Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the analysis of the implementation of the halal certification policy on the public's halal awareness, which has an impact on increasing people's purchasing power for halal products. The research sample was taken from 100 consumers who use Halal products in Indonesia. In this study, data analysis used a partial least square approach using Smart PLS software. The results of the analysis revealed that the implementation of the halal certification policy was found to be positively related to consumer halal awareness. Likewise, this study found a significant relationship between halal certification and people's buying interest in halal products. Furthermore, the policy of applying for halal certification is positively associated with an increase in people's purchasing power for halal products. Abstract

Stock Price Determinant of PT Timah Tbk during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Covid-19 Pandemic involves the world economy. Lockdown and Large-Scale Social Restrictions make the economy slow down due to the restricted activities. The prices of crude oil and metal commodities also corrected, including the price of tin commodity due to the decrease of demand. Therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the tin price variable, Interest Rate (BI Rate), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Stock Price of PT Timah Tbk during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative method. The object of the study was PT Timah Tbk. The samples used were secondary data, which were tin commodity price, and interest rate of SBI in 2020, and the quarterly financial statements of PT Timah Tbk. The analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression. The data collection techniques used in this study consisted of two stages: conducting library research (studying literature in the form of research journals, scientific papers, articles, and books) and the documentation stage. The results of the study show that (1) Partially, tin price has a positive and significant impact on the stock price of PT Timah Tbk. (2) Partially, variables of interest rate, NPM, and DER have a negative and not significant impact on the stock price of PT Timah Tbk. (2) Simultaneously, tin price, interest rate, NPM, and DER have a significant impact on the stock price of PT Timah Tbk. Abstract

The relatively low number of tourists in Siangau Beach motivated the present writer to analyze the effects of Attractions, Accessibility and Facilities on Tourist’s Decisions to Visit Siangau Beach in West Bangka Regency. This research uses quantitative approach with a total sample of 95 respondents, who were seleted using non-probability sampling. The independent variables in this research are attraction, accessibility and facilities, while the dependent variable is decision to visit. The data we analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test, F test and R2. The multiple regression analysis model obtained was Y= -3,209 + 0,605+ 0,580 + 0,426; The research results indicate that partially, tourist attraction, accessibility and facilities have positive and significant effect on tourists’ decisions to visit Saingau Beach in West Bangka Regency. Meanwhile the F-test results indicates that attraction, accessibility and facilities simultaneously have positive and significant effect on tourists’ decision to visit Siangau Beach in West Bangka Regency. Coefficient of determination (R2) test results indicates that the research model can explain 58,6% of tourists’ decisions to visit Siangau Beach, while 41,4% was affected by other variables outside of the research, wich can be further investigated.. Keywords: Attraction, Accessibility, Facilities, Decision to Visit

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, dividend policy, and earnings per share on the value of companies incorporated in the LQ45 index for the 2017-2020 period. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 66 companies, using purposive sampling technique, the research sample obtained was 17 companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value. (2) Dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. (3) Earning per share has no effect on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in stock prices, abnormal returns , and trading volume activity of the LQ45 Index in the January effect before the 2019-2020 COVID- 19 and the January effect during the 2021-2022 covid -19 event. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used is the documentation method and the library method. The data source used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of companies listed in the LQ45 index stock on the IDX. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total of 24 companies. The data analysis method used is the analysis of the average difference test with the observation period ( event window ) is 10 days at the beginning of the year opening in January. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in stock prices and abnormal returns in the January effect event during the occurrence of covid -19, while in trading volume activity there is a significant difference in the January effect event and during the occurrence of covid -19. Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and examine how the effect of disclosure of carbon emissions and green accounting practices to firm value with a sample of customer goods companies in Indonesia. The measurement of carbon emission disclosure will use the check list obtained from the Carbon Disclosure Project proposed by Choi et al., 2013 while the Green Accounting Practice uses the Global reporting index contained in the company's financial statements. This study wants to measure how actually Carbon emission disclosures and Green accounting practices affect the firm value. By using the legitimacy theory that focuses on the company's relationship with the community and its environment, then of course the company will always make improvements and prevention of environmental problems that will have an impact on the existence of the company. The company will certainly do various ways, one of which is by conducting carbon emission disclosures which are expected to gain legitimacy so that the company has a level of sustainability. The sample of this study is 16 customer goods companies in Indonesia with an observation period of 2 years 2019-2020 so that there are 32 observation data. By using multiple linear regression of panel data, the results of the study suggest that carbon emission disclosure have no influence or no effect on firm value meanwhile green accounting practices affect on firm value.

