Abstract

Pre-school age is a golden age where children’s growth and development affects the future therefore at this time it is important to pay attention so that the child’s growth and development runs optimally. The role of the family is one of the determining factors for child development because the family is the closest individual and influences the child’s growth and development.This research design is quantitative with using analytical observational. The respondents in this study were families who had pre-school age children. The sampling technique uses a random sampling of 54 people. The independent variable is a family role, whereas the dependent variabel is growth and development of pre-school age children. The data collection is starting with questionnaires. The data is analyzed using chi square. The results showed that there was a relationship between the role of the family and the growth and development of pre-school age children (0,000)<(0,05).The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the role of the family and the growth and development of pre-school children at TK Al Amanah in the village of Campor Barat. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that families will pay more attention to the growth and development of children at pre-school age. and health workers can provide counseling to families of pre-school age children regarding the role of the family in the child's growth and development process so that it runs optimally.

Abstract

Reproductive health is a state of well-being of every individual in terms of physical, mental, and social. Reproductive health services aim to provide professional and professional services to adolescents. Another objective is to give women confidence in their reproductive health and to be able to maintain excellent and healthy reproductive health, meaning that they are responsible for their health. In this study, using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, 28 respondents used a questionnaire, the pretest was given a questionnaire, and intervention was given in the form of counseling. An evaluation was carried out, after which another questionnaire was given, namely the post-test. The results showed that the level of knowledge was good, as much as 20%, and after being given education, the results of the post-test, namely good knowledge, reached 58.9%. The conclusion is that there is an increase in knowledge from the results of the pretest and post-test, where the results of the respondents' evaluation are very enthusiastic and the education provided is smooth

Abstract

The goal of this study was to find out how mothers in Posyandu Betet, Parsanga Village, felt about the importance of DDTK for their children. This study employs a quantitative, using a total sampling technique with 18 mothers who came with their children at the Posyandu in Parsanga Village. The result is, most of mothers had a negative perception. The negative category of mother's perception was shown in the aspect of judgment and aspect of understanding. According to the findings, parents, particularly mothers, should pay attention about children growth and development in order their childrens in an optimsl growth based on their age.

Abstract

Posyandu lansia merupakan bentuk program dari pemerintah untuk mewujudkan lansia yang sejahtera, sehat secara fisik dan mental. Posyandu lansia memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kualitas hidup orang tua di masyarakat. Unit pelayanan terkecil ini akan menyediakan berbagai kegiatan non-medis agar orang tua memiliki tempat untuk menyalurkan karyanya. Tujuan dari kunjungan posyandu lansia adalah untuk mengontrol kesehatan lansia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 46 responden dengan sampel 33 responden pengambilan sampel adalah Proportional Random Sampling. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara frekuensi kunjungan lansia dengan kontrol tekanan darah pasien hypertensi dengan Nilai p Value .001 < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa kunjungan rutin lansia dapat mempengaruhi kontrol tekanan darah lansia. Disarankan petugas kesehatan & Perawat hendaknya mempromosikan tentang manfaat posyandu lansia agar lansia dapat mengikuti kegiatan posyandu serta Membuat tempat posyandu per RT sehingga lebih mudah dijangkau oleh lansia walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya tidak sama dalam 1 hari.

Abstract

Latar belakang: setiap siswa yang akan menghadapi ujian akhir, sebagian besar mengalami kecemasan bahkan ada yang mengalami kecemasan tingkat berat. SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep adalah salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta di Kabupaten Sumenep. Hal yang ditemukan di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep adalah kecemasan siswa saat menghadapi ujian, khususnya ujian nasional. inNamun, hgga saat ini belum ada pelatihan seminar untuk mengatasi kecemasan siswa dalam menghadapi ujian sekolah. Tujuan: mengidentifikasi tingkat stres, kecemasan, dan depresi siswa kelas XII SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Sumenep dalam persiapan menghadapi ujian akhir kelulusan, dan juga menerapkan self hypnosis untuk mengatasi rasa cemas, stress dan depresi tersebut menggunakan metode lima jari. Metode: metode ceramah untuk mengajarkan kepada siswa konsep stress, adaptasi dan manajemen stress serta memberikan tutor hypnosis lima jari untuk mengurangi kecemasan siswa selama 1 jam dan kemudian diberikan waktu 1 jam untuk melakukan secara mandiri. Hasil: Sebelum dilakukan self hypnosis, sebagian siswa memiliki tingkat stress normal, tingkat kecemasan normal, dan tidak depresi. Sedangkan 15 (33,3%) siswa dengan stres ringan dan 7 (15,6%) siswa dengan tingkat stress sedang. Sebanyak 16 siswa (35,6%) dengan kecemasan ringan, 2 siswa (4,4%) dengan kecemasan sedang, 2 siswa (4,4%) dengan kecemasan berat, sebanyak 6 siswa (13,4%) dengan depresi ringan, 2 siswa (4,4%) dengan depresi sedang. Setelah dilakukan self hypnosis, hampir seluruhnya yaitu 41 siswa (91,1%) dengan tingkat stress yang normal, tingkat kecemasan yang normal, dan tidak depresi. Sedangkan tingkat kecemasan berat berkurang menjadi 1 siswa (2,2%), dan hanya 4 siswa (6,7%) dengan depresi ringan.
