Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction, quality health services are health services that must pay attention to four main elements. Based on the survey conducted on the services of Puskesmas to patients as many as 10 people, 6 of them felt that the quality of service in the Puskesmas was not maximal, while the other 4 stated that the service was maximal. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the quality of health services with the Servqual Method. The method, The research design used in this study was Cross Sectional. The population in this study were 7,635 people and samples taken by accidental sampling were as many as 99 people. Methods of data collection are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is binary logistic regression test. Results, the results showed that physical condition has a sig-p value of 0.007 <0.05, reliability of sig-p 0.008 <0.05, responsiveness of sig-p 0.011 <0.05 and sig-p guarantee of 0.034 <0.05 which means physical condition , reliability, responsiveness and assurance have an influence on the quality of health services, while caring does not have an influence on the quality of health services because it has a sig-p value of 0.325> 0.05. Suggested, It is hoped that it can become a reference for the community and for cadres in the Puskesmas to better understand the importance of quality services that are in accordance with the regulations of the health ministry to maximize health services provided to patients. Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan atau ISPA merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas penyakit menular di dunia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan antibiotika pada penderita ISPA Non-Peunomonia di Puskesmas Wilayah Aceh tamiang. Cara pengambilan data di peroleh dari Formulir Pelaporan Indikator Peresepan ISPA Non-Peunomonia di 4 ( empat ) Puskesmas. Setelah dilakukan penelitian hasil yang didapat persentase pemakaian Antibiotik pada penderita ISPA Non-Peunomonia Puskesmas Sapta Jaya adalah 34%, Puskesmas Karang Baru 34%, Puskesmas Seruway 48% dan Puskesmas Banda Mulia 54%. Jadi dari hasil penelitian maka bias disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan antibiotic untuk kasus ISPA Non-peunomonia di 4 ( empat ) Puskesmas wilayah Aceh Tamiang januari s/d desember 2018 tidak sesuai dengan pedoman pengobatan berdasarkan acuan standart indicator kinerja POR Nasional. Jadi disarankan agar ke-4 (empat) Puskesmas yang diteliti khususnya dan semua Puskesmas lainnya yang ada di wilayah Aceh Tamiang untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan dan disarankan untuk melakukan pemantauan peresepan dalam penggunaan antibiotika pada pasien ISPA-Non- Penomonia sesuai dengan standart indicator kinerja POR.

Abstract

Tuberculosis disease is still a global problem at this time, the WHO (World Health Organization) report in 2023, there were 9.6 million people in the world suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis and 1.5 million of them died. While the number of cases of pulmonary TB at the Sukaramai Health Center in 2023 was 321 total cases and 43 people recovered. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the success of Pulmonary TB treatment in the Sukaramai Puskesmas Working Area, Royal District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The research design used Analytical Survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all TB patients who sought treatment at the Sukaramai Health Center, namely 101 patients, all of whom were sampled using the total population technique. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of knowledge p = 0.000, family motivation p = 0.001 adherence to taking medicine p = 0.003 and side effects of drugs p = 0.010. While the dominant factor that influences the success of Lung TB treatment is knowledge p = 0.000 with an Exp(B) value of 60.141, meaning that knowledge has 60 times the risk compared to other variables. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of knowledge, family motivation, adherence to taking medication and side effects of drugs on the successful treatment of Pulmonary TB in the Working Area of ??the Sukaramai Health Center, Royal District, Pakpak Bharat Regency and variables that do not affect the distance of health services. It is recommended for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis to be more independent in undergoing pulmonary tuberculosis treatment, active in field counseling activities and using social media as a promotional medium, conducting home visits to patients' homes in an effort to monitor drug compliance in order to increase the acceleration of healing of pulmonary tuberculosis disease which is for their own health and the health of the family around them.

Abstract

Hypertension is still a health problem that must be followed up, World Health Organization (WHO) data in 2022 estimates that currently the global prevalence of hypertension is 22% of the total world population. Meanwhile, the hypertension report at the Salak Health Center in 2021 was 275 cases, in 2022 there were 324 cases, in 2023 there were 397 cases. Objective research to analyze the factors that influence adherence to taking medication in elderly people with hypertension in the Working Area of ??the Salak Health Center, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The research design used Analytical Survey method with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were all patients The population in this study were all elderly hypertensive patients in the Salak Health Center Working Area, namely 73 patients who were all made into research samples with total population techniques. Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of knowledge p = 0.014, motivation p = 0.006, family support p = 0.004 and health worker support p = 0.031. While the dominant factor influencing compliance with taking medication in elderly people with hypertension is family support p = 0.004 with Exp (B) 90.993. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of knowledge, motivation, family support, health worker support and those that do not affect the length of suffering from hypertension and affordability of access to health services. The dominant factor, namely family support, influences compliance with taking medication in elderly people with hypertension in the Salak Health Center Working Area, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. It is suggested that the Salak Health Center is expected to be taken into consideration and input for the health center to be active in field counseling activities and use social media as a promotional medium, conduct home visits to patients' homes in an effort to monitor compliance with taking medication in order to increase the acceleration of healing of hypertension in the elderly, so as to improve health status in the elderly.

Abstract

The implementation of pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals must be supported by the availability of pharmaceutical resources, organization oriented towards patient safety and standard operational procedures, where pharmaceutical resources include human resources as well as facilities and infrastructure. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of prescription service waiting time at the Surya Insani Pasir Pangairan Hospital pharmacy. This study used qualitative research (In-depth interview) from this study the sample was 6 (six) people, namely 2 key informants, 2 main informants and 2 triangulation/additional informants totaling 6 people. The results of the study Human resources on prescription service waiting time at the Surya Insani Pasir Pangaraian Hospital Pharmacy Installation, Riau are still lacking. The required standard is 13 and the available is 9 so it requires 4 more people, facilities and infrastructure for waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau meet 85% and there are still obstacles to speeding up services, the policy for waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau is that SOP is enforced for 10 minutes for non-compounding and 20 minutes for compounding., supervision of waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau is that SOP is enforced as a reference for work, there is training and education for waiting time for prescription services at the Pharmacy Installation of Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangaraian Riau., Suggestions are expected for hospitals As information for Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangairan so that they can intervene in order to make good Health Human Resource planning, As information material for Surya Insani Hospital Pasir Pangairan regarding things that are considered good or not considered good so that they can be an improvement in the future.
