Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of contemporary fiqh due to the discussion method used in learning. Where there were only a few students who played an active role, the rest were just silent and listened. This study aims to increase students' understanding of STAI Darussalam Lampung in Contemporary Jurisprudence Courses through problem-based learning models. The method in this study used the classroom action research (PTK) method by adopting the Kurt Lewin model using 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 4th and 6th semester students majoring in ahwal asy-syaksiyyah. The results of this study are that there is a significant increase in the ability to understand theory and students are able to think critically and thoroughly.

Abstract

The Islamic education philosophy perspective curriculum is based on a solid foundation, namely the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. This foundation guides every individual in carrying out their duties and functions as caliph and gaining eternal life in this world and the afterlife based on Islamic education. Philosophy plays an important role in achieving the general goals of education and directs that the curriculum designed contains Islamic values, and is in line with universally accepted truths. The purpose of this writing is to find out about the Islamic education curriculum, and the curriculum from the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. The results of writing this article show that through philosophy it can be determined how to determine the benchmarks for the success of the educational process, by referring to curriculum principles, including: Philosophical Principles, Sociological Principles, Organizational Principles, Psychological Principles. The Islamic education curriculum has its own characteristics which are based on principles and teaching materials based on the Koran and Hadith.

Abstract

Mudarabah has been one of the most popular goods among BMT Mitra Madani Syariah's customers. Mudharabah is expected to account for more than 60% of contracts in 2020. Meanwhile, BMT Mitra Madani Syariah has implemented mudharabah principles in accordance with Islamic law in its application. The goal of this study was to establish consumer perceptions of mudharabah implementation in BMT Mitra Madani Syariah, as well as the elements that influence it, based on the above description. This is a qualitative descriptive research project. Purposive sampling is a strategy for determining the participants. Five people are the focus of the research. According to the findings, the individuals had a positive opinion of mudarabah. acceptance does not come without justification. One of the causes is replaces bank interest with a sharing system. Another argument is that the rate system is seen as an unjust system for determining profit (revenue) that is particular to money lent, whereas company has the potential for profit or loss. Mudharabah, on the other hand, was seen as more fair since mudharabah paid attention to the possibility. Several things influence the perception that develops. Internal elements, which include psychological requirements, history, and experience, are the first. Psychological demands, such as mudhrabah contracts, are easier to fulfill and make it easier to continue the business. Other consumers' reported happiness with the mudharabah system is explained by stimulation. Keyword: Mudharabah System, Perception
