Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality information and customer satisfaction information on customer loyalty at PT Mulia Keramik Indah Raya Jakarta. The research method is a quantitative method with primary and secondary data. The sampling technique uses the probability sampling method. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the service quality information variables and customer satisfaction information partially affected customer loyalty at PT Mulia Keramik. The coefficient of determination shows 75.2%, this indicates that the variation in the information variable on service quality and customer satisfaction information is able to explain the variation in the ups and downs of the customer loyalty variable by 75.2% while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study, such as : price, location, product quality.

Abstract

This research is quantitative, descriptive and associative type. The population in this study is employees. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. With a simple random sampling technique, a sample of 85 employees was taken at the Tax Service Office in Kebayoran Baru as respondents in this study. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is an influence of Supervision on the Effectiveness of Employee Work, as evidenced by the tcount for the X1 variable (Supervision) of 3,491, while the value of the table for N = 85 of 1,988. So 3,491> 1,988, it can be concluded that partially the Supervision variable (X1) influences the Employee Work Effectiveness (Y). 2) There is the influence of Discipline on Employee Work Effectiveness, it is proven that the tcount for the X2 variable (Discipline) is 7,222, while the ttable for N = 85 is 1,988. So 7,222> 1,988, it can be concluded that partially the Discipline variable (X2) influences the Employee Work Effectiveness (Y). 3) There is a joint effect of Supervision and Discipline on the Employee Work Effectiveness, as evidenced by the calculated value of 75,695 which is greater than the ftabel value for N = 85 of 2.71 or 75,695> 2.71 with a significant level of 0,000 because 0,000 <0.05, so it can be said that the Supervision variable (X1) and the Discipline variable (X2) jointly relate to the Employee Work Effectiveness variable (Y), with an R Square value of 0.649 meaning that Supervision and Discipline has a 64.9% effect on the Employee Work Effectiveness while the remaining 35.1% is influential with other factors not examined by the authors in this study.

Abstract

The training is intended to improve the mastery of various skills and techniques for carrying out certain, detailed and routine work. Human resource planning serves to determine the number and types of employees needed to achieve the goals that have been set. Work productivity is a comparison between the results achieved (output) with the overall resources (inputs) used per unit of time. The purpose of this study was to determine: The Effect of Training and Human Resource Planning on Employee Work Productivity at the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture. The sampling technique used in this study the author uses the Random Sampling technique or by using the Slovin formula in Husein Umar. Where each population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample in this study. The results obtained that partially and simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Training and Human Resource Planning on Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to know the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System which is implemented in RSUD Karawang. Research Methods: Qualitative Research, descriptive type. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sample. Samples were taken as many as 3 employees of RSUD Karawang as respondents in this study. Result : Leadership commitments and policies towards the implementation of K3 already exist and in writing, the facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of K3 have been fulfilled. While the K3 policy at this hospital is the appointment of the K3 Installation as an officer who oversees the implementation of K3 at the Karawang Hospital, the K3 Planning at the Karawang Hospital has been going well starting from risk identification to risk management. In addition, workers are also required to follow SOPs every time they do their work, and workers have been facilitated with complete PPE by the hospital. The organization has formed an organization for the K3RS Installation but it is still found that the workers from the K3 installation have double jobs where the implementation of the SMK3 program is not optimal. The implementation of OSH, most of the steps for implementing SMK3 have been going well at the Karawang Hospital where the Hospital has stated a commitment, an OHS organization has been formed, conducting K3 counseling to workers, implementing K3 programs such as providing PPE, health checks, and treating sick workers with provide BPJS services. The audit at the Karawang Hospital has been running, where internal and external audits have been running to find out what are the shortcomings of the K3 program and further correct the shortcomings of the K3 program aimed at improving the K3 program.

Abstract

Digitalisasi telah menjadi faktor penting bagi perusahaan untuk berkembang di tengah perubahan yang cepat di era digital. Metodologi tangkas telah menjadi terkenal sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk transformasi digital yang sukses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh metodologi Agile dalam strategi digitalisasi PT. Satoru Prima Internasional. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajemen kunci dan personel terkait, disertai dengan analisis dokumen internal dan observasi langsung. Melalui pendekatan induktif, data yang terkumpul dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengeksplorasi tema-tema kunci yang muncul dari penggunaan metodologi Agile dalam strategi digitalisasi perusahaan. Temuan menyoroti pengaruh positif metodologi Agile di PT. Strategi digitalisasi Satoru Prima Internasional. Metodologi tangkas memungkinkan perusahaan untuk tanggap terhadap perubahan, memitigasi risiko proyek, dan meningkatkan efisiensi tim. Selain itu, metodologi Agile memupuk komunikasi yang efektif antara tim proyek dan pemangku kepentingan, sambil memberikan fleksibilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor penentu keberhasilan penerapan metodologi Agile dalam strategi digitalisasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi dukungan manajemen puncak, keterlibatan tim yang kuat, pemahaman mendalam tentang metodologi Agile, dan budaya organisasi yang mendukung inovasi dan kolaborasi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana metodologi Agile dapat memengaruhi strategi digitalisasi perusahaan. Temuan ini menjadi referensi berharga bagi organisasi yang ingin mengadopsi metodologi Agile dalam perjalanan transformasi digital mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan metodologi Agile sebagai pendekatan yang efektif untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam strategi digitalisasi mereka.

Abstract

In the world of business and enterprise, competition is something that cannot be avoided. Especially in this contemporary era, business practices are experiencing very rapid changes due to advances in digital technology which requires business people to be ready to face competition. In an effort to face competition in business, an attitude of discipline, creativity and innovation is needed by business people or businesses. In an effort to maintain market share, an entrepreneur must be able to see an opportunity and have the courage to take a risk. It is through courage and opportunity that an entrepreneur becomes equipped to remain capable and even win market competition. This research aims to find out what kind of creativity and innovation are carried out by business actors in dealing with changes in market share in the current era. This research uses a qualitative research method using a case study approach. The results of this research are that the application of creative management and innovation carried out by the UMKM industry, Ms. Sumiatin's peanut brittle business and the restaurant industry, namely Lim's Cafe Kisaran and Bang Kendik Cafe Rantauparat, has had a positive impact and is able to create competitive advantages in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Human resource management is a series of processes and activities that involve recruiting, developing, evaluating and managing employees to achieve individual and organizational goals. Human resources are an important asset and act as the main driving factor in the implementation of all agency activities, so they must be managed well through Human Resources Management (HRM). In the digital era, Human Resource Management (HRM) faces significant challenges and opportunities. Challenges include rapid changes in technology, the need for new skills, data security, increasing reliance on automation, and increasingly fierce global competition. However, there are huge opportunities in data analytics, more efficient recruitment, data-driven decision making, more personalized employee development, improved work-life balance, flexible work policies and employee empowerment. With the right strategy, organizations can successfully integrate technology in HRM, increasing efficiency, productivity and employee satisfaction. It is important to continuously monitor technological developments and adapt to ongoing changes to remain relevant in an increasingly digital world of work. With a wise approach, HRM can utilize technology to achieve organizational goals and provide great benefits for all parties.
