Abstract

The prolonged covid-19 pandemic entering its third year has created turbulence, which has resulted in various conditions that must be faced for Indonesian SMEs and in general the country's economy has also undergone terrible changes, then how can SMEs survive the current prolonged crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic? This study aims to provide an understanding of how the customized configuration of various strategic initiatives can help Indonesian SMEs survive through the mass crisis based on the QHIM (Quadruple Helix Innovation Model) mechanism . Using a qualitative approach based on group discussions with the support of expert facilitators and involving parties from various fields, such as academia, banking, the entrepreneurial community and SMEs. SMEs operate in uncertain conditions, and some findings show that there has been an integration of various initiatives, such as financial resource management, opportunity exploration-exploitation, efficient negotiation, digital adoption and strategic management through balancing play an important role in terms of survival in crisis and how the Quadruple Helix perspective can become an important concept in the survival process of Indonesian SMEs.

Abstract

Internet merupakan teknologi yang memiliki cakupan sangat luas dan terhubung secara online tanpa mengenal batas waktu dan tempat. Internet dapat digunakan sedia promosi untuk mengenalkan produk atau jasa yang dimiliki ke masyakat luas. Saat ini promosi yang di lakukan belum memanfaat teknologi informasi, sehingga diperlukan alat bantu promosi menggunakan teknologi informasi. Tujuan pembuatan web profile adalah untuk membuat media promosi untuk membantu menawarkan produk minuman tradisional melalui website. Fasilitas web profile yang dibuat adalah mengenalkan produk minuman tradisonal yang dibuat, pemesanan produk lewat website meskipun belum maksimal dan pelanggan juga dapat memberikan review tentang produk yang di beli.

Abstract

Umbul Siblarak is a natural tourist destination with significant tourist potential. However, limited internet access hinders promotion, service delivery, and visitor data management. This community service initiative aims to expand WiFi network access in the Umbul Siblarak tourist area to support digital promotion, cashless transactions, and increase Regional Original Income (PAD). Implementation methods include site surveys, network topology design, device installation, system configuration, and manager training. Results show an 18% increase in visitor numbers within three months of installation, a 25% increase in digital transactions by MSMEs, and increased exposure of Umbul Siblarak on social media. This program significantly contributes to strengthening the local economy through the optimization of information technology.
