Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemetaan dan rancangan intervensi untuk beban kerja mental overload pada Dosen IAIN Palangka Raya. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 31 orang yang terdiri dari Dosen PNS dan Non PNS yang memiliki beban kerja dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi minimal dalam satu Tahun Ajaran terakhir (Ganjil 2018/2019 atau Genap 2018/2019) lebih dari 16 Satuan Kredit Semester. Pengukuran beban kerja secara mental atau psikologis dapat diukur salah satunya dengan metode NASA-TLX. Metode NASA-TLX ialah suatu alat ukur yang digunakan dalam mengukur beban kerja mental secara subjektif. Hasil pemetaan beban kerja mental yaitu didapatkan skor rata-rata beban kerja mental sebesar 82 (delapan puluh dua) yang berada pada kategori berat. This study aims to determine the mapping and intervention design for mental overload workloads at IAIN Palangka Raya lecturers. The number of subjects in this study was 31 people consisting of PNS and Non-PNS lecturers who had a workload in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the last one academic year (Odd 2018/2019 or Even 2018/2019) more than 16 Semester Credit Units. One of the mental or psychological measurements of workload is the NASA-TLX method. A NASA-TLX method is a measuring tool used in measuring mental workload subjectively. The mental workload mapping result is that the mental workload average score is 82 (eighty-two), which is in the heavy category.

Abstract

Klien Bapas merupakan mantan narapidana yang mendapatkan layanan dari Bapas. Persepsi klien merupakan hal penting yang mempengaruhi berjalannya program konseling individu di Bapas Kelas I Palangka Raya yang diberikan oleh Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi klien terhadap layanan konseling yang diberikan oleh Bapas. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode kualitatif terhadap lima orang klien dan pengambilan data melalui wawancara kepada klien, observasi pengumpulan data ke Bapas dan studi dokumentasi melalui jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya persepsi positif dan persepsi negatif, terhadap layanan konseling tersebut. Adapun yang mempengaruhi persespi dari klien yaitu, pertama perasaan bersalah klien akan mempengaruhi kebutuhannya terhadap layanan konseling yang diberikan, kedua klien merasakan langsung kebermanfaatan layanan yang diberikan, ketiga pandangan formalitas terhadap pemberian layanan bimbingan Bapas.

Abstract

Pola pendampingan yang dilakukan secara sinergis antara orang tua dan anak supaya anak dapat mandiri dan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Maka penelitian ini berbicara tentang bagaimana tipe atau model pengasuhan orang tua yang berprofesi pedagang dan faktor yang melatarbelakangi gaya pengasuhan orang tua.  Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang berprofesi pedagang dan mempunyai anak usia sekolah dasar kisaran 6 – 12 tahun, berjumlah 6 orang di Desa Kereng Pangi Kabupaten Katingan Hilir, provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis memakai triangulasi sumber. Hasil kajian yang ditemukan adalah yang pertama, gaya pengasuhan orang tua yang berprofesi pedagang lebih menonjol pada kategori authoritatif. Kedua, faktor yang melatarbelakangi gaya tersebut dilihatdari faktor internal dimana bagaimana cara orang tua mendidik anak dengan menciptakan suasana rumah yang nyaman