Abstract

Purpose: To provide digitalization assistance, provide added value and increase sales turnover of the Deshanda Craft Gallery. Method: The method uses participatory, counseling, mentoring and training. Results: The assistance obtained from the implementation are through training, e-commerce applications, digital promotions. So that it has an impact on increasing business motivation, carrying out marketing of products, increasing turnover and making products increasingly known to the public. Conclusions: community service involves small and medium enterprises of Nipah Sticks and Batik Crafts "Galery Deshanda Craft", which has various business of nipah sticks in the form of ornaments and batik. Nipah sticks are an export commodity from the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. Lack of promotion, traditional product sales and unprofessional management, lack of availability of raw materials has caused the Deshanda Craft Gallery to experience various obstacles in its development, it could even be threatened with closure due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Limitations: The limitation of this service is the implementation time.

Abstract

In line with the pattern of the community partnership program which is a problem solver, sustainable for the target group of strategic partners economically which includes business management, marketing so that people can live economically independently, moreover BUMDes is also one of the pillars of the village economy, therefore BUMDes must the main tasks and functions are strengthened, one way to do this is by creating or giving a touch of professional management in carrying out every business activity, one of which is the implementation of modern information technology-based marketing management, namely empowering through socialization, education and mentoring wrapped in the program this community partnership. This community partnership program was implemented in East Kace Village, located in West Mendo District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Indonesia with the target partners being the management or managers of the Berdikari Village-Owned Enterprises. Initial preparations were carried out by coordinating and socializing activities including meetings with village officials, both customary and official, the Village Consultative Body, Community Empowerment Institutions, as well as several lingsir and local community leaders regarding the implementation of this program which includes: objectives, benefits, targets, flow of activities of this community partnership program. Preparation also includes planning the place and facilities and infrastructure needed during the activity process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of differences in company financial performance before and after mergers or acquisitions. The variables used to measure a company's financial performance consist of the illiquidity ratio (CR), activity ratio (TATO), solvency ratio (DER,) and profitability ratio (NPM, ROA). The population of this study is all sectors of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which carried out mergers and acquisitions for the 2016-2020 period totaling 38 companies. iSample was determined by the purposive sampling method and obtained by 17 companies. The financial statements used and analyzed are two years before and two years after the merger or acquisition. The data analysis methods in this study include the Kolmogorov-Smirnov One-Sample normality test, the PairedI sample T-Test, and Wilcoxon'si Signed Ranksi Test. The results of hypothesis testing found that there were no significant differences in all financial ratios before and after mergers and acquisitions. Abstract

Forest implementation as a national developmentasset is very beneficial for life and livelihood. Participation in thelevel of community involvement in the empowerment processaround the Kotawaringin forest area, Bangka Regency, BangkaBelitung Islands Province, as well as an effective communityempowerment strategy or in accordance with the socio-culturalconditions of the community around the forest area have thepotential to improve community welfare and forest sustainability.Empowering local communities aims to determine theimplementation of effective community empowerment models andstrategies for communities living around forest areas inaccordance with local conditions and potential. The communityempowerment method used is the formulation of effectivecommunity empowerment models and strategies for communitiesaround forest areas by planting hybrid coconuts that are inaccordance with local conditions and potential. Various stageswere carried out in empowering the community in the first forestarea, in the form of raising awareness by providing understandingto the community through socialization activities regarding themanagement of production forest areas. The next stage ofplanning is by involving the community in compiling activityprograms for production forest groups, community participationbecomes a learning medium for the community in compiling anactivity program. The results of this empowerment activity areseen from an economic perspective, namely that the communitycan improve the family economy by utilizing forest areas asbusiness products and utilizing production forest areas. Whenviewed from an educational perspective, it is in the form ofincreasing the capacity of human resources, community welfarein maintaining and preserving forest areas. And when viewedfrom a social perspective, namely the creation of cooperation andmutual cooperation between village communities in maintainingand utilizing production forest areas. The expected output incommunity empowerment will be input for communityempowerment around production forests in Kotawaringin, BangkaRegency.
