Abstract

Success of the region to enhance the competitiveness of the investment one of whichdepend on the ability of the region to formulate policies relating to investment andbusiness, as well as improving the quality of service to the community. It is also importantto consider in an effort to attract investors, in addition to conducive macroeconomic alsotheir human resource development and infrastructure in the broadest sense. This conditionwill be able to mobilize the private sector to participate in moving the economic wheel.This study aims to determine the value of the coefficient ICOR and the projectedinvestment needs in Majalengka during the years 2017-2019. The data used is secondarydata, Gross Domestic Product, the consumer price index, and the economic growth rate.Analysis data using the formula coefficient ICOR and the projected investment needsdeveloped by Widodo. The analysis showed that the coefficient ICOR Majalengka duringthe years 2011-2014 shows a positive development, which meaning that the productivity ofcapital formation in Majalengka increased in order to encourage the rise of regionaleconomic growth and the projected investment needs in Majalengka in 2017-2019 , tendvolatif. But the need for investment in 2019 is increasing. Key Word : Economic Growth, ICOR and Invesment

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of government infrastructure expenditureto market capitalization infrastructure, utilities and transportation industry of listedcompanies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2005-2014. Research analysisusing descriptive and verification. Data used is time series data as realization of directexpenditures of government in infrastructure sector which consists of transportation andcommunication. Market capitalization data is capitalization of industry groupinfrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on the Indonesian StockExchange (IDX) during 2005-2014. Analysis data used descriptive and verification.Descriptive analysis is used to describe the research variables development. Theverification analysis used to examine the effect between variables with include theselection models test, specifications model test, normality test, regression test, coefficientdetermination test, statistical t and f test.The result analysis showed government infrastructure expenditure variables ispositive and significant impact on the market capitalization of the infrastructure, utilitiesand transportation industry listed companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during2005-2014, with the determination level of 47.47% and the remaining 53.52% is explainedby other variables that are not described or include in the research models function suchas National income, inflation, exchange rates and others. One of suggestions in thisreseach is central government should be consistent on each target and developmentactivities that have been assigned in infrastructure expenditure every year. It is importantto do, so the financing gap does not encourage inflation that couse high cost in theproduction process due to the inflation of infrastructurecommodity. In addition, effectivecontrol efforts to development process is being carried out and also continue by synergyamong the stakeholders that being implementation process development is done on time, aswell as efforts to establish strategic policies and legal certainty for investors. So theinvestment climate more conducive to attracting private investors invest in theinfrastructure, utilities and transportation sector in the Indonesian Stock Exchange.Keywords :Market Capitalization, Infrastructure, Utilities and Transportation Industry,Government Infrastructure Expenditure, Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Pentingnya peranan masyarakat sebagai komponen penunjang perkembangan bangsa, membuat setiap kelompok masyarakat memiliki keharusan untuk terus berkembang. Dari beberapa kelompok masyarakat tersebut, masyarakat desa merupakan masyarakat yang paling jarang tersentuh oleh gelombang pembangunan dan pertumbuhan karena perkembangan masyarakat saat ini didominasi oleh perkembangan di perkotaan. Mahasiswa sebagai salah satu komponen dalam masyarakat dituntut untuk menjadi pihak yang menjembatani kesenjangan perkembangan tersebut. Dengan kata lain, wujud nyata yang harus dilakukan oleh mahasiswa adalah membantu masyarakat desa untuk mengembangkan kemampuan yang telah ada dalam diri masyarakat agar dapat menyokong pembangunan secara adil tanpa ada kesenjangan tingkat perkembangan antara desa dan kota.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau disebut BUMDes pada dasarnya merupakan pilar kegiatan ekonomi di desa yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga sosial juga komersial. Sebagai sebuah usaha desa, pembentukan BUMDes adalah benar-benar untuk memaksimalisasi potensi masyarakat desa baik itu potensi ekonomi, sumber daya alam, ataupun sumber daya manusianya. Dalam perkembangannya keberadaan BUMDes di daerah termasuk di Kabupaten Majalengka, khususnya di Desa Panjalin Kidul, mengalami pasang surut disebabkan banyak faktor diantaranya, rendahnya kapasitas manajerial, kurangnya Pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal, dan Infrastruktur BUMDes belum optimal. Bumdesa Mapan Desa Panjalin Kidul memiliki potensi untuk berkembang karena memilki sumberdaya manusia (pengurus), dukungan keuangan serta aset yang dapat dimamfaatkan. Namun karena masih minimnya pengetahuan pengurus dalam menjalankan BUMDesa, menyebabkan BUMDesa belum dapat berfungsi dengan optimal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh hasil bahwa hampir seluruh peserta memahami dan memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan pengelolaan BUMDes.

Abstract

The large number of cosmetic industries that are emerging at the moment, one of which is hand body lotion products for body skin care, means that consumers have many considerations in purchasing decisions, consumers tend to have more importance in terms of quality and in terms for promotion through brand ambassadors which are very intensively carried out. purchasing decisions continue to increase. Purpose of the search is to determint various factors that influencer product price and quality for buying decisions mediated by the Ambassador brand. Research using survey method and a descriptive verification approach. Data collection techniques use was use a questionnaire. Population in this research is consumers of Scarlett hand body lotion products in Majalengka Regency and a sample 120 respondents. The tools SmartPLS analysis. Research outcome found that price have significant positive influencer for buying decisions. The quality of product positive and significant influence buyer resolve. Brand Ambassadors have positive and significant influence on buying decisions. Price positive but not significant effect on brand awareness. Product quality positive and significant effect on the Ambassador brand. Price on purchasing decisions mediated by the Ambassador brand has positive but not significant effect. Product quality for buying decisions is mediated by Ambassador brand and positive significant effect.

Abstract

MSMEs in Majalengka Regency face challenges such as limited capital, low adoption of digital technology, and insufficient marketing networks. However, they possess significant economic potential based on local wisdom. This study aims to analyze the influence of market orientation and digital technology adoption on MSME competitiveness through the mediating role of innovation. The research method employs a verificative (hypothesis-testing) approach using purposive sampling on 130 local wisdom-based MSMEs in Majalengka. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that market orientation and technology adoption have a significant positive influence on both innovation and competitiveness directly. Innovation is proven to fully mediate the effect of market orientation and technology adoption on competitiveness. These findings imply the need for integrated strategies for MSME actors, such as: strengthening market orientation through continuous customer research, selective adoption of digital technology to enhance operational and marketing efficiency, and building an innovation culture based on market insights and technology utilization. The synergy of these three aspects is key to enhancing the sustainable competitiveness of MSMEs.
