Abstract

Pneumonia toddlers is a contagious disease that are commonly found in West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this study is to determine causes of Pneumoniain Toddlers in the. The type of this study is analytic by using Spear Correlation with a non-reactive approach. The population is all sub-districts in West Sumatra Province; the samples are Pneumonia patient in toddlers in 80 sub-districts of 7 districts / cities. The results of the study shows that there is a correlation between population density (p = 0,000), exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0,000), immunization status (p = 0,000), healthy house (p = 0,000) and nutrition status (p = 0.018) toward Pneumoniain toddler in West Sumatra Province. But, there is no correlation between clean and healthy life behavior toward pneumonia.

Abstract

Menurut Profil Kesehatan Indonesia Presentase Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) yang melakukan pemeriksaan Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA) dari tahun 2014 sampai tahun 2018 sebanyak 2.747.662 orang dan ditemukan IVA positif  pada 77.969 orang. Puskesmas Tanjung Paku merupakan puskesmas dengan pencapaian IVA yang cukup rendah dengan data sasaran IVA sebanyak 3231 orang sedangkan yang melakukan pemeriksaan IVA sebanyak 13 orang (0,4%) pada tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisis Pengaruh Bounding Suami Pasangan Usia Subur Terhadap Motivasi Ibu Untuk Melakukan Pemeriksaan Iva Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Kota Soloktahun 2021. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan quasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan two Group Pretest-postest, penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Kota Solok pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2021, sampel 60 orang yaitu ibu menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu 30 orang untuk kelompok intervensi dan 30 orang untuk kelompok kontrol. Analisis data dengan Uji T-Test Dependent Parametrik. Hasil didapatkan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum 7,00, rata-rata pengetahuan sesudah 17,83, Rata-rata sikap sebelum 36,93, rata-rata sikap sesudah 57,20. Rata-rata perilaku sebelum 28,97, rata-rata perilaku sesudah 56,47, rata-rata pelaksanaan bounding sebelum 67,33 dan setelah meningkat menjadi 134. Rata-rata motivasi pada kelompok intervensi sebelum diberikan bounding suami 28,87, rata-rata motivasi pada kelompok intervensi sesudah diberikan bounding suami 37,63, dan perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan bounding suami 8,767. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan motivasi Intervensi (0,000) artinya p < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan adanya pengaruh bounding suami terhadap motivasi Ibu dalam melakukan pemeriksaan IVA di Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Tahun 2021. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adanya analisis pengaruh bounding suami pasangan usia subur terhadap motivasi ibu untuk melakukan pemeriksaan iva pada pasangan usia subur di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Paku Kota Soloktahun 2021. Disarankan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Solok untuk bisa melakukan sosialisasi tentang pemeriksaan IVA dan kanker serviks tidak hanya kepada istri namun juga melibatkan suami dalam penyuluhan tersebut.Kata Kunci       : Bounding Suami, Motivasi, Pemeriksaan IVA

Abstract

Sexual behavior is any behavior that is driven by sexual desire, ranging from feelings of interest to behavior of dating, making out and sex. The purpose of this study was to determine The Correlation between the Role of Parents, Peers, Information Media and Adolescent Perceptions Toward Adolescent Sexual Behavior in Junior High School Students in Kubung District, Solok Regency in 2021. The type of this study was descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. It was carried out on August 2021. The population was students in the second and the third grade of junior high school in Kubung, Solok Regency. They were 929 people. 90 students had been chosen by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data were collected by questionnaire and it was analyzed by univariate and bivariate data analysis by using Chi-square test. The results obtained that adolescents whose parental roles were negative about sexual behavior were 52.2%, adolescents who had positive peers were 61.1%, adolescents who were not exposed to information media were 83.3%, adolescents who had positive perceptions about sexual behavior were as many as 51.1%, while sexual behavior balanced between adolescents who behaved sexually risky and not at risk is 50%. Last, it can be concluded that there was a relationship between peers and information media with adolescent sexual behavior Junior High School Students in Kubung District, Solok Regency in 2021. It is hoped that schools can be more optimal in providing guidance and counseling for the prevention of adolescent sexual behavior.

Abstract

Neonatal sepsis is an infection that can cause severe clinical symptoms. According to the data from Kemantan Community Health Center in 2020, there were 2 cases of babies dying from neonatal sepsis and in 2021 there were 5 babies diagnosed with sepsis. The purpose of this study was determine The Effect of Neonatal Sepsis Booklet on Mother's Knowledge and Ability to Prevent Neonatal Sepsis at Kemantan Community Health Center in 2021.The type of this study was a Quasi Experiment with a one group pre-posttest design. It was conducted on January 2021 at Kemantan Community Health Center in 2021. The population was pregnant women with gestational age >36 weeks. Therewere 30 people that chosen as the samples. The data was analyzedby the Shapiro Wilk normality test and the T-Test with 95% confidence degree.The results showed that the average value of mother's knowledge before being given a booklet was 57.56, SD + 11,545. After being given a booklet, they were 68.44 and SD + 8.916. While the average value of the mother's ability to prevent neonatal sepsis before being given a booklet was 5.76 and SD + 1.184. After being given a booklet, namely 7.63 and SD + 1.752. The results of the statistical test showed that there was an effect of giving booklets on increasing maternal knowledge and mother's ability to prevent the incidence of neonatal sepsis at Kemantan Community Health Center in 2021 with a p value of 0.000 <α (0.05). It is expected that midwives will be able to provide counseling using various and easy-to-understand media to increase mothers' interest in knowing health information.Keywords         : Booklet, Neonatal Sepsis, KnowledgeReferences       : 49 (2009 – 2021)
