Abstract

Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret  merupakan Unit dari Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret dalam hal ini adalah unit usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa keuangan syariah. Produk dari pembiayaan syariah ini adalah pembiayaan murabahah dan pembiayaan musyarakah. Pembiayaan Murabahan adalah pembiayaan yang timbul karena terjadinya jual beli barang dengan harga asal dengan tambahan keuntungan yang disepakati di muka, pembiyaan Musyarakah adalah akad kerja sama antara dua belah pihak atau lebih dimana masing-masing memberikan kontribusi dana dengan kesepakatan bahwa keuntungan dan resiko akan di tanggung bersama sesuai kesepakatan, Karena sistem yang digunakan oleh lembaga keuangan syariah saat ini masih mengunakan sistem manual maka timbul permasalahan-permasalahan diantaranya, belum adanya simulasi pembiayaan syariah untuk nasabah, terjadi keterlambatan pada laporan angsuran pembiayaan dan pembagian sisa hasil usaha.Tujuan penelitian adalah membuatkan suatu sistem pembiayaan syariah berbasis multiuser pada Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Diharapkan dengan pembuatan aplikasi sistem pembiayaan syariah ini akan diperoleh laporan-laporan serta informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat dibandingkan dengan penggunaan sistem manual. Metode perancangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu analisa sistem yang berjalan pada Lembaga Keuangan syariah, desain sistem, desain database, dan implementasi sistem. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Visual Basic 6.0. perangkat lunak yang mendukung dalam pembuatan aplikasi adalah Crystal Reports dan SQL Server. Empat penggunaan hak akses pada sistem ini yaitu pimpinan, admin, kasir, dan pembiayaan. Laporan yang dihasilkan meliputi laporan data anggota, mutasi anggota, simpanan anggota, pengambilan simpanan, pembiayaan, angsuran dan pelunasan,serta SHU.Kata kunci : Sistem informasi, pembiayaan musyarakah, pembiayaan murabahah, lembaga keuangan syariah, koperasi, multiuser

Abstract

Boyolali is one of the districts in Central Java which is geographically located on two mountainous plains which are rich in natural potential. Cepogo subdistrict is part of Boyolali district which makes agriculture one of the main economic activities. As an effort to explore the economic potential hidden in leeks in Sumbung village, located in Cepogo sub-district, Boyolali Regency, training was held on making leek oil. Leek oil can be a high-value product with broad market potential. Leeks are used in cooking and have benefits for lowering cholesterol levels. The aim of this training is to improve the skills and knowledge of the Sumbung Village community in the leek oil production process and to initiate the development of new MSMEs in Sumbung Village. It is hoped that this training can help the community to utilize leeks more effectively and develop micro-enterprises at the household level.

Abstract

Boyolali is known as a milk-producing city, which makes animal husbandry one of the biggest options for economic activity. Limited forage resources are one of the problems faced by breeders. This activity aims to provide fermentation training using dry leaves as an alternative animal feed. The method used is to collect dry leaves from local resources in Sumbung Village, followed by training on the fermentation process using probiotic bacteria, which has been proven to be effective in increasing the nutritional value of feed. Fermented dry leaves have an aroma and taste that livestock like, thereby increasing feed consumption. Utilizing fermented dried leaves as animal feed can be a sustainable solution for overcoming limited food sources in Sumbung Village. Apart from providing a higher-quality alternative feed, this research can also support efforts to manage dry leaf waste and encourage environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study examines the perceptions of the Pucangadi Village community towards the educational children's program "SiBobo" broadcast by TVRI Central Java. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with fifteen informants selected purposively. Informants consisted of parents, teachers, and local residents who have views regarding the program. The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which the program "SiBobo" is accepted and has a positive impact on the development of children in the community. The results showed that the program "SiBobo" is considered an entertaining and educational learning medium by the majority of informants. This program successfully conveys moral and social messages relevant to children's lives, such as the values ​​of togetherness, social awareness, and the importance of protecting the environment. This program is also considered able to attract children's attention in a fun way, making them interested in learning while playing. In addition, the content presented in this program can increase children's knowledge about local culture and wisdom, which is expected to increase their love for Indonesian culture. However, despite "SiBobo"'s high educational value, the presence of gadgets and children's preference for digital content, such as YouTube videos and game apps, often divert their attention from public television. Children are more interested in shows they can access anytime through their devices. This suggests that while television shows like "SiBobo" still play a significant role, competition from digital media presents a significant challenge. This study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing children's programming based on local values ​​and the need for more adaptive communication strategies to optimally convey educational messages.
