Abstract

Banten Province as a Province adjacent to the Capital City of Jakarta and Banten Province is a province that is very well known because it has tourist areas in districts and sub-districts in Banten that have the main attraction to be visited by tourists, but the lack of information about existing tourist objects , and in searching for tourist information there are still many using maps manually, so we need an application that provides information services about tourist attractions in Banten, Web information system design provides information about the potential of the region as a tourist attraction in Banten Province. The geographic information system of web-based tourism in the province of Banten by using the Google Map API that can facilitate tourists searching, the location of users, interesting places and to find out the natural beauty and history in the province of Banten. This system is designed to make it easier for users to use and be more interactive. Supported by facilities to show the direction to the tourist attractions chosen by the user, as well as the addition of data visualization. This system is expected to be a guide and dissemination of travel information in Banten Province. Presentation of information in the form of images and maps will make it easier to understand users who will get the information effectively and efficiently. With the presence of this application is provided to meet the information needs of attractions in Banten Province

Abstract

These studies are counter to a trend of falling students' graduation rates on the national exam. This is because of the way students prepare their readiness to face national tests is inaccurate. On this study the hybrid method c4 algorithm.5 and the swarm particle optimization to produce a class readiness of students with high and accurate accuracy. This research suggests that by using hybridmethodC4.5 andParticle Swarm Optimizationgenerates accuracy as 97.13 %, Precisionas 96,58 %, andRecallas 100 %. Then implemented through a web-based prototype application using programming javascriptlanguage.

Abstract

The use of IT asset and inventory management information systems can greatly benefit businesses in managing their IT assets. The objective of this study is to develop an information system application that simplifies the management of IT assets by monitoring inventory data, tracking requests for repair, borrowing, purchase, and inventory recording of IT assets. The study was conducted at PT. Transmarco and the development of the information system application involved layout design, diagram design (including an activity diagram), and database design processes. Modular programming languages such as PHP, Sublime Text, MySQL, and CSS were used in the development process. The IT Asset and Inventory Data Monitoring Application provides information on incoming goods data, outgoing goods data, stock goods, and usage history. By implementing this application, it is expected that managing asset data and IT inventory at PT. Transmarco will become much simpler, including managing item data, item history, and stock of goods. This system will enable firm personnel to efficiently manage IT assets according to the desired outcomes. Overall, the development of the IT asset and inventory data monitoring application at PT. Transmarco showcases the potential benefits of IT asset and inventory management information systems for businesses. The streamlining of IT asset management processes can result in improved efficiency, reduced costs, and better decision-making regarding IT asset investments.

Abstract

The use of technology in education continues to grow in response to demands for efficiency and effectiveness of communication in the school environment. This research aims to investigate the application of Telegram chatbots as an effective means of communication at SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, focusing on collecting data through observation, interviews and content analysis of the use of Telegram chatbots among students, teachers and school administration staff. The research results show that the application of the Telegram chatbot as a means of communication has made a significant contribution to increasing interaction and access to information in the educational environment of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang. Students, teachers and administrative staff showed a positive response to the use of Telegram chatbots as an efficient communication alternative, facilitating the exchange of information regarding schedules, assignments and other important information. Qualitative findings support the idea that Telegram chatbots have become an effective means of communication at SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang, opening up new opportunities for more dynamic interactions and easier accessibility of information among the school community. The implications of these findings indicate that the integration of communication technology such as the Telegram chatbot can be an innovation that has the potential to change the communication paradigm in the educational environment.

Abstract

The Integrated Information System (Sister Fani) represents a significant innovation within the educational framework of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang. Recognizing the imperative for a swift and engaging interface, this research endeavours to conceptualize and execute Sister Fani to adhere to elevated standards of performance and user satisfaction. Employing a qualitative methodology, data collection was facilitated through observation, interviews, and documentary research. The findings of this study underscore the pivotal role of a rapid and captivating interface design in enhancing user efficiency and enriching the overall user experience. By streamlining the process of accessing and utilizing information, the redesigned Sister Fani platform emerges as a catalyst for heightened productivity and improved service quality within the educational context of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang. The practical implications of this research are manifold. The integration of Sister Fani into the operational framework of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang promises to yield tangible benefits, including heightened productivity and enhanced educational service quality. By optimising the interface design to align with user expectations and requirements, educational institutions can cultivate an environment conducive to seamless information dissemination and utilisation. In conclusion, the successful implementation of Sister Fani stands poised to revolutionize the educational landscape of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang, offering a paradigmatic shift towards efficiency, accessibility, and user-centricity.

