Abstract

Adanya rencana vaksin berbayar oleh pemerintah menimbulkan berbagai macam tanggapan dari masyarakat. Banyaknya pemberitahuan yang berasal dari banyak sumber dapat mempengaruhi presepsi masyarakat. Presepsi negatif tehadap vaksin berbayar yang dialami masyarakat dapat menjadi pemicu terjadinya kemarahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis sentimen menggunakan pemrograman R, untuk mengetahui opini-opini masyarakat terhadap kabar mengenai vaksin berbayar yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode naïve bayes classifier yang diklasifikasikan kedalam opini positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil analisis sentimen ini akan dijabarkan dalam bentuk visualisasi barplot, wordcloud, dan dalam bentuk diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language) kemudian proses akan dilanjutkan dengan membuat rancangan sistem. Analisis sentiment ini adalah berbasis web dan dapat diakses menggunakan browser. Dengan begitu penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah informasi analisis sentimen dengan menggunakan rstudio dalam mengambil dan mengklasifikasi data.

Abstract

There are some issues that still hard to watch the movement of the society, there are many people where never stick to the protocol rules of health, and so many Cafes and modern and traditional markets disobey to the protocol of health and keep the crowds to gettting close to each other. The aim of this article is to explain the effort of covid 19 Task Force to control the movement of society, to give attention to the protocol of health, and sanctions for disobedient society. The method to use is by giving counseling and informations to the people how important to use self protection from the pandemic covid 19, straight to the spots which we have targetted. Distributes health maskers and self protection tools such as hand sanitizers for free. On the other hand we dont forget to distribute donations such like food to the poor who got impacted by the pandemic covid 19. The result of the community services straightly we can see that many people have awarede and got concerned the danger of the pandemic covid 19 so many people didn’t feel need to go out just for fun when the restrrictions was acknowledged only if it is necessarily. So We can control the movement of people, and more obedient with the protocol, having maskers when went out, washing hands, adn using hand sanitizer. And may people aware to avoid the corwds, taking distance to each other, and those all apply in the Task Force Operation Area in Binong and Tangerang. And that all because of the excellent team work..The implication is the declining of the graphic trend for people that confirmed the infection of the covid 19.

Abstract

Banten Province as a Province adjacent to the Capital City of Jakarta and Banten Province is a province that is very well known because it has tourist areas in districts and sub-districts in Banten that have the main attraction to be visited by tourists, but the lack of information about existing tourist objects , and in searching for tourist information there are still many using maps manually, so we need an application that provides information services about tourist attractions in Banten, Web information system design provides information about the potential of the region as a tourist attraction in Banten Province. The geographic information system of web-based tourism in the province of Banten by using the Google Map API that can facilitate tourists searching, the location of users, interesting places and to find out the natural beauty and history in the province of Banten. This system is designed to make it easier for users to use and be more interactive. Supported by facilities to show the direction to the tourist attractions chosen by the user, as well as the addition of data visualization. This system is expected to be a guide and dissemination of travel information in Banten Province. Presentation of information in the form of images and maps will make it easier to understand users who will get the information effectively and efficiently. With the presence of this application is provided to meet the information needs of attractions in Banten Province
