Abstract

Implementation of Community Service through training on Increasing the Managerial Capacity of Savings and Loan Cooperative HR Managers in Bandung Regency, especially in the material for preparing the KJK/KJKS strategic plan as one of the competency units for KJK/KJKS managers aims to improve competency both knowledge, attitude, and skills of cooperative managers in accordancewith SKKNI-BNSP standards, which will be ready to take the competency test. The training method is carried out using a module-based technical guidance method and working papers with the competency unit code KJK.SP01.006.01- Developing Strategic Planning. The results of the training evaluation of learning outcomes in increasing the competence of participants are still not optimal.

Abstract

Field work practice activity (PKL) for Indonesian Cooperative University students is a concrete manifestation of community service for students and lecturers. In the even semester of 2023, the activities of student are entirely focused on cooperatives in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province, one of which is the Mataram Puskud. The form of dedication as the real work of students and lecturers in this cooperative is business development training and the preparation of a cooperative business plan whose participants are representatives of management, supervisors, managers and employees. The training method used is the adult training method (andragogy). The results of the training evaluation indicated that the new training was able to provide competency knowledge and (cognitive) insights for the participants, but it was still not effective in changing the attitudes and skills of the participants in seeking breakthroughs in cooperative business development in a situation of intense market competition.

Abstract

In the last two years, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs has had strategic policies and superior programs, namely the cooperative modernization program with three pillars: institutional modernization, business, and cooperative finance. To realize this program, it needs to be supported by young State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who have strong cooperative competencies. Therefore, through collaboration with the Indonesian Cooperative University LPPM, in 2023 carried out a Basic Cooperative Training Program Batch I and II. This training aimed to improve the cognitive competence, attitudes, and skills of ASN in the cooperative sector. The training method used was competency-based training with adult training methods (andragogy). The results of the training evaluation indicate that this training has been able to provide effective changes in participants' cognitive, attitudes and skills.

Abstract

This scientific paper is entitled Opportunities and Challenges for the Establishment ofGojek Partner Cooperatives in the Millennial Era. The writing of this paper discussesthe current condition of cooperatives and the very rapid growth of millennialgeneration, as well as the opportunities and challenges of forming cooperatives in themillennial era. This scientific paper uses qualitative research methods, where the dataobtained comes from observations, distributing questionnaires to related parties,reading and studying the existing literature, and browsing to various websites to getinformation in accordance with the research conducted. This scientific paper aims tofind out how to find out the condition of cooperatives in the West Java region, to findout the response of Gojek partners in responding to Gojek cooperatives, to how to forma Gojek partner cooperatives, to find out opportunities and challenges in planning theestablishment of Gojek partner cooperatives.

Abstract

Measurement of a company's financial performance is often done using financial ratios that are analyzed from the company's financial statements for a certain period. Performance measurement based on financial ratios has not been able to reflect the company's overall performance. Therefore, a financial performance measurement tool is needed that shows the actual performance of management with the aim of encouraging activities and strategies that add economic value and discarding activities that do not add value. Financial Value Added (FVA) is part of the concept of evaluating the performance of company management by generating added value created by the company during the research period. This study aims to determine the financial performance of companies in the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector using the FVA method and to determine its relationship to sustainable competitive advantage during the study period, also using Return on Assets (ROA) and Operating Ratio (OR). The results showed that FVA, ROA, and OR in the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector companies showed that they had sustainable competitiveness in the market except for PT. Martina Berto Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk, which still have low competitiveness in the industry.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the extent of the financial intelligence of the co-operation's success and the impact on the sustainable competition advantage of KUD Sarwa Mukti. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Based on research it is known that the financial intelligence viewed by financial knowledge is conceptually good and provides economic benefits for members. As the financial industry as a whole, regulators and regulators are at the edge of uncertainty. The cooperatives' success perspectives, in the macro and micro-dimensions overall, are already good. Yet the volume of cooperative businesses tended to decline, the productivity of member enterprises was still low, and businesses, in the mako businesses were unable to provide economic benefits to members. On competitive advantage, kud sarwa mukti tends to excel over competitors. Financial intelligence officers and administrators have been implemented to determine the success of co-operation and to impact the sustainable competition advantage.

Abstract

The Business Division of Animal Husbandry Production Facilities at KSU Tandangsari experiences fluctuations in income, the percentage of income attainment, employee productivity, and the percentage of achieving ideal productivity per employee, which tends to decrease every year, which indicates problems in business management based on problematic employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, so that any efforts can be formulated that can improve employee performance in the future through existing variables. The method used is a quantitative research method using a descriptive and verification approach. The population of this study were employees of the Livestock Production Facility Business Division at KSU Tandangsari. This study used a saturated sampling technique with 13 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work safety, occupational health, and employee performance in the Animal Husbandry Production Facilities Business Division are in the sufficient category. Then occupational safety and health have no significant effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. So that effective efforts cannot be made to improve employee performance through occupational safety and health.
