Abstract

ABSTRAKKondisi geografis dan berbagai perbedaan latar belakang etnis, bahasa, agama, dan ideologis Negara Indonesia sebagai Negara yang multikultural menyebabkan resiko terjadinya konflik di Indonesia cukup besar, bahkan fenomena akhir-akhir ini adanya radikalisme yang mulai masuk di semua lini masyarakat, hal ini diperkuat dengan adanya beberapa tradisi masyarakat setempat sebenarnya adalah akar kekerasan. Karena konflik yang terjadi kebanyakan lahir dari nilai budaya yang berbeda, maka pemecahan konflik yang dicari harus diambil dari nilai lokal yang ada. Kearifan lokal benar-benar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perdamaian, apalagi, perdamaian dan pencegahan konflik akan lebih terasa ketika kearifan lokal didukung, difasilitasi, dan dibantu oleh peran negara dan pemerintah. Namun pada faktanya kearifan lokal masih belum terakomodasi sepenuhnya di dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Pada tahap awal penelitian ini dipelajari tentang Kearifan Lokal di Madura khususnya kabupaten Bangkalan dari segala aspekdalam studi lieratur.Kata kunci: kearifan lokal, kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura, studi literatur.ABSTRACTGeographical conditions and various ethnic, linguistic, religious, and ideological backgrounds of the State of Indonesia as a multicultural country cause the risk of conflict in Indonesia is quite large, even the phenomenon of recent radicalism that has begun to enter all lines of society, this is strengthened by the existence of some local traditions is actually the root of violence. Because conflicts that occur mostly are born from different cultural values, then the resolution of the conflict sought must be taken from the existing local values. Local wisdom can really make a big contribution to peace, moreover, peace and conflict prevention will be more felt when local wisdom is supported, facilitated, and assisted by the role of the state and government. But in fact local wisdom has not been fully accommodated in the education curriculum. In the early stages of this study were studied about Local Wisdom in Madura, especially Bangkalan district from all aspects of the literature study.Keywords: local wisdom, Bangkalan regency, Madura, literature study.

Abstract

Civic Education plays a crucial role in shaping the character of students, providing a moral foundation for building a tolerant and just society. This research focuses on tolerance at Pondok Pesantren Al Hikam Bangkalan, exploring the relationship between civic education and student character. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved observations and interviews with 10 students. The results show that 80% of students regularly participate in learning activities, all students display respectful behavior towards teachers, and 90% maintain environmental cleanliness. Furthermore, all students refrain from discrimination and respect differences, creating an inclusive and safe social environment. Interviews revealed a strong understanding of Pancasila values and the importance of tolerance. Civic education at Pondok Pesantren Al Hikam has proven effective in shaping students' character to appreciate diversity and the values of tolerance. This research provides valuable insights for the development of policies and practices in civic education at Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah kehidupan manusia secara signifikan, termasuk dalam cara masyarakat mengakses dan memproses informasi melalui platform media sosial. TikTok sebagai platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh Generasi Z berperan penting dalam membentuk pola pikir dan gaya hidup mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di TikTok dan dampaknya terhadap perspektif Generasi Z terhadap identitas kebangsaan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melakukan analisis konten dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengguna TikTok dari kalangan Generasi Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila direpresentasikan dalam berbagai bentuk, baik secara eksplisit maupun implisit dalam konten TikTok. Namun, dominasi konten yang berorientasi pada hiburan sering kali mengesampingkan konten edukatif terkait nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya strategi untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam konten digital yang sesuai dengan minat Generasi Z.

Abstract

This article explores the relevance and reformulation of the concept of taʿzir in contemporary Islamic education, particularly in the context of the intersection between Islamic disciplinary traditions and modern human rights frameworks. Amid concerns about the harmfulness of punitive practices for children, this article highlights the importance of understanding taʿzir not merely as a means of physical or verbal punishment, but also as part of an ethical, contextual, and transformative pedagogical approach. Drawing on classical literature, educational theory, international law, and case studies from various Islamic educational institutions, this article argues that taʿzir has the flexibility to be reinterpreted within the framework of tarbiyah, the holistic development of students’ morals, spirituality, and intellectuality. This approach is in line with the principles of maqasid al-shariʿah and global child protection norms. This article proposes a model of taʿzir pedagogy based on compassion, justice, and empathy, and encourages synergy between stakeholders to create a non-violent and culturally relevant school discipline system. Thus, renewing taʿzir does not mean abandoning the legacy of tradition, but rather affirming it through a more humane and sustainable interpretation for the best interests of children in contemporary education.

