ABSTRACK This paper aims to find out how Muhammadiyah views on music, how the preaching massages contained in the song Sabyan Gambus an how the Muhammadiyah Autonomous Organization’s “IMM” views about Islamic-themed songs from Sabyan Gambus. The research method uses descriptive qualitative approach, the descriptive method explains in detail the fact obtained from the field about the view of “IMM” about music in general, specifically about music as a propaganda media. The result showed that Muhammadiayah’s view of music is permissible depending on how it is used as the music media that is allowed to preach. In the Sabyan Gambus song, there is a 25% massage in the song entitled Ya Maulana, a 50% Ahlak massage in a song called El Oum and Syukronlillah an a Sharia massage a much as 25% in a song called Allahumalabaikh. Muhammadiyah’s views especially IMM toward Sabyan Gambus mostly agreed on the way preached through music media, not only as entertainment but also as preaching activities. Keywords: Music, Da’wah Media, Muhammadiyah’s views, Muhammadiyah’s “IMM” Autonomuos Organization ABSTRAK Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan Muhammadiyah terhadap music, bagaimana pesan dakwah yang terkandung dalam lagu Sabyan Gambus dan bagaimana pandangan Organisasi Otonom Muhammadiyah “IMM” mengenai lagu-lagu bertema Islam dari Sabyan Gambus. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif bersifat kualitatif, Dalam metode deskriptif menjelaskan dengan mendetail fakta yang didapat dari lapangan tentang pandangan dari “IMM” mengenai music secara umum, khususnya tentang music sebagai media dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pandagan Muhammadiyah terhadap music adalah hal yang diperbolehkan tergantung bagaimana penggunaannya begitupun dengan media music yang diperbolehkan untuk berdakwah. Dalam lagu Sabyan Gambus terdapat pesan Akidah sebanyak 25% pada lagu yang berjudul Ya Maulana, pesan Ahlak sebanyak 50% pada lagu yang berjudul El Oum dan Syukronlillah serta pesan Syariah sebanyak 25% pada lagu yang berjudul Allahumalabaikh. Pandangan Muhammadiyah terutama IMM terhadap Sabyan Gambus kebanyakan menyetujui cara mereka berdakwah lewat media music, tidak sebagai hiburan semata tapi juga sebagai aktifitas berdakwah. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen publikasi produk yang dilakukan oleh PR Perum Perhutani divisi regional Jawa Barat dan Banten sehingga manajemen yang dikelolanya itu bisa berhasil dan sukses dilakukan tanpa adanya hambatan yang berarti sehingga bisa mengganggu keberlangsungan publikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep dari Menurut Cutlip-Center-Broom (Morrisan, 2008 : 108), yaitu terdapat empat fungsi manajemen, yaitu “(1)penentuan masalah (2)perencanaan (3)pelaksanaan (4)evaluasi”. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif serta menggunakan metode fenomenologi dan untuk mengumpulkan data penulis melakukan wawancara serta observasi. Hasil yang penulis dapat ketika melakukan penelitian adalah dalam penentuan masalah menentukan pembuatan publikasi produk, persetujuan oleh direksi. Perencanaannya dengan menunggu anggaran dana, menentukan konsep dan kesiapan produk. Pelaksanaannya yakni menggunakan media sosial instagram dan facebook untuk publikasi produk, kerjasama antar berbagai pihak, lalu penempatan dan pembaharuan. Dengan demikian evaluasinya semua aspek internal, analisis memakai data statistic dan koreksi pada publikasi ini apakah dikenal dan diminati oleh masyarakat atau tidak. Kata Kunci: Manajemen PR; Publikasi; Media Sosial ABSTRACT The research was conducted aimed at finding out how the management of product publications was carried out by PR Perum Perhutani, the regional division of West Java and Banten so that the management they managed could succeed and succeed without any significant obstacles that could disrupt the continuity of the publication. This study uses the concept of According to Cutlip-Center-Broom (Morris, 2008: 108), namely there are four management functions, namely "(1) determination of the problem (2) planning (3) implementation (4) evaluation". The approach used is a qualitative approach and uses the phenomenology method and to collect data the author conducts interviews and observations. The results that the author can when conducting research are in determining the problem of determining the manufacture of product publications, approval by the directors. Planning by waiting for the budget, determining the concept and product readiness. The implementation is using Instagram social media and Facebook for product publication, collaboration between various parties, then placement and renewal. Thus the evaluation of all internal aspects, the analysis uses statistical data and corrections to this publication whether or not it is known and sought by the public. Da'wah, especially billisan has a significant role in making changes in society. Kyai as Dai, becomes central in these changes. The objectives of this research include: Examining the figure of the Dai, Muhyiddin Abdul Qodir Al-Manafi, How the Da'i Concept is in developing community resources, and, How it is the Implementation in developing community resources. The method used by researchers in this study is the descriptive method. The research results include the following. First: Muhyiddin is a figure of Kyai who was born and grew up in a family of scholars and has a lineage that is connected to the Prophet Muhammad. Second: reviving the sunnah, then developing it with the emphasis on building ukhuwah Islamiyyah and third: carrying out various activities or Community Resource Development movements to build, and strengthen understanding and practice of religion that is equitable for all levels of society. The impact of this research can be a basis for preaching that focuses on developing human resources.

