This study discusses the legal status of leaving Friday prayers during the Corana Virus pandemic. Based on the source of Islamic law; al-Qur'an, hadith and ijma' ulama. In this study there are four conclusions, first, the scholars agreed that the law of Friday prayer is mandatory for people who are affected by the law of taklif and are in a state of pain, fear of illness, fear of life and property, rain, very cold or very hot weather and the outbreak of a disease such as coronavirus. Second, it is permissible not to perform Friday prayers if there is udzur in the way. It's part of the waiver in the goal of setting the law at a secondary level of need that turns into a primary need because the spread of this virus has been life-threatening. Third, it is obligatory to obey the leader, as long as the policy is not contrary to Islamic law. To measure the conformity of the leader's policy with sharia by referring to a benefit. Fourth, as long as the udzur syar'i is still struck, leaving Friday prayers is no limit.

Debt and receivables of gold replaced with cash is a loan agreement, where the recipient of the loan borrows gold from the lender and the payment benchmark is cash. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice system of gold debt and receivables being replaced with cash and the Islamic economics view of gold being replaced with money. This research design is a qualitative research. The research subjects are the majority of people who are tied to the gold debt case. Methods of collecting data with interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis with qualitative descriptive. Based on the research, it can be stated that in practice gold debt in the Village of Larangan Sorjan, Kec. Klampis Kab. Bangkalan in payment using cash and without being limited to maturity by muqridh, while if viewed from Islamic economic law, it has fulfilled the pillars of debt and receivables and the terms of debt and receivables and in Islam this practice is allowed with predetermined conditions.

Perception of marketing strategy through paid promote advertising services is an effective effort or strategic and creative steps in overcoming the problems of every company or online business owner. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of paid promote strategy, to find out how the effect of paid promote as a marketing tool affects online purchasing behavior and to determine the Islamic economic perspective regarding paid promote strategy. Due to the rapid development of technology, online business owners must be able to compete with competitors. One of them is in terms of marketing, because marketing is the spearhead of a company. So that an existing product can be recognized by the wider community. The design of this research is quantitative research. With the population of this study as many as 75 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire as many as 20 statement items using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques to answer the hypothesis using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the perception of paid promote strategy as a marketing tool on online buying behavior. This is evidenced by the coefficient of determination R square of 64.7%. This means that there is a significant influence between the perception variable paid promote strategy (X) on the online purchasing behavior variable (Y). One of the influencing indicators is attractive advertisements that can lead to online buying behavior. This paid promote strategy is in accordance with the perspective of Islamic economics because in terms of its activities it uses principles that are in accordance with Islamic law by doing marketing that does not contain gharar element

Some economic activities that can, in practice, benefit one party and harm another from religious values, such as usury, tadlis gambling in buying and selling, and the hoarding of goods or what is commonly known as Ihtikar. In fact, in economic activity, a sense of transcendence is very necessary and required. If this feeling and awareness are not found, then everyone will justify all means without caring about the consequences of their behavior and they will even argue that if this is not the case then the economy in a circle will not run quickly and optimally. The definition of Ihtikar is an economic practice that is carried out by hoarding certain goods which have the aim of obtaining the maximum profit without caring about how distressed others are when they need it. Poverty in Indonesia is still a problem that is difficult to solve, and poverty continues to increase day by day. In fact, until now we have not yet found the right strategy to become a win solution to minimize the low poverty rate in Indonesia. Moreover, in East Java, namely in Bangkalan Regency, the poverty rate is increasing in 2020. The Bangkalan Regency National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in 2019 has realized the distribution of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) funds amounting to IDR. 611,295,400 while the funds collected that year amounted to Rp. 887. 417.162. The statement made by the Chairman of the East Java National Zakat Amil Agency stated that Bangkalan Regency has 1.8 billion zakat potential. If this is the case, the percentage of funds realized is 48%. So from this it is necessary to make better efforts than before so that the funds distributed by ZIS to mustahik can be distributed evenly. The aim of this research is to analyze the management of BAZNAS Bangkalan social funds from the perspective of Yusuf Qardhawi. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies to investigate phenomena in real life. The results of this research are that the implementation of zakat, infaq and alms management carried out by BAZNAS Bangkalan Regency is in accordance with Law 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management. In improving the economy of the people of Bangkalan, BAZNAS Bangkalan has done this by providing productive business capital loans for micro business actors who cannot meet their living needs. Yusuf Qardhawi's view regarding the Bangkalan Regency ZIS BAZNAS management analysis has been implemented well and appropriately.

This research is included in qualitative research using field research methods. The subjects of the study are the owners, employees/drivers, and consumers/business partners of Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK). Sampling uses the Snow Ball Sampling technique because it can expand the research subject. The purpose of this study is first, to find out how the implementation of the ijarah contract in online motorcycle taxis Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK). Second, to find out whether by joining as a partner of online motorcycle taxis bangkalan can increase income. This research was conducted at the Home Base Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) located at Jl. Letnan Singosastro Gang 3 No 1 Kraton Bangkalan. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation, while checking validity using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. So it come to the conclusion. first, the implementation of the ijarah contract at Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) has fulfilled the pillars & conditions of ijarah, namely consumers rent services from Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK), and then pay wages/ujrah according to its provisions. Second, based on interview results partners who joined with online motorcycle taxis Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) there are 45 stalls/shops, which are in the Bangkalan area. There are several advantages and disadvantages in joining as a partner of online motorcycle taxis Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK), which can facilitate the process of delivering orders and can promote goods online on delivery services and advertisements using social media, both whatsapps or instagram. While the disadvantages are not including a list of fares on ABANK Passenger services, not including a list of shipping costs on social media when ads are published, it become an anomaly in society about how much food is sold. In this case, there is potential harm to consumers in terms of comfort and satisfaction, but there is no material loss. Because no party is harmed, and both parties are willing and ridho, then the ijarah contract that is carried out is legally valid. Apart from that, some of these shortcomings do not affect sales results, this is proven by the increasing number of partners joining the Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) online motorcycle taxi and the increase in profits from these partners, so that partners are increasingly active in increasing the types of goods sold.

This study aims to determine the suitability of the curriculum 2013 with a concept of Islamic education in terms of the substance of curriculum 13 with Islamic education. This study uses a library research approach by examining the implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in the field, which is then analyzed regarding its suitability with the concept of Islamic education. The data collection method is through three events, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation is the core method in this research. It is done so that researchers get valid data and then check the validity of the data through data triangulation. This study reveals that substantially there is a match between the 2013 curriculum and the concept of Islamic education, which puts the soul above physical education. Islam always emphasizes that religious education takes precedence over education about the world, as the curriculum 2013 places attitude competence above knowledge and skills by integrating science and technology and spirituality. The curriculum 2013 touches on all aspects of human life. Islam is a religion of nature, so there is no dichotomy between science and technology because Islam believes both are sourced from Allah SWT. Through revelation and reason, humans get knowledge where Allah SWT created revelation and reason
