Abstract

This study discusses the factors of the building owner does not take care of building permit in Bukittinggi City. The sample in this research is the owner of the building that does not take care of building permit in Bukittinggi City with the population of 285 and the sample is 74 people. This research is conducted by collecting data by observation, interview and questionnaire with delphi method as analysis technique.There are 5 factors that affect the building owner does not take care of building permit in Bukittinggi City that is not know IMB rules, no fees to take care of IMB, old IMB management and procedures difficult, not enough administrative and No time to take care of IMB. The most influential factor felt by the building owner is there is no cost to take care of building permit. Constraints in the management of IMB are 1) The community does not understand the procedures, 2) the lack of public awareness to pay restribusi IMB, 3) The intention of the community to violate the rules that apply from the local government to permit, 4) No cost, 5) cost of expensive IMB processing 6) No timeliness given in handling 7) Still lack of socialization and lack of supervisor in the field so it is still found new buildings do not have permission.

Abstract

This research was purposed to find out: 1) Range of land coverage, 2) Trends of land conversion, and 3) Compatibility between land coverage and RTRW unit. Method used in this research was descriptive quantitative. Data in this research was Landsat TM7 satellite images recorded in 2007 and 2012, and OLI/TIRS8 satellite images recorded in 2017, and data analysis techniques were pans sharpening, supervised classification, overlay, and scoring. Research finding shows that: 1) developed area in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 642 ha, 1011 ha, and 1472 ha; forest area in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 2301 ha, 2134 ha, and 2025 ha; mixed-farm area in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 114 ha, 181 ha, and 277 ha naked land in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 83 ha, 89 ha, and 95 ha; rice field in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 2351 ha, 2283 ha, and 1965; bushes in 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively are 693 ha, 488 ha, and 402 ha. From precision test of images, it was obtained overall accuracy of 86.72%, and kappa coefficient value was 0.8192%. 2) Trend of land conversion from 2007 to 2012 was developed area addition of 495 ha, and trend of land conversion from 2012 to 2017 was developed area addition of 461 ha. 3) Overlay compatibility of land coverage and RTRW unit shows that 73.20% compatible and 26.80% incompatible.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan informasi mengenai keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan objek wisata. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mendeskripsikan pencetus, keterlibatan masyarakat, bentuk aturan, & persamaan serta perbedaan keterlibatan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menemukan: Pencetus objek wisata Air Terjun Nyarai adalah Ritno Kurniawan, objek wisata Tapian Puti adalah Pemuda Sikabu Bukik, sedangkan Rumah Pohon Manang dicetus oleh masyarakat & LSM (Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat). Penjalaran Keterlibatan masyarakat Air Terjun Nyarai mulai dari individu, POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) & LPHN (Lembaga Pengelolaan Hutan Nagari). Keterlibatan masyarakat Tapian Puti di mulai dari niniak mamak kemudian baru pemuda - pemudi Sikabu Bukik, sedangkan objek wisata Rumah Pohon Manang di mulai dari LPHN (Lembaga Pengelolaan Hutan Nagari ) baru dibentuklah POKDARWIS (Kelompok Sadar Wisata). Ketiga objek wisata ini terikat oleh aturan adat, tapi di objek wisata Air Terjun Nyarai & Rumah Pohon Manang memiliki aturan tertulis yang mengikatnya. Persamaan ketiga objek wisata ini merupakan objek wisata minat khusus, dan berada pada hutan lindung blok bukit barisan 1(satu). Sedangkan perbedaannya dapat terlihat dari cara terbentuk dan pengelolaannya oleh masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui implementasi Pola Ruang Kabupaten Dharmasraya (2) mengetahui penyebab ketidaksesuaian pembangunan dngan rencana pola ruang Kabupaten Dharmasraya (3) mengetahui permasalahan yang akan ditimbulkan jika terjadinya ketidaksesuaian pembangunan dengan perencanaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis overlay dan calculate geometry. Berdasarkan anilisis data ditemukan terjadinya ketidaksesuain antara pembangunan dengan perencanaan dalam RTRW yakni pada kawasan perkebunan, permukiman, persawahan, pertanian lahan kering dan hutan rakyat. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengawasan pemerintah terhadap pemanfaatan ruang, Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah tidak terikat dengan RTRW dan peta status lahan tidak menjadi pertimbangan dalam RTRW

