Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find and study about public services advertising community movement program “GERMAS” public health.  This research is in the form of field research. Field research is research that is aimed directly at the location of the research to be studied, namely in a community, agency or company to search for data and then observe and conclude. Based on the results of the discussion in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the public service advertisement broadcast of the GERMAS program broadcast by Odan FM Radio is effective, because listeners find it helpful to have information in the form of advertisements delivered through Odan Radio broadcasts, where many people follow several the points in the GERMAS program, although there are still people who do not know about and participate in this GERMAS program, where there are deficiencies felt by the Health Office in delivering the GERMAS program in the community.

Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research. is research that does not use abbreviations of signs or attributes. Force and Krik understand qualitative research as specific customs in social teaching which essentially hold people's views in their own area and relate to them in their language and in their designation. Based on the results of the study in the field, the researchers found that there were several communication strategies of BAZNAS da'i in preaching to Muslim minorities in Karo Regency. During the da'i preaching in Karo Regency, many changes occurred and the results of their da'wah are quite clearly visible and we can feel together, namely, Islam is familiar, they have accepted the teachings of Islam, The five daily prayers in congregation in the mosque and prayer room, Islamic studies have been carried out and so have the devotees, the congregation increases every year, it is no longer difficult to find a mosque or prayer room, women and children are no longer ashamed to wear the hijab and show their identity as a Muslim, Tolerance between religions is very high in Karo Regency.

Abstract

Tourism is a new type of industry that is able to generate rapid economic growth in the provision of jobs. RokanHulu Regency is one of the regencies in Riau Province which has a lot of variety of tourism such as nature tourism and historical tourism. One of them is the historical tourist attraction of the Tomb of the Kings of Rambah in RambahHilir District. This tour is a tourism that has great potential if it is developed, but unfortunately the development of historical tourism is still not maximized so that it is less attractive to tourists. Therefore, a suitable strategy is needed in the development of historical tourism objects, the Tomb of the Kings of Rambah. The theory used in this research is the theory of adaptive strategy from Miles and Snow to determine the right strategy in overcoming the problem. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with triangulation techniques, data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of development strategies on historical tourism of the Tomb of the Kings of Rambah has been carried out but is not optimal, therefore an adaptive strategy is carried out, namely the selection of technology, determining the authority for coordination, embodiment, system regulation and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the strategy for developing historical tourism objects, the Tomb of the Kings of Rambah, among others: funding, skilled human resources, and regulation. In order for tourism to be directed and able to compete with other regions, there will be many investors who are willing to cooperate with the government of RokanHulu Regency. Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourist Object

Abstract

Konflik sosial berbasis agama di Indonesia, terutama di daerah-daerah seperti Ambon dan Poso, menunjukkan tantangan besar dalam menjaga harmoni sosial di tengah keberagaman budaya dan keyakinan. Artikel ini membahas peran institusi agama dalam meredam konflik sosial dan mempromosikan perdamaian. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menggali bagaimana institusi agama melalui mediasi, dialog antar umat beragama, dan penyebaran nilai-nilai perdamaian dapat berfungsi sebagai penggerak rekonsiliasi dalam masyarakat yang dilanda ketegangan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa forum-forum seperti Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB) memainkan peran kunci dalam membangun komunikasi antar kelompok yang bertikai. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti politisasi agama dan perbedaan interpretasi ajaran agama masih menjadi hambatan dalam mencapai perdamaian yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya kolaborasi antara institusi agama, pemerintah, dan masyarakat sipil untuk menciptakan perdamaian yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan sangat ditekankan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of religion as a social institution in the context of the study of religious sociology literature. The research methodology applied in this study is qualitative, with an approach based on literature review. The findings of the study indicate that religion functions as a social phenomenon that is inseparable from people's lives, regardless of any level of culture. Religion will continue to maintain its existence in society, because of its fundamental function. Religion can be considered a social institution, considering its existence in society, where religion is an entity that is recognized, understood, obeyed, and respected by the community. The conflicts or tensions that arise due to religion are not caused by religion itself, but by the excessive fanaticism of its adherents or by the extreme changes that occur in their communities.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya media sosial, telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap cara institusi agama melakukan dakwah dan berinteraksi dengan umat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi transformasi yang terjadi pada institusi agama dalam mengadopsi teknologi sebagai sarana dakwah di era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai strategi yang diterapkan oleh lembaga keagamaan dalam memanfaatkan platform media sosial, seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan Twitter, untuk menyebarkan ajaran agama, memperkuat hubungan dengan komunitas, serta meningkatkan partisipasi umat dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun teknologi memberi peluang untuk jangkauan dakwah yang lebih luas dan efektif, tantangan besar juga muncul, seperti kesalahpahaman ajaran, penyebaran informasi yang tidak akurat, dan pergeseran dari praktik ibadah tradisional. Artikel ini menyarankan perlunya pemanfaatan teknologi dengan pendekatan yang bijak dan terarah, agar dakwah tetap dapat menjaga substansi spiritualitas tanpa kehilangan makna dalam perubahan zaman. Kata Kunci: Institusi Agama, Transformasi, Era Media Sosial Abstract Technological developments, especially social media, have had a significant impact on the way religious institutions conduct da'wah and interact with the people. This article aims to explore the transformation that has occurred in religious institutions in adopting technology as a means of da'wah in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzes various strategies implemented by religious institutions in utilizing social media platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, to spread religious teachings, strengthen relationships with communities, and increase people's participation in religious activities. The results of the study show that although technology provides opportunities for a wider and more effective reach of da'wah, major challenges have also arisen, such as misunderstandings of teachings, the spread of inaccurate information, and a shift away from traditional worship practices.