Abstract

Independence in new students is a fundamental thing that must be possessed by students in order to support a better pesantren life. The role of counseling teachers is one of the supports for new students in achieving independence, whether or not there is a role of counseling teachers in supporting the independence of students. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not the role of counseling teachers in helping new students to make self-adjustment to achieve independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with the primary data source is a counseling teacher with a S.Ag graduate, who has been working at MA for three years. As the initial data is the 10th grade students both science and language totaling 10 students, then in collecting research data through observation, interviews and documentation. Through the results of the research conducted, the role of counseling teachers for new students in increasing independence can be said that there is no program developed related to the independence of new students. The guidance or services provided are still limited to general services provided to all new students related to the introduction of the school environment and the boarding school itself. In further research, a study can be conducted on how much influence the counseling teacher has in helping new students adapt to the new environment._____________________________________________________________Kemandirian pada santri baru merupakan hal mendasar yang harus dimiliki oleh para santri demi menunjang kehidupan pesantren yang lebih baik. Peranan guru BK menjadi salah satu penunjang untuk santri baru dalam mencapai kemandirian, ada tidaknya peranan guru BK dalam menunjang kemandirian santri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya peranan guru BK dalam membantu para santri baru untuk melakukan penyesuaian diri untuk mencapai kemandirian. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer adalah guru BK dengan lulusan S.Ag, telah tiga tahun lamanya bekerja di MA. Sebagai data awal adalah para santri kelas 10 baik Ipa dan Bahasa berjumlah 10 santri, selanjutnya dalam pengumpulan data penelitian melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Melalui hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, peranan guru BK untuk santri baru dalam meningkatkan kemandirian dapat dikatakan belum ada program yang dikembangkan terkait kemandirian santri baru. Bimbingan atau layanan yang diberikan masih sebatas layanan umum diberikan seluruh santri baru terkait pengenalan lingkungan sekolah serta pondok pesantren itu sendiri. Dalam penelitian selanjutnya dapat dilakukan sebuah penelitian mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh guru BK dalam membantu para santri baru dalam beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru.

Abstract

The teenage phase is a phase that is closely related to the development phase. One of the tasks of teenagers is a selecting a career. Many teenagers lack the ability to develop themselves according to their interests. Therefore, this reseacrh aims to identify the facilities provided by one of the LKSAs in  Palangka Raya City to students related to rubber guidance.Bu’s research informants are guidance and counseling teachers and 5 teenagers aged 14-15 years. This research uses descriptive qualitative reseacrh with data sampling techiques in this research using purposive sampling. Data collection uses interviews, observation and dokumentation. The results and research show that the service specifically regarding the development of interests has never been carried out and only provides classical guidance services. Even though it only directs through classical guidance, teenagers can use existing extracurricular activities can continue to the level of education according to their interests. Recommendations for futher research are expected to be able to add data and various sources and continue in providing service assistance to develop youth culture in LKSA Al-Amin Palangka Raya City.___________________________________________________________Fase remaja merupakan fase yang berkaitan erat dengan fase perkembangan. Adapun salah satu tugas remaja yaitu pemilihan karier, banyak remaja yang kurang memiliki kemampuan dalam mengembangkan karir sesuai minat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi fasilitas yang diberikan oleh salah satu LKSA di Kota Palangka Raya kepada siswa-siswi terkait bimbingan karier. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru BK dan  remaja usia 14-15 tahun berjumlah 5 orang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan secara khusus terkait pengembangan minat belum pernah dilakukan dan hanya memberikan layanan bimbingan klasikal. Meskipun hanya mengarahkan melalui bimbingan klasikal, minat remaja dapat tersalurkan melalui ekstrakurikuler yang ada serta dapat melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan sesuai dengan minat. Adapun rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan agar dapat menambah data dari berbagai sumber dan melanjutkan pada pemberian bantuan layanan untuk mengembangkan minat remaja di LKSA Al-Amin Kota Palangka Raya.

Self-confidence is the ability to convince oneself of one's own abilities or the ability to develop positive values, either for oneself or for others. One of the teenage problems that often arise at this time is one related to career determination. Career determination is also influenced by whether or not a person's level of self-confidence is high. This study aims to look at the effect of peer relationships on self-confidence. The role of peers is to provide input in the form of instructions, reprimands, and directions. This study also aims to see the results of the application of peer guidance models to increase self-confidence using problem-solving techniques in determining student careers at MAS Hidayatul Insan Fi Ta'limiddin. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methods). Qualitative data was obtained from interviews and observations, while quantitative data was obtained from questionnaires. From the results of the first questionnaire (pre-test), it can be seen that there are still many students who do not have a strong level of self-confidence and have not been able to determine their career planning. Furthermore, peer guidance is carried out in order to increase self-confidence and career determination. Based on the results (post-test) about self-confidence in determining students' careers that have been carried out, the results show that the majority have understood the guidance model that has been applied. So the results showed that based on the questionnaire that had been obtained, it was found that there was a low level of confidence in determining a career and experienced a significant increase in self-confidence after being given counseling guidance services in the form of treatment.