Abstract

ABSTRAK Indonesia kaya akan pesona wisata, banyak tempat-tempat indah di Indonesia yang patut untuk dijadikan tempat wisata yang menarik untuk dikunjungi oleh wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi wisata di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Kabupaten Solok. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis spasial yang menggunakan metode buffer, logical query,identify feature within a distance, dan penilaian potensi wisata dilakukan dengan model pengharkatan. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menemukan 24 objek wisata yang tersebar di Kecamatan X Koto Singkarak Kabupaten Solok. Potensi wisata terdiri dari 2 objek wisata dengan potensi tinggi, terdapat 5 objek wisata dengan potensi sedang, dan 17 objek wisata dengan potensi rendah Kata kunci: Potensi Wisata, Wisata Alam, Wisata Alam Buatan, dan Wisata Budaya ABSTRACT Indonesia is rich in tourist attractions, there are many beautiful places in Indonesia that deserve to be used as attractive tourist attractions for tourists to visit. This research aims to determine tourism potential in X Koto Singkarak District Solok Regency.The method used in this study, namely quantitative methods with spatial analysis using buffer, logical query, identify feature within a distance, and assessment of tourism potential is carried out with scoring model. Based on the result of research found 24 tourist attractions scattered in Koto Singkarak District X Solok Regency. Tourism potential consists of 2 attractions with high potential, consists of 5 attractions with middle potential, and consists of 17 attractions with low potential. Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the socio-demographic of traders, 2) the forms of traders 'behavior in disposing of garbage, 3) the availability of landfills and 4) the traders' understanding of market hygiene regulations. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in September-November 2018 in Padang Panjang Main Market, Padang Panjang City. The population in this study were all official traders in the Padang Panjang Main Market as many as 800 people and the sampling technique used random sampling as many as 100 people. Data collection techniques in this study were using questionnaires and documentation. The technique of analyzing research data uses percentages. The results of research on the behavior of traders in disposing of garbage in the Padang Panjang Induk Market in Padang Panjang City can be concluded: 1) The sex of the traders who dominate women, the age of traders who dominate 30-39 years, the average length of traders selling 11-20 years, types of merchandise most of which are sold, namely food. 2) The form of behavior carried out by most traders provides cleaning tools, on average they choose to stay quiet in terms of collecting garbage, on average cleaning merchandise before and after selling, most traders throw trash around the kiosk, flat -If the traders dispose of garbage in its place, most traders pay market retribution.3) On average traders have trash bins, most of the trash bins belong to the merchants themselves, on average traders who do not have trash bins have been provided by officers, on average the average trash can is in the form of a plastic barrel, most of the trash cans are covered and waterproof, and those that don't have garbage fulfill the requirements to be replaced. 4) The average trader knows the market hygiene regulations, generally there are regulations made by the manager, most do not know the contents of the hygiene regulations, most comply with the rules and are willing to accept sanctions if they violate, most traders listen to information for maintain cleanliness, generally get counseling about cleanliness and waste management. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, 1) pola permukiman, 2) klasifikasi kedalaman gambut terhadap permukiman, 3) luas permukiman yang sesuai dan tidak sesuai dan 4) arahan kawasan peruntukan permukiman di Kecamatan Lunang Silaut, dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari RTRW Pesisir Selatan, Peta Satuan Lahan dan Tanah Lembar Sungai Penuh, buku keterangan Peta Satuan Lahan dan Tanah lembar Sungai Penuh (0813), peta persebaran lahan gambut dari Balai Besar Penelitian, Pengembangan Sumberdaya Lahan Pertanian tahun 2011, dan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.41/PRT/M.2007 dengan metode analisis tetangga terdekat, overlay dan software ArcGIS 10.1 diperoleh hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) Persebaran pola permukiman yaitu mengelompok (clustered). 2) Luas permukiman yang berada di atas lahan gambut yaitu pada kedalaman 50 – 100 cm seluas 595,06 ha, kedalaman 200 – 300 cm seluas 70,23 ha, dan kedalaman > 300 cm seluas 296,74 ha. 3) Luas permukiman yang sesuai seluas 625 ha dan yang tidak sesuai seluas 818 ha. 4) Luas arahan kawasan peruntukan permukiman seluas 19.011 ha.

Abstract
