Abstract

E-Government is the government's program and commitment in the effort to develop electronic-based governance and transforms to facilitate the activities of society and business to the knowledge-based society. E-Governmet can be said to be a system that contains collections of modules that can be integrated with others. Considering the many module components in the e-government authors in this study limits only to population modules such as service and management of population data, KK data, data on population mutations such as population (moving, coming, born, dead) built using the Model View method Web-based and online controller. As well as how to simplify the management of the letter, in addition to facilitate the search population data and information about the development of villagers in each village in real time with terintegerasinya data to each village in addition to facilitate and accelerate the service request and manufacture reporting. So with the existence of this system the kecamatan easier to see the development of data of the population of each village and with this system the kecamatan and village easier to manage the data letter and can facilitate in sending mail to each village. With this research, it is expected Sub-district offices can provide improvement of information service and also data processing of its population.

Abstract

Information systems are one of the fields of science within the computer science family where technically it refers more to business processes and management of an application to the sustainability of business processes of institutions, industries or organizations. The need for information systems in the industrial world is increasing along with the development of technology which has very significantly grown, many models and technologies are offered to simplify the processes that take place in companies or in agencies to reduce and minimize errors and human-errors. This is also felt by a government agency in Batang Lubu Sutam District, where there is a Puskesmas that is still very overwhelmed in the administrative process because it has not utilized technology in managing the processes in the Puskesmas, both in terms of patient registration and other related processes. . The need for a Management Information System is the right solution for the Pinarik Health Center to improve the quality of service and administrative systems at the Puskesmas. In addition to speeding up the administrative process, the existence of a Management Information System will make it easier for patients visiting because the entire process has been systemised. The Management Information System that will be built at the Pinarik Health Center will use a web-based platform using the MVC (Model View Controller) model with the Code Igniter framework and MySQL as the database storage medium. It is hoped that with the Information Management System the administrative process of the Pinarik Health Center will be effective and efficient and provide convenience both for patients and for the Puskesmas itself in particular.

Abstract

Toko Kebaya Style Modern is a business engaged in the sale of kebaya clothes, which is located in at Jalan Besar Delitua Kab. Deli Serdang. Promotion system and a conventional data collection and manually create outreach than the market share gained by Toko Kebaya Style Modern. Therefore, they invented a way of marketing and sales through the Internet or ECommrece which aims to provide convenience to the seller and the buyer in the process of buying and selling and collection of products and customers. The method used in this research is the method of object-oriented approach Object methods Orientd Analysis Program (OOAD) as well as visual modeling that helps to capture the structure and behavior of objects. This visual modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and feasibility analysis menggunakann PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Eficiensi, and Service). E-commerce system can help Toko Kebaya Style Modern in the sales process, data collection and management products that are online as well as disseminating information about the product rapidly and expand the coverage area of marketing and improving the quality of services better to their customers so as to strengthen the relationship between the company and customers, and ultimately bring benefits to the company in the market and meet customers' needs for information is up to date

Abstract

Project Management Unit of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) serves to limit, planning, forecasting, scheduling, organizing, directing, controlling, and closing projects. Technological development monitoring system and growing can be used to assist management in monitoring to ensure all activities conducted goes according to plan. The technology can be used as a media monitoring include web-based technology. The method used is by direct observation in ERP Project Management Unit, analyzing procedures and processes on the system is running, as well as describe the procedure using UML. To support the accuracy of the data, the research conducted by the method of literature, by searching for relevant information from various books and browsing the Internet. I also conduct experiments or in practice in the design and manufacture of prototype applications Project Management Monitoring System. The benefits of this research is to produce a new system in the form of application Project Management Web-based Monitoring System is capable of supporting high mobility of employees to report any activity that has been, is being, or will be done in realtime. The report was subsequently used as a basis for analyzing the shortcomings of the activities that have been done so that management can do forecasting activities that will be implemented in the future. From this research, the expected performance of the ERP Project Management Unit in monitoring projects can be more effective, efficient, and optimal
