This study was designed to describe and manage integrated tourism areas in the Masigit Village, Cipatat District, West Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method using primary and secondary data. The results of this study produce a description of the debate in the tourist area such as opposing the road to the location which is still a dirt road and bumpy and when it rains it becomes very muddy. Then in the development of the amount of money from three attractions in Indiana Camp Monthly income can reach Rp. 2,000,000-Rp. 20,000,000. The percentage of the number of visits also increased, Winus visits in 2014 amounted to 93.27% increased in 2018 to 98.35% while foreign tourists in 2014 amounted to 0.065% increased to 1.65% in 2018.

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aspek strategis dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme dan efektivitas organisasi kepolisian, terutama di tengah tuntutan pelayanan publik dan dinamika lingkungan kerja yang semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, dan pengelolaan inovasi terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada anggota Polri di Polres Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada anggota Polri Polres Pesisir Selatan. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS versi 26.0. Sebelum analisis dilakukan, data telah memenuhi seluruh asumsi klasik sehingga model regresi dinyatakan layak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi organisasi, kepemimpinan partisipatif, dan pengelolaan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kepemimpinan partisipatif merupakan variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap pengembangan SDM. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 38,1% variasi pengembangan SDM, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan SDM anggota Polri memerlukan pendekatan yang terintegrasi, melalui penguatan komunikasi organisasi, penerapan kepemimpinan partisipatif, dan pengelolaan inovasi yang berkelanjutan guna mendukung profesionalisme dan efektivitas pelaksanaan tugas kepolisian.
