Abstract

Red chili (Capsicum annum L) is a type of horticultural vegetable that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Red chilies have a high price and this plant is very beneficial for health. One of them is controlling cancer. This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence the demand for red chili in Labuhanbatu Regency. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and statistical test. The results of the study based on the t test that the price has a positive effect on the demand for chili peppers in Labuhanbatu Regency, the tcount value is 2.417 with a significance level of 0.002 and the population has a significant effect on the demand for chili in Labuhanbatu Regency, the tcount value is 3.298 and a significance level is 0.001. Abstract

The household is the smallest unit in society, so it can be said that household income means community income. This study aims to determine the determination of the variable income, economic activity, and household members, as well as differences in the location of residence to the consumption of oil palm farmers in Labuhanbatu Regency. The method used to analyze data with multiple linear regression models, by certifying in the Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) method. The estimation results found that all independent variables were positive and significantly influenced the amount of food consumption, on the contrary were negative and significant towards non-food consumption expenditure. The estimation results also found that the amount of consumption of various types of foodstuffs in urban communities was smaller than the food consumption of inland communities amounting to Rp.1,248,000. However, greater than the consumption of food for coastal communities is Rp. 1,323,800. While the amount of consumption expenditure for various types of non-food for urban communities is greater than non-food consumption for inland communities Rp.2,782,000. And also greater than non-food consumption of coastal communities, namely Rp. 3776 000. Variation in the ability of independent variables in explaining food consumption by 92.5 percent, and expenditure for non-food consumption by 87.4 percent. The model specification is very good with the model being free from violations of the classical assumptions of multicollinearity and heterokedastisitas. Abstract

Human development is one of the factors in increasing the implementation of national development. Human development that is implemented can be calculated with the human level, health and standard of living. Then the level of the human development index can also affect government spending in the education sector and the health sector. The use of the model in this article with the multiple linear regression program is used to process, classical assumptions of test data using SPSS 22. The results of the analysis show that farmer exchange rates can significantly affect the human development index in North Sumatra Province, government spending in the education sector has a significant effect on the human development index in North Sumatra Province and government spending on health sector spending has no significant effect on human development index in North Sumatra Province. This shows that government spending in the health sector has not been properly realized so that it is not strong enough to increase the human development index in North Sumatra Province. The results of research on government spending in the education sector have a dominant effect in increasing the human development index in North Sumatra province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Camat Bilah Hilir Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan disebar kepada seluruh pegawai kantor Camat Bilah Hilir sebanyak 30 responden. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Teknik pengujian data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisa regresi linier berganda dan pengujian secara parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengawasan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai t-hitung > t tabel (4,239 > 2,038), variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja kerja pegawai hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai t-hitung > t tabel (4,542 > 2,038), variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai t-hitung > t tabel (3,336 > 2,038), variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai t-hitung > t-tabel (4,205 > 2,038), variabel pengawasan, disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat terlihat dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (35,615 > 2,68).

Abstract

The goal of this research was to examine how students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Labuhanbatu felt their exposure to entrepreneurship education influenced their desire to start their own businesses. Quantitative methods were used for this study. Using the Slovin method, this study surveyed 70 eighth-semester Management majors from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Labuhanbatu University's main campus. Interviews and questionnaires were used to gather information for this investigation. Data is analyzed with SPSS's multilinear regression function. According to this research, students at the University of Labuhanbatu's Faculty of Economics and Business who received entrepreneurship education reported a considerable increase in their enthusiasm for starting their own businesses. Partially and concurrently, application use significantly affects entrepreneurial interest, with the variables of entrepreneurial education and application ease of use each accounting for as much as 0.787 of the total R Square coefficient (R2) value. The remaining 21.3% was impacted by external variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian emas pada PT Pegadaian (Persero) unit pembantu cabang Simpang Mangga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 87 nasabah PT Pegadaian (Persero) unit pembantu cabang Simpang Mangga khususnya yang membeli produk logam mulia emas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Uji t dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan program Eviews. Pengujian ini menggunakan tingkat signifikasi 0,05 dan 2 sisi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi di dapat nilai sebesar 0,833. Nilai ini berarti bahwa keputusan pembelian mampu dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga sebesar 83,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh fasilitas, pelayanan, pemberian diskon dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada warnet @N-Kom Net. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulaan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen warnet @N-Kom Net sebanyak 100 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik regresi linier berganda, (uji t), (uji F) dan koefesien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa secara Parsial Fasilitas berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Warnet @N-Kom Net. Secara Parsial Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Warnet @N-Kom Net karena kurangnya jumlah pekerja pada warnet @N-Kom Net membuat kinerja pegawai menjadi lambat. Secara Parsial Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Warnet @N-Kom Net karena harga yang diberikan oleh Warnet @N-Kom Net cenderung sama dengan harga yang terdapat pada warnet lainnya. Secara Parsial Pemberian Diskon tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Warnet @N-Kom Net karena pemberian diskon hanya diberikan kepada orang-orang tertentu dan warnet @N-Kom Net tidak pernah memberikan diskon secara terang-terangan. Secara Simultan Variabel Fasilitas, Pelayanan, Harga dan Pemberian Diskon secara bersama tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Warnet @N-Kom Net.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of taste, price, store atmosphere, and service quality on consumer satisfaction in Coffee Shops (Warkop). In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, understanding the factors that affect consumer satisfaction is very important for business continuity. The taste of drinks and food, proper pricing, a pleasant store atmosphere, and quality service are key aspects that allegedly affect customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Warkop Gelas Batu 2 Rantauprapat. The sample used was 100 respondents who were calculated using the Wibisono formula, and were randomly selected. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to test the relationship between free variables (taste, price, store atmosphere, service quality) and bound variables (consumer satisfaction). The results of the study show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Service quality has the strongest influence, followed by price, taste and store atmosphere. These findings indicate that to increase consumer satisfaction, Warkop Gelas Batu 2 must focus on improving service quality, adjusting product prices more competitively, improving product taste quality, and creating a more comfortable store atmosphere. Consumer satisfaction at Warkop Gelas Batu 2 is influenced by several factors that can be managed by business owners. By improving these factors, it is expected to increase customer satisfaction and their loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh customer experience dan customer value terhadap customer loyalty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer loyalty pada Suzuya Rantauprapat dengan nilai t1 hitung sebesar 2,889 > ttabel sebesar 1,661 dengan signifikansi 0,005 < 0.005. Customer Value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer lotyalty pada suzuya Rantauprapat dengan nilai t2 hitung sebesar 3,524 > ttabel sebesar 1,661 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0.005, Costumer Experience dan Customer Value berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Customer loyalty pada Suzuya Rantauprapat dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 78,661 < dari Ftabel 3.09 dengan taraf signifikansi 0.000 < 0,05 pada taraf kepercayaan 95% dan Alpha 5%.
