Abstract

Leucorrhoea (fluorine Albus / vaginal discharge) is an excessive discharge of non-blood from the female genitals (vagina). Leucorrhoea is often considered normal by the community so that it is not handled properly, but this vaginal discharge could indicate disease. Physiological leucorrhoea is found in the condition before and after menstruation, sexual stimulation, pregnancy, ovulation, and emotional stress. The mentoring method used is to provide health education on reproductive health. The results of the implementation of health education were Al Muqri Parenduan Islamic boarding school students were active, enthusiastic in participating in activities, and active in discussing reproductive health. Activity participants can understand the level of stress on vaginal discharge and can explain again what has been conveyed.

Abstract

Background:Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrm is infectious disease caused by the Human Immuno Deficiency Virus. Abstract

Upaya untuk mengendalikan angka kematian ibu dan bayi dapat dilakukan dengan usahapemeliharaan dan pengawasan antenatal sedini mungkin, persalinan yang aman dan perawatanmasa nifas yang baik. Tenaga kesehatan dapat memperkenalkan dan membuktikan eksistensiprofesionalismenya kepada masyarakat dengan cara lebih menggalakkan penyuluhan tentangpersalinan, pelatihan tentang kesehatan secara spesifik agar sikap masyarakat terhadappersalinan dan tenaga kesehatan dinilai lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuigambaran sikap tokoh masyarakat terhadap persalinan tenaga kesehatan di Desa BangkalKecamatan Sumenep.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, yaitu untuk mengetahuigambaran sikap tokoh masyarakat terhadap persalinan tenaga kesehatan. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah tokoh masayarakat di Desa Bangkal sebanyak 30 orang dengan jumlahsampel sebanyak 30 orang. tekinik sampling yang digunakan adalah total populasi. Metodepengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis dengan distribusifrekuensi dalam bentuk prosentase (%).

Abstract

Adolescents are considered as priority targets for reproductive health that will determine the quality of reproductive health in the future. The globalization of information has a big impact on adolescents. The great curiosity of adolescents about reproduction encourages adolescents to seek information from various sources, including peers, parents, schools and information media. This requires correct and responsible information so that adolescents can have healthy reproductive behavior. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of peer counselors in the implementation of adolescent reproductive health counseling in Sumenep Regency. P enelitian uses quantitative methods to design cross-sectional. The population in this study is the total population, namely all peer counselors who have received training on Adolescent Reproductive Health in Sumenep Regency in 2020 as many as 66 people. Data analysis used chi-square statistical test and logistic regression. The results showed that the most dominant factor influencing was knowledge of KRR counseling, motivation towards the implementation of KRR counseling, support of officers for the implementation of KRR counseling, and the supervision of officers on the implementation of KRR counseling. This study recommends the Sumenep Regency BPMP & KB Office to organize and activate adolescent reproductive health counseling training and invite peer counselors who are active in Sumenep district, and facilitate any KRR counseling activities, namely in the form of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Memiliki seorang bayi merupakan momen yang selalu dinanti dan diharapkan oleh setiap pasangan yang sudah menikah. Namun adakalanya momen kebahagiaan ini justru berubah menjadi kondisi stress tersendiri bagi ibu, yang dikenal dengan postpartum blues atau baby blues syndrome. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui apakah ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kejadian postpartum blues di Desa Marengan Laok kecamatan Kalianget Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 13 ibu postpartum. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik sperman rank dengan tingkat kemaknaan 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 77% ibu postpartum mengalami postpartum blues, dan 38% diantaranya mengalami postpartum blues ringan. Dari 13 Ibu postpartum hampir separuhnya yaitu 46% mendapatkan dukungan keluarga yang kurang. Hasil analisis data dengan uji spearman rank menunjukkan ? value= 0,000 yang bermakna bahwa ada hubungan antara Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kejaidan Postpartum blues di Desa Marengan Laok Kecamatan Kalianget Kabupaten Sumenep. Correlation coefficient menunjukkan angka -0,875 yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kejadian postpartum blues adalah sangat kuat. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan adanya dukungan keluarga yang sangat baik untuk ibu postpartum, karena dukungan yang baik dari keluarga akan memberikan kekuatan emosi tersendiri bagi ibu postpartum.

Abstract

The family planning program (KB), which has been running for 40 years, is able to preventa population increase of about 100 million people. BKKBN expects this year to increase theknowledge and skills of acceptor families. Namely about parenting and child development anddevelopment. In addition, improving the quality of elderly families, as well as the family's economicincome through the group of productive economic business activities. To know Information AboutRelationship With Contraceptive Implant Contraceptive Selection Motivation.The study design used is an analytical method with cross sectional design.The population inthis study as many as 633 large maternal EFA and EFA sample40 mothers. Engineering samplesare used random sampling. The data got fromthe village of the District Poreh Lanteng andquestionnaire data analysis while using the Spearman rank correlation test.The results showed the majority (62.5%) mothers receive less information, the majority(70.0%) mothers had a negative motivation in Contraceptive Implant Selection. Abstract

The suckling mother who do not wanted pregnancy again, of course need savely contraception, which not disturb suckle process nor influence production of ASI. The reason is to arrange wanted child distance and amount, lessening risk infected by disease of sexual relation. Choosen contraception for the suckling mother must precisely, because if do not, it’s will influence production of ASI, especially if her choose to use hormonal contraception which contain estrogen hormonal, this matter will influence production of ASI which finally causes the baby is not maximal get ASI, especially Exclusive ASI. This research is correlation analitic research which want to know correlation between the hormonal contraception using and breastfeeding production for the suckling mother in BPS Tatik S, Ngasem, Kediri in 2009, use cross sectional approach. Population and sample in this research is suckling mother who use contraception hormonal in BPS Ny. Mustardiyah year 2009. Sampel account is about 49 people. This research use non probability sampling, that is consecutive sampling. The hypothesis test use chi-square because the variable are nominal and nominal scale with α 0,05. Based on the research result, all of the suckling mother use hormonal contraception, the breastfeeding production of the some of all the suckling mother are decrease, and there is a correlation between the hormonal contraception using and breastfeeding production for the suckling mother in BPS Tatik S, Ngasem, Kediri in 2009.

Abstract

Background: Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a growing health problem in Indonesia. From 1987 to 2019, there were 102,667 AIDS sufferers. Adolescents aged 15-24 years are a group that is vulnerable to HIV. The purpose of PKM is for universities to play a role in developing public knowledge about reproductive health and the spread of HIV/AIDS among adolescents infection. Adolescents are a group that is more likely to transmit HIV/AIDS because they are vulnerable to risky behavior problems, such as premarital sex and substance abuse. Methods: The target of service is youth in coastal areas. Problems are solved in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparation is done by conducting a preliminary survey to see conditions in the field. The implementation is carried out by training, using the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by question and answer discussions and exercises as a form of PKM activities. Evaluation of activities is carried out for each stage by collecting and concluding data from each stage of activity. Results: Before distributing 24 questionnaires containing information about adolescent reproductive function and HIV/AIDS to counseling participants, the result was 65%. Meanwhile, from the results of a survey of all participants to assess expansion achievement, it was found that 84%. A significant increase in participants' knowledge was 18%. Conclusion: By providing knowledge to parents, we can reach youth to avoid problems related to HIV/AIDS.

Abstract
