Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred in the Indonesia Stock Exchange showed that investors have a primary goal in invest their funds into a company that is looking for income or investment return rate either form of dividend income and income from the difference between the selling price of stock over the purchase price (capital gains). For example, viewed from the status of his company, the company divided into 2 (two) categories, namely domestic and foreign ownership. With the difference in ownership status, the differences in character and culture of each investor will affect the company's performance through management policies were implemented. Seeing the reality that occurred in the Indonesia Stock Exchange turned out to be a percentage of domestic companies that pay dividends more than foreign companies. Seeing the difference is so interesting to do research about the factors that influence dividend policy. The population used in this study are all companies included in the group of foreign and domestic firms (based on the classification of the Indonesia Stock Exchange visits of company status) that have been going public in Indonesian Capital Market until the end of 2009. Samples taken for this study were 26 companies that meet the criteria of the sample that is comprised of 5 companies and 21 foreign domestic investment company. To determine the number of samples taken is to use a purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used is the classical assumption test and multiple regression. The results of this study is the only current ratio and growth variables that simultaneously affect the dividend payout ratio after further tests conducted by Stepwise method. While the partial growth and current ratio affect the dividend payout ratio. Together variable current ratio and growth contributed 22.7% in explaining the dividend payout ratio. And different test result that foreign firms have an average dividend higher than domestic companies. From these results, the management may consider the return on investment, current ratio, debt to total assets and growth as a predictor for determining the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur Spiritual Leadership dan Extrinsic Motivation dalam meningkatkan Employee Performance dengan mediasi Affective Commitment. Penelitian ini berada pada satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Kudus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu penjelasan atau explanatory research, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa menyebar kuesioner secara individu kepada responden. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 107 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Spiritual Leadership dan Extrinsic Motivation semakin baik, maka Affective Commitment semakin baik pula. Spiritual Leadership, Extrinsic Motivation, dan Affective Commitment semakin baik, maka Employee Performance semakin baik pula. Affective Commitment sebagai variabel mediasi Spiritual Leadership dan Extrinsic Motivation terhadap Employee Performance.

Abstract

Peran Kualitas Pelayanan Pengaduan Pelanggan Pada Aplikasi PLN Mobile Untuk Menciptakan Kepuasan Pelanggan PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kudus Kota. Magang MB-KM ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengalaman secara langsung mengenai cara kerja di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kudus Kota, terkait dengan pengaduan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, dan kinerja karyawan. Serta mendapatkan solusi berdasarkan teori dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Penilitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan fenomena di lapangan. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Kudus Kota dan yang digunakan sebagai informan dalam penelitian yaitu pegawai kantor khususnya bidang administrasi dan pelayanan pelanggan. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menemukan masalah yang muncul pada kantor ULP Kudus Kota yaitu (1) response time dan recovery time tidak dapat diketahui secara real time. (2) penanganan pengaduan pelanggan yang melebihi batasan waktu yang telah ditentukan membuat target setiap bulan tidak tercapai. Kata Kunci: Pengaduan Pelanggan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development, compensation equity, and job satisfaction as intervening variables on lecturer performance at College X. The background of this study focuses on low lecturer performance, which is suspected to be influenced by career development, compensation equity, and job satisfaction, key elements in educational organizations that improve lecturer performance. This study uses career development and compensation equity as independent variables, while job satisfaction and lecturer performance served as dependent variables. The sample size was 41 respondents, obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The research method used was quantitative with an explanatory research approach. Data were analyzed using Structural Equational Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS), using a likert-based data measurement scale. This study found that career development and compensation equity have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and lecturer performance. Furthermore, the path test results show that job satisfaction acts as a mediator in the influence of compensation equity on lecturer performance. However, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of career development on lecturer performance. Universities need to strengthen compensation equity, strengthen career development strategies, implement career development programs, and create a supportive and adequate work environment and facilities to ensure optimal lecturer performance.
