Abstract

This research aims to investigate and examine the influence of price and consumer characteristics toward the purchasing decision at Data.Com Computer Kota Pangkalpinang.This research is a descriptive and quantitative research. The method of sampling used in this research is the nonprobability sampling, particularly the accidental sampling. The population of this study is the consumer of Data.Com Computer Kota Pangkalpinang. The samples of this study are 138 people who are taken by using Sevilla Slovin formula with 5% error margin. The data analysis was conducted through descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t-test, F-test, multiple regression analysis and determination coefficient (R2).            The result of the research shows that partially the price variable has 1.182 positive effect with t-test of 23.679 1.65 t-table at significance level of 0.000 0.05 toward the purchasing decision, and consumer characteristic variable has 0.037 positive effect with t-test of 5.650 1.65 t-table at significance level of 0.000 0.05 toward the purchasing decision. Simultaneously, the price variable and consumer characteristic have positive and significant effect toward the purchasing decision with F-test of 1070.838 3.06 F-table at significance level of 0.000 0.05. The adjusted R-square is 0.940 which means that 94% of purchasing decision can be explained or influenced by the price and consumer characteristic variables, while the remaining 6% of purchasing decision are influenced by other variables which are not studied in this research.  Key words –price, consumer characteristics, purchasing decision.

Abstract

The relatively low number of tourists in Siangau Beach motivated the present writer to analyze the effects of Attractions, Accessibility and Facilities on Tourist’s Decisions to Visit Siangau Beach in West Bangka Regency. This research uses quantitative approach with a total sample of 95 respondents, who were seleted using non-probability sampling. The independent variables in this research are attraction, accessibility and facilities, while the dependent variable is decision to visit. The data we analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test, F test and R2. The multiple regression analysis model obtained was Y= -3,209 + 0,605+ 0,580 + 0,426; The research results indicate that partially, tourist attraction, accessibility and facilities have positive and significant effect on tourists’ decisions to visit Saingau Beach in West Bangka Regency. Meanwhile the F-test results indicates that attraction, accessibility and facilities simultaneously have positive and significant effect on tourists’ decision to visit Siangau Beach in West Bangka Regency. Coefficient of determination (R2) test results indicates that the research model can explain 58,6% of tourists’ decisions to visit Siangau Beach, while 41,4% was affected by other variables outside of the research, wich can be further investigated.. Keywords: Attraction, Accessibility, Facilities, Decision to Visit

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment decisions, dividend policy, and earnings per share on the value of companies incorporated in the LQ45 index for the 2017-2020 period. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 66 companies, using purposive sampling technique, the research sample obtained was 17 companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) investment decisions have a positive effect on firm value. (2) Dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value. (3) Earning per share has no effect on firm value. Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pendampingan peningkatan kompetensibagipengurus BUMDes Jada Bahrain,Pendampingan dan Pengembangan BUMDes Jada Bahrain berbasis Sistem Informasi Manajemen,Memberikan pelatihan pembuatan produk kuliner bagi Ibu PKK serta Memberikan pendampingan sistem digitalisasi pemasaran bagi pengurus BUMDes JadaBahrain. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap diawali dengan persiapan mulai dari koordinasi sampai penyusunan bahan – bahan diskusidilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan yaitu pembuatan produk kuliner,pemahaman digitalisasi pemasaran,dan pembagian buku saku pencatan keuangan; setelah itu dilanjutkan tahap pemantauan/pendampingan dan terakhir ialah evaluasi. Harapan yang diinginkan melaluiprogram pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pengelola BUMDes dalam menjalankan usahanya lebih baik dan dapat melebarkan sayap serta lebih eksis kedepannya.Hilir dari kegiatan ini dalamwaktu jangka panjang BUMDes Jada Bahrain akan semakin berkembang serta mampu menggeliatkan perekonomian desa menuju masyarakat yang makmur.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative methodological approach specifically examines the practice of managing Village Funds used for handling the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper examines the practice of managing Village Funds, especially in making changes to the Village Budget for activities to handle the COVID-19 pandemic and social safety nets in the village. This research is useful in providing an overview of the practice of managing Village Funds for handling the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at the beginning of the case and this research is also expected to provide views and insights on the factors that influence the accountability of village fund management. As well as as reference material for further research, especially in fields related to refocusing village fund management during the Covid-19 period. The research emphasizes the need for the Village Government in Pemali District to be able to provide understanding to the community regarding the use of Village Funds not intended as all Direct Cash Assistance (BLT). From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for various parties. This research is useful in providing an overview of the practice of managing Village Funds for handling the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at the beginning of the case and this research is also expected to provide views and insights about the factors that influence on village fund management accountability. As well as reference material for further research, especially in fields related to refocusing on village fund management during the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

Indonesia and other countries in the world are still experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic and continue to struggle for the country's health and economic recovery. The government along with all elements of society are tackling the impact of Covid-19 by implementing 3M (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance), implementing health protocols, vaccination programs and implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The community collaborates on advances in smartphone technology with PSBB activities in their daily activities. With the advancement of technology platforms, it is very easy for people to transact in the stock investment mechanism and have an impact on people's lives. 99% of Indonesia's tin mineral potential is in the Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province, while the rest is in the Riau Islands, Riau and West Kalimantan. The economic condition of the Bangka Belitung Islands province is still supported by the mining and quarrying sector, especially tin mining and the tin processing industry, in line with Irawan's study. So the tin stock investment instrument is still one of the instrument models that can be used during the Covid 19 pandemic. In the world of stock investment, there are two types of analysis known, namely fundamental analysis and technical analysis. Abstract

Deshanda Craft is one of the craft businesses in East Kace Village which has been established since 2018. So researchers want to carry out research with the aim of analyzing the value of the creative economy of craft crafts at Deshanda Craft. The results of the study show that the value contained in Deshanda Craft begins with the creation stage where at this creation stage seeks innovative ideas from the internet and then modifies it to make craft patterns, then the production stage where this production stage manages input or materials in the form of nipa palm sticks as raw materials and into flower vases, baskets, tissue holders for the distribution stage in this Deshanda Craft marketed through online media to factories in the form of wholesalers, and this commercialization stage is through providing information to consumers about the products being marketed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada eksplorasi konfirmasi dan manfaat yang dirasakan terkait dengan penggunaan Aplikasi pemesanan makanan online (APMO), dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruhnya pada sikap, kepuasan, dan niat untuk melanjutkan penggunaan. Studi ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel yang nyaman untuk mengumpulkan data dari 204 responden yang telah menggunaka (APMO) sebelumnya selama periode pasca pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Teknik Structural Equation Modeling digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konfirmasi harapan dan kegunaan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam menentukan sikap bersantap makanan. Selain itu, sikap bersantap terhadap makanan berhubungan positif dengan tingkat kepuasan dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Terakhir, niat melanjutkan untuk terus menggunakan Aplikasi pemesanan. Periode pasca pandemi, manajer restoran harus memberikan penekanan khusus pada penjualan online melalui Aplikasi pemesanan makanan online karena penerapan jarak sosial masih menjadi strategi utama dalam mengatasi COVID-19. Dalam konteks ini, penting bagi pelanggan untuk memiliki keyakinan bahwa langkah-langkah (APMO) dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh tingkat kepuasan elektronik dalam penggunaan aplikasi elektronik tersebut. Selama keamanan yang tepat telah diambil ketika mereka memesan dan menerima makanan. Penelitian ini menciptakan nilai tambah dengan menggabungkan teori ekspektasi-konfirmasi dan model penerimaan teknologi, serta menguji kerangka kerja ini dalam konteks (APMO) yang relevan dengan industri restoran.
