education was 19,. There is an influence of reproductive health education on students' knowledge about free sex in SMKN 4 Merangin in 2020 with significant value = 0.000 < 0.05The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge before and after reproductive health education. Therefore, the school can conduct education at least once a month to increase the knowledge of adolescents, especially about adolescent reproductive health problems.Keywords                     : Reproductive Health, KnowledgeReference                    : 33 (2009-2020)

Abstract

Anemia is one of major public health problems throughout the world, including Indonesia. One of the community groups with a high prevalence of anemia is adolescent girls. Anemia that often occurs in adolescent girls is iron deficiency anemia due to lack of nutrients that play a role in the process of forming hemoglobin. One food that is high in iron and protein is Moringa leaves. This study aimed to determine The Effect of Chicken Dimsum Combination of Moringa Leaf Flour (Moringa Oleifera) on hemoglobin Levels of Anemia in Young Women in Sijunjung Regency in 2022. The type of research was Quasi Experiment with pretest-posttest design with control group design. The population was adolescent girls in Sijunjung Regency. Consisting of 30 people in the intervention group and 30 people in the control group. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Primary data collection using Easy Touch GcHb was entered into the observation sheet. Data analysis with univariate and bivariate. The results showed that the average hemoglobin level in the pretest was 13.93 and the posttest was 14.37. The statistical test results obtained p = 0.000 (p <0.05), It means that there was an effect of chicken dimsum combination with Moringa leaf flour (Moringa Oleifera) on the hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls. In short, it can be concluded that there is an effect of chicken dimsum witth combination of Moringa leaf flour (Moringa Oleifera) on the hemoglobin levels of adolescent girls in Sijunjung Regency in 2022". Last, it is suggested that the health services do the collaboration with the schools to provide counseling on how to detect and prevent anemia, increase the intake of iron-rich foods such as Moringa leaves, and carry out routine hemoglobin checks.