Abstract

Authority to conduct criminal investigations of narcotic regulated under Law No. 35 of2009 on Narcotics, namely article 81 of the law. Dibeikan investigative authority to thenational drug agencies and the police of the republic of Indonesia. With the division ofthe investigative authority of overlap and multiple interpretations of article 81 of LawNo 35 of 2009 on Narcotics. This paper aims to analyze the rules of authority narcoticsinvestigation of criminal offenses. This paper is based on research using the normativeapproach to law (statute approach) and the conceptual approach (conceptualapproach). The results showed that the regulation of narcotic crime investigationauthority should be clarified and given limit, so in practice the rule of law is not a clashof authority between the National Narcotics Agency to police the Republic of Indonesia.As well as law enforcement agencies in carrying out their duties effectively and goes inaccordance with the criminal justice system.

Abstract

Student learning achievement in Class, XI MA Nurul Karomah Bangkalan Paterongan is still relatively low. This is caused by the less optimal use of learning methods and the use of instructional media. Also, the students are less active during teaching and learning activities. Teachers need to implement learning methods that can encourage the activeness and involvement of students in teaching and learning activities. The problem solving method is one of the learning methods that can be chosen by the teacher to meet these expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of problem solving learning methods is when assisted by visual media to the learning achievement of class XI MA Nurul Karomah. In this study the research subjects were students of class XI MA Nurul Karoma. The data collection methods used in this study were the questionnaire and observation methods. The collected data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. From the results of the study, it showed that there was an increase in learning achievement after receiving learning with problem solving learning methods. The average student learning achievement before the implementation of the problem solving learning method through pretest was 56.3, whereas after applying the problem solving learning method through pretest was 73.3. So it can be concluded that by using problem-based learning methods, the learning activities and student learning achievement were improved.

Abstract

This study aims to describe student activities, student responses and student learning achievements through the implementation of a portfolio-based learning model. This research is communicative descriptive research. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets of student activities, student response questionnaires and learning achievement test sheets.The results of this study can be described as follows (1) student activities during the teaching and learning process that took place is said to be good, because the average score of observation of student activity is 3.25% (2) students' responses to the implementation of Portfolio-Based learning models are positive because the average score the average of all questionnaires, namely 75.6 (3) student learning achievements are said to be classically completed because as many as 88% of students have finished learning. Overall, it can be concluded from the results of this study that student activities on learning using portfolio-based learning models are in the good category, student responses to learning using portfolio-based learning models are in the positive category, and student learning achievements in learning using portfolio-based learning models said to be classically completed.

Abstract

Research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research. Quantitative research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine specific populations or samples for which data collection uses quantitative data analysis. Based on the data analysis, it was concluded that showing citizenship education (PKn) learning using visual media, there were differences in student learning outcomes after using using visual media in class VIII subjects in Al-Hasany Banyoneng Banyaneng Laok Geger Bangkalan.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted at Al-Hasany Middle School on Grade VII students with 13 students, consisting of 7 men and 5 women to determine student learning outcomes and responses, initial steps taken to help provide questions and make points -the main points of discussion will be used as learning tools consisting of lesson plans, worksheets and the necessary research instruments consisting of worksheet questions. After this research is conducted, the results of the evaluation of student activities are obtained, evaluation data on the implementation of lesson plans, learning outcome data and student response data. the implementation of the introductory lesson plan one produced a presentation of 82.5% with a very good category, and observer two produced a presentation of 75% with a very good category. And can be used to finish late lesson plans about Civics learning using discussion methods that are implemented very well. Student activities during learning, the discussion went well, in category, very good, with a scale of 78.75 this means that student activities included in active activities and learning methods of giving LKS assignments run effectively and well. Of the 13 students who did not complete as many as 4 while the total score of 9 students. From completeness students learn to complete if the number of students who complete reaches a percentage of ≥85%. In other words learning using the LKS task assistance method in class VII Al-Hasany Middle School in this study was asked to be effective because the number of students who completed reached a percentage of 69.23%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online learning using WhatsApp Group on the critical thinking skills of students of Civics Education Department Class of 2020 in the Citizenship course. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires, observation sheets, cognitive tests, and competence-based tests. The results of this study are described as follows (1) students’ responses are said to be positive with a score of 2.43. (2) the average result of the student's cognitive test is 68. (3) the average result of the student's critical thinking ability test is 80. (4) Students’ activity is said to be good with a score of 67% (5) the implementation of the RPS is very good with the acquisition a score of 3.41. So it can be summed up that online learning using WhatsApp Groups is effective on the critical thinking skills of the 2020 Civics Education Department students in the Citizenship course.
