Abstract

Da'wah, especially billisan has a significant role in making changes in society. Kyai as Dai, becomes central in these changes. The objectives of this research include: Examining the figure of the Dai, Muhyiddin Abdul Qodir Al-Manafi, How the Da'i Concept is in developing community resources, and, How it is the Implementation in developing community resources. The method used by researchers in this study is the descriptive method. The research results include the following. First: Muhyiddin is a figure of Kyai who was born and grew up in a family of scholars and has a lineage that is connected to the Prophet Muhammad. Second: reviving the sunnah, then developing it with the emphasis on building ukhuwah Islamiyyah and third: carrying out various activities or Community Resource Development movements to build, and strengthen understanding and practice of religion that is equitable for all levels of society. The impact of this research can be a basis for preaching that focuses on developing human resources.

Abstract

Sexual violence against women is a social problem that cannot be avoided. The policy of UPT PPA as a provider of protection services for women victims of sexual violence and empowerment carried out by UPT PPA Makassar is through training. This paper aims to identify forms of sexual violence against women, describe the implementation of women's empowerment for victims of sexual violence and measure the success rate of women's empowerment programs. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data used in the form of empirical data and obtained through observations and interviews and accompanied by the results of documentation. The results showed that victims of sexual violence against women there were forms of violence, namely rape and sexual harassment. Therefore, the efforts made by UPT PPA Makassar help victims so that they gradually recover and improve psychologically. Victims of sexual violence after receiving recovery can be empowered with sewing training and show their identity as women and can change economic conditions so that women can empower themselves and be more independent.

Abstract

Waste is a crucial problem in Indonesia, the current accumulation of waste is caused by improper waste management. Primary Waste Management Cooperative (PKPS) Kab. Cianjur acts as a facilitator who presents solutions to waste problems by creating innovations in waste management and making waste as a business opportunity in empowering the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the program, process, and results obtained by the Primary Waste Management Cooperative (PKPS) Kab. Cianjur in empowering the community. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research PKPS Kab. Cianjur has been able to overcome waste problems through several programs, namely organic waste sorting, maggot cultivation, socialization/controlling, and organic waste management training/workshops to waste banks TPS 3R. The PKPS process in empowering the community goes through 4 stages, namely planning, reflection, implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained by PKPS in empowering the community consist of 3 aspects, namely economic, environmental, and social.