Abstract

The creation of a collaborative e-learning model is an urgent need, especially in Tangerang, to improve the quality of education in Vocational High Schools (SMK). Vocational learning requires integration between theory and practice, but traditional e-learning systems have not been able to meet this need. This study aims to develop a personal collaborative e-learning model that combines interactive support-based learning, context-based collaboration, and practice-oriented learning. The research methodology uses the ADDIE modelĀ  with a Research and DevelopmentĀ  approach. The subjects of the study involved 22 teachers and 375 students from various vocational schools in Tangerang. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and test results, with three trial classes for one semester. The results showed that the collaborative e-learning paradigm significantly increased student engagement, learning quality, and learning outcomes. As many as 82% of students felt their learning experience was more meaningful than the previous e-learning method, while 85% of students actively participated in discussion forums and collaboration. The test results showed an average increase in scores of 15%. Teachers also assessed that this strategy supports the development of students' practical skills and facilitates project-based learning. Satisfaction evaluations showed that 80% of students felt more satisfied with the learning experience using this collaborative model. The collaborative e-learning model developed is not only relevant for learning in SMK Tangerang, but also has the potential to improve the standard of vocational education in Indonesia. Training and infrastructure support are needed to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of this model.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in the world of education, especially through the implementation of collaborative e-learning. Computers play a crucial role in supporting interactive online learning processes, enabling more effective collaboration between students, educators, and learning resources. This study aims to analyze the role of computers in collaborative e-learning and its implications for the future of digital education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through literature studies and interviews with educators and e-learning practitioners. The results of the study show that computers function as facilitators in various aspects of collaborative e-learning, such as online-based communication, accessibility of educational resources, and integration of artificial intelligence and big data in learning personalization. The advantages of computers in increasing interaction and effectiveness of learning in the digital environment are the main factors in optimizing collaborative e-learning. However, this study also found several challenges, such as the gap in access to technological devices, the readiness of educators and students to adopt technology, and data security issues in e-learning systems. To overcome these obstacles, continuous innovation is needed in the development of digital infrastructure and increasing technological competence for e-learning users. With the rapid development of technology, it is predicted that computer-based collaborative e-learning will continue to develop into the main learning model in the future. Therefore, this study is expected to be a reference for policymakers and education practitioners in designing more inclusive and effective digital learning strategies.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, particularly through the use of e-learning systems. This online learning model provides flexibility, accessibility, and efficiency in the teaching and learning process. However, the main challenges still faced are the lack of interactivity, limited personalization of learning, and the difficulty in adapting materials to student needs in vocational education, which emphasizes practical aspects and skills. The presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers new opportunities to overcome these limitations. With its data analysis capabilities, adaptive learning, and automation, AI can help create more relevant, contextual, and effective learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-learning systems to improve learning effectiveness in vocational education. The method used is a sequential explanatory mixed methods design, implemented in two phases. The quantitative phase involved 375 vocational high school student respondents in the Tangerang area through a questionnaire, while the qualitative phase explored the findings through in-depth interviews and observations at 22 selected participating schools. The results show that the use of AI can personalize materials according to student needs, provide automated learning recommendations, create chatbot-based virtual assistants, and support evaluation with an intelligent system. The positive impact of implementing AI in e-learning is increased learning motivation, student engagement, and their readiness to face industry demands. Therefore, integrating AI into e-learning systems can be an effective strategy to strengthen the quality of vocational education. Based on these findings, the study recommends the need to improve digital infrastructure readiness, strengthen teachers' technological competencies, and develop clear regulations regarding the security and ethical use of student data. Implementing supporting policies and ongoing training programs for educators is crucial to maximize the potential of AI and ensure its equitable and sustainable implementation in vocational education environments.
