Abstract

This research aims to find out productivity, marketing, increased competitiveness, and improvement of creating economic development in the new normal era in Batik Sekar Jati Star Jombang. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. Data collection techniques in this study use observations, interviews, documentation. The results of the study showed that the speed in building economist creativity in the new normal era in batik Sekar jati star Jombang business is: first, productivity using output (output) and input (input) by predicting from the previous months. Second, marketing uses strategies that are only sold in the market, WhatsApp, and COD media. Third, increase competitiveness using good means of facilitating and allowing buyers to see the process of making them.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the strategy for developing MSMEs based on the creative economy by Faiz Convection and to find out the results achieved from the development of MSMEs based on the creative economy by Faiz Convection. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method which aims to analyze the data by describing or providing an objective description of the actual state. The place of this research was carried out in Faiz Convection Jombang. The data used are primary and secondary data. Collecting data through activities, namely a) observation on the object of research, b) interviews with sources with interview instruments, c) documentation in the form of writing or pictures, and d) literature review for the purposes of preparing reports. The data processing of the results of this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis tool. The results obtained indicate that the creative economy-based MSME development strategy in faiz convection is carried out by developing a marketing system and product development by making new breakthroughs regarding the variety of clothing models produced and innovation. System development at the convection faiz by conducting briefings to owners and employees in completing all work at the production site so that it runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Rocket Chicken Jombang. This study uses quantitative research methods, using the type of multiple linear regression. This research uses survey research method. the population in this study are consumers at Rocket Chicken Tembelang Jombang. The sampling method used was accidental sampling. The samples taken in this study were 50 respondents, namely consumers of Rocket Chicken Tembelang Jombang. The data used are primary and secondary data. Collecting data through activities, namely a) distributing questionnaires, b) interviews with interviewees with interview instruments, c) documentation in the form of writing or pictures, and d) literature review for the purposes of preparing reports. The data processing of the results of this study uses the type of multiple linear regression. The results obtained indicate that the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at rocket chicken tembelang jombang, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 5.029 with a significance level of 0.000 < from 0.005. Food quality has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at rocket chicken tembelang jombang, this is evidenced by the t-count value of 2,343 with a significance level of 0.023 > from 0.005.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is a) to find out the influence of Yakult Lady's personal sales on Yakult's purchase decisions in Mojokerto and b) to find out the influence of consumer behavior on Yakult's purchasing decisions through Yakult Lady in Mojokerto. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research sample is a community of Yakult customers in mojokerto area with sampling technique is purposive sample. While the subject of the study was the customers of Yakult beverages a total of 16 respondents. Data collection is done in 2 ways, namely interviews and the dissemination of questionnaire questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire were conducted data analysis using validity test, reliability test, and linear regression analysis test through calculation with SPSS application. The Influence of Yakult Lady's Personal Sales and Consumer Behavior on Purchasing Decisions where variable Personal Selling sig value 0.516 > 0.05 and t value count 0.668 < 2.160 (t table). This indicates that the Personal Selling variable has no influence on Purchase Decision and variable Consumer Behavior sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t value count 4,871 > 2,160 (t table) so as to show that variable Consumer Behavior there is an influence on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training, human resource development, spirit at work, and teacher performance in non-formal education through a positivist approach. The population is Yalatif Indonesia Foundation educators with a sample of 50 non-formal education tutors. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results showed that the existence of training and human resource development had an effect on spirit at work of the teaching. This means that by carrying out training and human resource development will foster the confidence of educators that this institution is not only pursuing profit, and the institution where they work has attention to educators. The training that was held was proven to get a positive response. This proves that the teaching staff who take part in the training get the attention of the institution, where the teaching staff feels that the teaching staff is an asset for the institution. In addition, educators also feel that their presence is not only as a worker, but also for their interests. The results of the analysis show that the morale of the teaching force has an effect on the performance of the teaching force. This shows that with better morale, educators are able to carry out their duties and jobs better. Keywords: Training, Human Resource Development, Spirit at Work, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tentang pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang (2) tentang pengaruh iklim komunikasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang (3) tentang pengaruh motivasi dan iklim komunikasi terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang yang berjumlah 30 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi yang akan diteliti yaitu 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan menggunakan jenuh sampling. Hasil penelitian Uji F dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang diharapkan sebesar 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan iklim komunikasi secara bersama — sama mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang. Hasil Uji T variabel motivasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang diharapkan sebesar 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) menunjukan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang. Hasil Uji T variabel iklim komunikasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,038 yang lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikansi yang diharapkan sebesar 0,05 (0,038 > 0,05) menunjukkan iklim komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja Klinik Pratama Aulia Jombang. Kata Kunci: Iklim Komunikasi, Motivasi, Produktivitas

Abstract

ABSTRAK Strategi pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan memiliki hubungan erat pada keberlangsungan suatu usaha atau bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan produk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan kajian pada perusahaan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah CV. Karya Apik Group dengan responden owner, karyawan, dan konsumen CV. Karya Apik group. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara pribadi dengan owner CV. Karya Apik Group Grup Jombang, karyawan, dan konsumen CV. Karya Apik Group. Hasil penenlitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran 4p yang terdiri dari Product (produk), Price (harga), Promotion (promosi), dan Place (tempat/distribusi) memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan volume penjualan produk pada CV. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the national economic recovery program (PEN) in Indonesia in an effort to increase productivity for MSME actors due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The economic sector, which has also been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, has resulted in many MSMEs experiencing a decline in turnover, even going bankrupt. So the government makes programs through the national economic recovery policy (PEN) to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs. This research is a quantitative research, with the population in the study are all MSMEs in the Gudo Manik-Manik Center, Jombang Regency, which then determined a sample of 73 respondents using the slovin formula. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the random sampling method, because taking all the population, namely MSME Gudo Manik-Manik Center, had the same opportunity to become respondents. Data was taken using a questionnaire. The research analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of the study state that, the tax incentive which is an economic recovery program (PEN) has no effect on the productivity of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Manik-Manik Gudo Jombang Center. Meanwhile, loan restructuring, which is an economic recovery program (PEN) has a significant impact on MSME productivity during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Gudo Manik-Manik Center. Simultaneously, tax incentives and loan restructuring, which are part of the economic recovery program (PEN) have a significant influence on the productivity of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Gudo Manik-Manik Center, Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, kualitas produk dan emosional terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Jenis penelitiaan ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner atau memberi beberapa lembar pernyataan untuk mengumpulkan data responden dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Responden diambil dari konsumen dari Poskopi Zio Jombang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regrasi linier berganda dengan bantun program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan emosional juga memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan, semua variabel yakni digital marketing, kualitas produk, dan emosional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Poskopi Zio Jombang. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan inovasi produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan CV. AFCO Group Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen atau pelanggan CV. AFCO Group Jombang pada masa pandemi covid-19. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan secara parsial juga inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Diketahui juga bahwa pelayanan dan inovasi produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan, Inovasi Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan
