Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan sosial anak di jorong cubadak nagari lima kum. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di Jorong Cubadak Nagari Cubadak Kecamatan Lima Kaum dengan menggunakan permainan tradisional benteng, pada saat bermain anak-anak tetap mematuhi protokol covid-19 sehingga aman untuk peneliti dan juga anak-anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak usia 5-6 tahun di Jorong Cubadak Nagari Cubadak setelah bermain benteng. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode penelitian pre-experimental design dengan one group pretest postest design. Tehknik pengambilan data berupa lembar observasi, analisis data menggunakan uji “t”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui permainan tradisional benteng, anak mampu berketerampilan sosial yang meliputi, bekerja sama, berempati, kemurahan hati atau kedermawanan dan memberikan bantuan. Dimana Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima dan Hipotesis nihil (H0) ditolak. Hasil akhir pada taraf signifikansi 5%= 1,895 dengan membandingkan besarnya “t” yang peneliti peroleh (t0= 11,2874) dan besarnya “t” yang tercantum pada tt yaitu 1,895,. Maka dapat diketahui bahwa t0 lebih besar dari tt, gambarannya sebagai berikut: 11,2974>1,895. Karena t0 lebih besar dari tt maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan tradisional benteng dapat meningkatkan keterampilan sosial pada anak. peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh antara sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan permainan tradisional benteng pada keterampilan sosial anak.

Fungsi dari perpustakaan salah satunya adalah manajemen perpustakaan. Setiap bahan pustaka yang diadakan di perpustakaan memang harus dilakukan pengolahan. Pengolahan ini dilakukan berdasarkan dengan sistem yang berlaku, dimulai dari seleksi bahan pustaka, mengiventarisasi bahan pustaka, stempel, menentukan subjek dari bahan pustaka, klasifikasi, mengkatalogisasi, memberikan call number pada punggung buku, dan disampul. Sehingga bahan pustaka yang sudah dilakukan pengolahan bisa ditata di rak. Penetaan buku di rak atau yang sering disebut dengan selving merupakan kegiatan perpustakaan untuk mempermudah penggunanya dalam mengakses kembali informasi yang ada di perpustakaan tersebut. Begitu juga dengan perpustakaan Yayasan Shuwo, melakukan kerjasama dengan jurusan ilmu perpustakaan dan informasi islam untuk melakukan manajemen pengelolah bahan pustaka, agar bahan pustaka yang ada di perpustakaan Yayasan Shuwo lebih tertata dan mempermudah proses temu kembali informasi di perpustakaan Yayasan Shuwo juga menjadi lebih tepat, relevan, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunanya.

Di erea modern saat ini fungsi perpustakaan perguruan tinggi sebagai pusat layanan informasi dituntut untuk bertransformasi guna memenuhi kebutuhan informasi dan eksistensinya di tengah masyarakat. Namun masih banyak perpustakaan perguruan tinggi yang mempunyai fasilitas lengkap, namun belum banyak dikunjungi oleh pengguna karena masih terkesan kaku dan kurang nyaman. Kondisi berbeda kita dapat melihat market, dimana penataan barang, desain interior dan eksterior ruangan yang membuat kita nyaman dan ingin berada lama disana ditambah dengan service yang memuaskan pelanggan. Dari fenomena tersebut, Salah satu konsep yang menarik untuk mewujudkan perpustakaan yang rekreatif adalah dengan mengaplikasikan konsep “One Stop Browsing” yaitu sebuah konsep dimana perpustakaan dapat menyediakan bermacam-macam layanan perpustakaan di dalam satu gedung secara lengkap, bertujuan agar pengunjung tak perlu lagi harus pergi keluar gedung untuk mencari bahan pustaka yang dibutuhkan. Adapun beberapa fasilitas penunjang yang dapat disediakan di perpustakaan antara lain: lobby, lounge library, counter mini, computer searching, mesin fotocopy, internet, ruang teater, dan televisi.

Abstract: The era of disruption is an era where an innovation will replace the entire old system with new ways. Disruption replaces old physical technology with digital technology that produces something completely new and more efficient, as well as being more useful. In order to maintain the existence of the archivist profession in the midst of industrial competition there are four competencies that must be possessed by archivists besides being innovative and creative, they are also supported by soft skills, namely (1) social skills, (2) process skills, (3) technological skills, and (4) ) cognitive abilities. Therefore, archivists must transform towards a new paradigm by adapting to the development of technology, having a high work ethic, being open, and being able to be problem solving for solving increasingly complex problems in the work environment.Keyword: Existence, Archivist, Competence, Disruption EraAbstrak: Era disrupsi adalah zaman dimana sebuah inovasi yang akan menggantikan seluruh sistem lama dengan cara-cara baru. Disrupsi menggantikan teknologi lama yang serba fisik dengan teknologi digital yang menghasilkan sesuatu yang benar-benar baru dan lebih efisien, juga lebih bermanfaat. Dalam rangka mempertahankan eksistensi profesi arsiparis di tengah persaingan industri ada 4- (empat) kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh arsiparis selain inovatif dan kreatif juga didukung dengan kemampuan soft skill yaitu (1) keterampilan sosial; (2) keterampilan proses; (3) keterampilan teknologi; dan (4) kemampuan kognitif. Oleh karenanya, arsiparis harus bertansformasi menuju paradigma perubahan dengan cara beradaptasi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, sikap terbuka, serta mampu menjadi problema solving untuk menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan yang semakin kompleks di lingkungan kerja. Utilization of knowledge, especially those in video format, sometimes librarians and users have problems finding collections based on video content. This paper aims to see how the strategy of developing Content Based Video Retrieval at the MMTC Yogyakarta Multi Media High School Library. The research method used by researchers using qualitative research with a library research approach. The data collection technique of this research begins with the activities of selecting, searching, presenting and finally analyzing the data. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses content analysis techniques (content analysis). is a research technique to make reference to the introduction of certain characteristics in the text systematically and objectively. The results showed that the development of the Yogyakarta MMTC Multi Media High School Library, especially for the development of a Video-Based Retrieval System (CBVR) must be evaluated through a SWOT analysis in two ways, namely macro analysis, opportunities and threats variables will be formulated, and second from internal analysis will be formulated strength variables. and weakness. In addition, in the Content Based Video Retrieval development strategy, there are aspects that need to be considered and seen, namely: user needs, development budget, human resources: library staff, support from leadership and facilities (software and hardware) and IT infrastructure (network).

Portal berita online merupakan situs online media massa yang populer dan memiliki karakteristik khas karena mengadopsi perkembangan TIK. Keunggulan portal berita online adalah informasi bersifat up to date, real time, dan praktis. Kota Yogyakarta salah satu kota yang banyak mendirikan media massa, salah satu yang media massa online yang dikenal masyarakat disana yaitu Tribun Jogja dan Harian Jogja. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analistis. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus “precision” untuk sistem temu kembali informasi berita menggunakan 2 (dua) kata kunci bebas yang menjadi trending topik berita saat ini. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelusuran menggunakan istilah pencarian kata kunci sederhana “Seleksi CPNS” dan istilah pencarian majemuk “Vaksin Covid-19”. Dari perolehan nilai precision menunjukkan bahwa portal Harian Jogja lebih tinggi nilainya precision yaitu sebesar 82, 35% untuk pencarian kata kunci sederhana dan pencarian kata kunci majemuk nilainya sebersar 71, 42%. Sedangkan Tribun Jogja masing-masing nilai precision sebesar 56, 37% dan 68, 08 %. Dalam hal ini hasil nilai precision Harian Jogja lebih efektif dan lebih unggul bila dibandingkan dengan nilai Tribun Jojga. Online news portals are one of the most popular and distinctive types of mass media. The advantages of online news portals are information that is up to date, real time, and practical. The city of Yogyakarta is one of the cities that has established many mass media, one of the online mass media known to the public there is Tribun Jogja and Harian Jogja. This study uses quantitative research with an analytical descriptive approach. Data analysis uses the “precision” formula for a news information retrieval system using 2 (two) free keywords that are trending news topics today. Based on the search results using the simple keyword search term "Seleksi CPNS" and the compound search term "Vaksin Covid-19". From the score obtained, it shows that the Daily Jogja portal has a higher value, which is 82, 35% for simple keyword searches and for compound keywords, the value is 71, 42%. Meanwhile, Tribun Jogja each has a precision value of 56, 37% and 68, 08%. In this case, the results of the Harian Jogja precision value are more and more superior when compared to the effective value of the Tribun Jogja.

The library of Serambi-Mekkah University is one of the main libraries at the Aceh College which serves all academic communities. In facilitating library service activities, it is necessary to use good information technology with strategic planning as outlined in a Master Plan in a form. Preparing the Master Plan aims to provide long-term guidelines to be aligned by aspects of the library field and provide tangible benefits to the library in achieving its vision and mision from the design of information system. The research method used in developing information systems at the Serambi Mekkah University Library Aceh uses needs analysis and designing library software. The library of Serambi-Mekkah University Aceh uses a diagram model (use case) which is a complete description of the interactions between actors with designing and creating information systems.

This study aims to describe the form of implementation of the school literacy movement, the supporting and inhibiting factors and to determine the role of the library in the implementation of the GLS as an effort to improve reading and writing skills at SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data in this study used triangulation techniques, sources and lengthened observations. Results: The form of GLS implementation at SMA Negeri 3 Batusangkar is in the form of programs related to reading, writing and speaking literacy for students. Supporting factors: active role of school community, program, students, support from parents and school committee, conducive school environment, facilities. inhibiting factors: the consistency of the organizers, the condition of books that are starting to deteriorate due to age, and the limited number of collections of fiction books to support the School Literacy Movement in the literacy corner, not all students have the same interest and love for literacy, time allocation, and socialization of the GLS program. The role of the library in the implementation of the GLS is that the library acts as a source of information, the library plays a role in collecting student work and preserving it, the library acts as a non-formal educational institution.

This article explains that the existence of libraries in the modern era requires keeping up with the times by combining information services with information technology. This aims to make the library continue to survive and be able to compete with other information institutions. The goal is to improve the quality of information services in the library. In terms of improving library services, user satisfaction aspects are important in measuring the usefulness and success of information systems in libraries. The method used in this paper is literature study, with a descriptive analysis approach. In this paper the author focuses on research studies using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) model through a gender perspective approach which will be tested using the EUCS variable in full. The variables include content, accuracy, format, timeliness, ease of use, and speed of access. The author concludes that gender will have a beneficial and easy effect on interest in using information systems in libraries. This can be seen from the fact that men are more influenced by the perceived benefits of using the information system in the library, while women are more influenced by convenience.
