Abstract

This research aims to determine how the use of funds Zakat in the BAZNAS of east Lombok Timur. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with field research type (field research). Zakat is a financial obligation which is taken from the rich who have become obligatory zakat to be submitted to the people that the criteria have been specified in the law. Zakat basically has great potential to become financial solution, with the nature of zakat that never exhausted or even stop. because zakat as the religious obligation taht must be fulfilled by a Muslim every year or in the others predetermined time. Badan Amil Zakat NASIONAL (BAZNAS) as the formal management zakat institutions in Indonesia, distribute zakat fund to the zakat recipient (mustahik), especially for the indigent and poor people through consumptive zakat to but their daily basic needs, and also can be a productively zakat to gain their business assets. Just as the mustahik utilize the zakat funds for their efforts as a household can produce an economy that can meet the needs of his life. In addition, some are using the funds that have been received zakat to raise cattle and goats. Not apart from the purpose of zakat itself which one of them is to alleviate the mustahiq of poverty, Because zakat funds are not used in a consumptive manner, but secra productive that is managed and maximized so that it can prosper the community. But it is different with the mustahik in BAZNAS, they utilize zakat funds not in accordance with the designation. This is due to the lack of monitoring from BAZNAS staff.

Abstract

Zero waste is an ethical, economical, efficient and visionary goal, to guide people in changing their lifestyles and practices in imitation of a sustainable natural cycle, where all materials that are no longer used are designed to be a resource for others to use (en. m.wikipedia.org). Problems related to waste in Sandik Village are: 1. Non-organic waste is relatively widely scattered in the Sandik Village environment; 2. The waste bank is not yet operational; 3. People do not know much about non-organic waste which can be used as raw material for creative products that have a selling value; 4. The Sandik Village PKK Team does not have the skills to process non-organic waste into handicraft products with economic value. The aim of this service is to empower the Sandik Village PKK Driving Team in processing non-organic waste into goods that have economic value. The service method is carried out with lectures, discussions, and technical training on processing non-organic waste into products with sale value. The results of the activity: there were several participants who were able to make products at the end of the training; Participants were willing and enthusiastic to pass it on to other mothers around the village. It can be concluded that this service activity was successful, as shown by: Participants were able to sort between organic and non-organic waste and increased participants' knowledge about some of the non-organic waste that they produce every day can be used and processed into useful and economic value items

Abstract

Kondisi pademi Covid 19 saat ini menyebabkan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah aspek ekonomi yaitu kegiatan perekonomian terkontraksi, yang pada akhirnya dapat berdampak pada bertambah dalamnya kemiskinan yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan keuangannya. Terkait dengan hal tersebut maka sangat relevan dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat kepada perempuan pedagang terkait dengan inklusi dan literasi keuangan di kelurahan Mataram Timur, Kecamatan Mataram.Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat yang digunakan adalah pertama mengobservasi sasaran target terkait dengan kondisi ekonominya, kegiatan ekonomi serta pengelolaan keuangannya.Kedua menyampaikan materi penyuluhan yang meliputi literasi dan inklusi keuangan, aksesibilitas UMKM terhadap Lembaga Keuangan, dampak aksesibilitas pada lembaga keuangan terhadap kesejateraan mitra kemudian dilanjutkan dengan diskusi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan formal mitra relative rendah dimana tingkat pendidikan tertinggi pada jenjang SLTP bahkan 25 % dari peserta tidak tamat SD, terbatasnya modal usaha yang dimiliki mitra, mitra kurang memahami pengetahuan terkait dengan literasi dan inklusi keuangan sehingga kesulitan untuk menghindari pinjaman yang berasal dari sector informal ( rentenir), adanya komitmen yang kuat dari mitra untuk mengelola dana bergulir yang diberikan oleh Tim sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu modal usaha mitra dan mitra dapat terhindar dari rentenir.