This study aims to determine the forms of community, the process and changes and results achieved by SEDC Sibu in economic empowerment for the Sibu community. Based on these objectives, what will be the main discussion in this research is how SEDC Sibu plays a role in the economic empowerment efforts of the Sibu community. This study uses qualitative research methods, namely by using descriptive study methods. As a result of research findings and analysis, (1) SEDC Sibu has carried out several forms of economic empowerment programs that are in the form of loan assistance, training, and guidance such as the Small and Simple Industrial Loans Scheme (SPIKS), Incubator Centers and Business Guidance (PIBU), Training and Mentoring Guidance, and so forth. (2) The process carried out by SEDC Sibu are by holding deliberations in planning programs, formulating program plans, forming program implementation teams, and implementing programs. (3) The program that has been run successfully is based on indicators obtained from the field, namely increasing the income of the whole day, the community can manage all its affairs independently, and the community can solve problems with their ability and authority.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of implementation of the Program Keluarga Harapan, the level of welfare of poor families and how much influence the Program Keluarga Harapan has on the welfare of poor families. The method used is a quantitative method which focuses more on numerical data and uses statistical analysis techniques. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS version 25. This study uses random sampling with 79 respondents from KPM PKH in Cibuntu Village which are divided into 10 RW and from 73 RT. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the Program Keluarga Harapan on the welfare of poor families in Cibuntu Village. Program Keluarga Harapan falls into the category of a fairly strong correlation with a value of 0.527. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination is 0.278, which means that 27.8% of the welfare of poor families in Cibuntu Village is influenced by the Program Keluarga Harapan and the rest is influenced by other factors.

A tourist village is a rural area that offers authenticity both in terms of socio-culture, customs, everyday life, traditional architecture and village spatial structure. The purpose of this study is to find out government policies, changes in people's attitudes and the impact felt on community empowerment. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The results of the study show that first, the village government's policy towards community empowerment is carried out in the form of empowerment programs such as halal tourism villages, sheep manure management, bamboo management, plastic waste management. Second, the change in attitude that occurred in the community after the existence of the Cibuntu halal tourism village program, the community learned to maintain local culture and wisdom so that it became an attraction for tourists, so that changes in community behavior appeared in a more positive direction such as mutual cooperation, courtesy, hospitality, extra care cleanliness and become more religious than before. Third, the impact felt by the community is very positive, especially towards improving the economy and the community taking part in the empowerment process and management

Environmental empowerment is an effort to build communities in improving environmental resources. Koperasi Pertama Jaya with common goals and long-term goals, to get a healthy and clean environment.This research approach with descriptive study method approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interview and literature study, so a conclusion can be drawn.The purpose of this study is to find out the methods, factors and results of environmental empowerment conducted by the Koperasi Pertama Jaya at Ciheulang Tonggoh, Ciheulang Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency.The theories used in this study are environmental empowerment. Empowerment is an effort to build resources by encouraging, motivating and raising awareness of their potential and striving to develop it.In conclusion the empowerment strategy of the Koperasi Pertama Jaya was focused on education training on environmental empowerment by utilizing food waste. Factors that influence empowerment, members of cooperatives carry out environmental management assisted by other elements by making results, an innovation by utilizing residual goods, thus creating liquid and solid organic fertilizers, animal feed needed by the community. Thus environmental problems can be solved.

This study aims to find out about the empowerment program carried out by the Malati Asih Farmer Women's Group, the empowerment process, and the results obtained from the Malati Asih Women's Farmer's Group in Cinanjung Tanjungsari Village, Sumedang Regency. The method used in this study used qualitative and descriptive research methods with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of research conducted at KWT Malati Asih include: There are two empowerment programs implemented, namely the KRPL program which focuses on managing agriculture in the yard of the house, and the Savings and Loans Cooperative which aims to provide capital for member businesses. The empowerment process is carried out in four stages, namely identifying and assessing regional potential, problems, and opportunities; preparing group activity plans; implementing the activity/implementation plan; and monitoring/supervision. the presence of housewives' products; add insight into the world of agriculture; have skills and can help the family economy and family welfare.

This paper aims to analyze the role of fertile Cibeusi Subur farmer groups in community through agricultural training programs, the discussion was directed an answering problems relatad to the program, implementation and results achieved. The research use dercriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation studies.Qualitative data analysis that is precisely and profoundly trough the interpretation of logic that is linked to the context of Islamic community empeworment. The results of the study showed that the program of the farmers group was fertile in empowering the community through agricultural training programs is individual and group training, individual training includes processing of crops and management of fish cultivation while group training is in the form of fertilizer and management, the process of implementing agricultural training consists several stages namely the planning phase, the implementation phase and evaluation phase and the results of empowerment are among others the emergence of public awareness in managing agricultural potential; Increased income of people from the agricultural sector. In general, it can be concluded that community empowerment by the Cibeusi Subur farmer group through the agricultural training program was quite successful despite many obstacles. These activities are able to change the mindset of the community and increase the lifestyle of the people to be better and more empowered.
