Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational culture. The research was conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. The sample in this study were employees in the Food and Minimum Industry Sector in Medan City. 350 questionnaires were distributed, 188 were returned. Thus the participants in this study amounted to 188 people. The data is carried out with Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that transformational leadership can improve the corporate culture of the food and beverage industry in Medan City. Suggestions in this study are for the owner as the owner to improve leadership and good organizational culture.

Abstract

Business in the automotive sector continues to experience the times. Every producer in this field makes innovations that can fulfill consumer desires. It is very important for manufacturers to know the factors driving consumers in making decisions to buy products. In this case, researchers conducted research on consumers of a motorcycle showroom in the city of Rantauprapat. Researchers want to examine the effect of service quality, product quality, promotion and price on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at the Indah Sakti showroom. This study involved 100 consumers who had purchased a motorcycle at the Indah Sakti showroom as respondents. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed via WhatsApp and then respondents filled out the questionnaire using the Google form. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at Indah Sakti, product quality had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at Indah Sakti, promotion had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle at Indah Sakti and price had a significant effect on the decision to purchase a motorcycle. at Beautiful Sakti.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to examine how students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Labuhanbatu felt their exposure to entrepreneurship education influenced their desire to start their own businesses. Quantitative methods were used for this study. Using the Slovin method, this study surveyed 70 eighth-semester Management majors from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Labuhanbatu University's main campus. Interviews and questionnaires were used to gather information for this investigation. Data is analyzed with SPSS's multilinear regression function. According to this research, students at the University of Labuhanbatu's Faculty of Economics and Business who received entrepreneurship education reported a considerable increase in their enthusiasm for starting their own businesses. Partially and concurrently, application use significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with the variables of entrepreneurial education and application ease of use each accounting for as much as 0.787 of the total R Square coefficient (R2) value. The remaining 21.3% was impacted by external variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of promotion strategy, product sales, store design and service excellence on competitive advantage in traditional and modern retail. The research method is explanation (explanation) with a quantitative approach. The research conducted in this study used a survey that collected information using a questionnaire through the Google form. The analytical method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The basic population of this research is traditional and modern retail customers. In this study, non-probability sampling was used as the sampling method. The samples obtained in this study were 96 respondents. The results of the study show that the variable promotion strategy and excellent service have a positive effect on competitive advantage. Retail product variables and business layout do not affect competitive advantage. The higher the retail store implements promotional strategies and excellent service, the greater its competitive advantage, but the higher product differentiation and business layout of the retail store does not increase competitive advantage.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Harian (RPPH) dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran sekolah SD IT Robbani Rantauprapat. Metode penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengambil populasi dan sampel adalah guru-guru SD IT Robbani sebanyak 60 guru dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel tingkat pengetahuan merupakan variabel independen yang memiliki pengaruh atau signifikansi yang tinggi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dibandingkan kompetensi guru itu sendiri. Sementara itu, kualitas pembelajaran tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan penyusunan RPPH.
