Abstract

The Tourism Village sector is still a mainstay in encouraging the revival of the village economy after the pandemic. The importance of holding village-based tourism activities aims to improve the socio-economic conditions of the relevant village communities. During the Pandemic, Tourism activities were temporarily stopped but the participation of all parties was needed, including the community in the local area by helping to maintain cleanliness and environmental sustainability in tourist villages. Apart from being built by Astra's CSR, Labirin Village is also collaborating with the Rain Terminal Foundation to develop the 3 hectare village into a tourist village. This research aims to analyze the management policies implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic and post-pandemic in the Kampung Labirin Tourism Village. This village is a tourist destination famous for its jungle maze, which attracted many tourists before the pandemic. Abstract

Transparency, people-centeredness, and accountability in financial management are key indicators of good governance. Nevertheless, in practice, the effective implementation of good governance is still lacking. In Indonesia, the occurrence of fraud is extensive, primarily characterized by instances of corruption within both the government sector and non-governmental organizations. An effective approach to address this issue is by implementing public sector accounting. Nevertheless, in light of socio-political transformations and technological upheavals, it is imperative to conduct a more comprehensive investigation into the significance of public sector accounting in relation to fraud. Therefore, this research endeavors to assess the influence of implementing public sector accounting on instances of fraud. The employed approach is a systematic literature review, with the collection strategy based on the PICOC method. The research methodology comprises several steps, namely problem identification, keyword determination, article exploration, scientific article selection, and qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings indicate that the majority of the literature demonstrates a positive correlation between the adoption of public sector accounting and the reduction of fraudulent activities. Implementing effective governance and supervision in financial management can enhance the performance of this role. Such actions are crucial to optimize the role of public sector accounting in minimizing the potential for fraudulent activities.

Abstract

Puncak Batu Roti is a tourist attraction in Bogor Regency. The lack of diversity in tourist attractions causes fluctuations in the number of tourist visits. This title was chosen because Batu Roti Peak Ciampea is the specific location that wants to be researched, and this research tries to understand the factors that can influence the image of tourist attractions at that location. Batu Roti Peak is located on the Ciampea Limestone Mountain, Bogor. This peak is one of five peaks in the area, which also include Galau Peak, Lalana Peak, Arca Lima Peak, and Karang Gantung Peak. The location is about 17 km from the center of Bogor City. This research aims to see how tourist attractions (x) influence visiting interest (y) at the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction. Tourists who come to the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction are the objects of this research. Quantitative descriptive data analysis was used in this research. Data collected from the questionnaire was used for simple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the tourist attraction variable is in the good category with a percentage of 68.33% and the interest in visiting variable is also in the good category with a percentage of 2%. This result has a significant positive value, indicating that the more tourist attractions there are at the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction, the greater the interest in visiting. Researchers advise managers to develop new tourist attractions such as limestone educational tourism for elementary, middle and high school students by utilizing the property of local residents in the Puncak area. They also suggested building a Tourist Information Center (TIC) to provide information about all aspects of the Puncak Batu Roti Tourist Attraction for tourists.
