Abstract

With the background of various different research results, we would like to review the effect of leverage, profitability, accounting profit and good corporate governance to price stock. Method research used is descriptive quantitative. Population company manufacture subsector pharmacy, cosmetics and necessity House stairs total 16 companies with technique purposive sampling obtained sample as much 11 companies. Technique though data used is regression multiple. Test results this in a manner Partial leverage and accounting profit take effect positive against the price stock while on profitability variable and GCG no effect on price stock. In concluison the fourth variable independent influential to price stock. From the results of the coefficient of determination using score that has been customized show a figure of 0, 501 which meaningful equal to 50,1% variation price stock affected by leverage, profitability, profit accounting and GCG the rest 49, 9% affected by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this test and analysis is to determine effect of current ratio, return on equity, managerial ownership, sales growth, and asset structure on capital structure in Retail Trade Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The method used is a quantitative approach. This population chose the Retail Trade Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. In order to obtain the sample to be studied, purposive sampling technique was used. The total number of samples obtained were 7 issuers of the Retail Trade Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This research strategy uses multiple linear regression technique. Multiple linear regression technique consists of partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of partial test (t) show that current ratio and return on equity have a significant effect on capital structure. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, sales growth, asset structure have no a significant effect on capital structure. Simultaneous test results (F) show that current ratio, return on equity, managerial ownership, sales growth, and asset structure have a significant effect on capital structure. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) show that adjusted r square value of 0.820 means that capital structure is explained through the independent variables of 82 percent and the remaining 18 percent of capital structure is explained from other variables that are not included in this regression.

Abstract

Forensic odontology is a field of science that applies dental science to solve criminal and civil cases. Bite marks are often used in cases of sexual harassment to murder. However, in reality, several experts, including forensic odontologists, are considered to not mastered the bite mark analysis method properly for suspect identification, which often leads to errors and misinterpretations. This is a very serious matter because it will affect the life of a person. The use of the bite mark method itself in the field of forensic odontology is still a controversial issue because it often leads to misuse and misunderstanding. This review describes the disadvantages of bite mark identification.

Abstract

Regarding the legal position of illegitimate child in terms of inheritance which is different from legitimate child, it quite often found errors occur. The incident where an error occurred in the distribution of inheritance was also found in the case of the Supreme Court's Decision Number: 1594K/Pdt/2018. Based on this case, a problem arises regarding the equal distribution of inheritance between legitimate child and illegitimate child. Then, problems arise, namely how the legal position of illegitimate children in receiving inheritance and what form of legal protection for illegitimate children who do not fulfil Article 272 of the Civil Code in receiving inheritance. The author uses normative legal research methods. the legal position of an illegitimate child who fulfills Article 272 of the Civil Code with a legitimate child is only the same for the ownership of saisine, heriditatis petitio, and legitieme portie rights, but the share of inheritance is different. Meanwhile, illegitimate children who do not fulfil Article 272 of the Civil Code can obtain legal protection like receiving grants or testaments. So, the author can conclude that the portion of illegitimate children who fulfill Article 272 of the Civil Code gets a smaller share than legitimate children. For illegitimate children who do not fulfil Article 272 of the Civil Code, they are still entitled to legal protection like receiving grants or testaments. It is better for people who will become heirs to be able to distribute inheritance to their heirs fairly and equitably based on the provisions stipulated in the Civil Code.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu inovasi untuk meningkatkan performa beton adalah penambahan serat, seperti serat polypropylene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh variasi panjang serat polypropylene terhadap kinerja beton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workability beton mengalami pengurangan akibat serat yang mengalami kekusutan terutama pada serat makro. Selain itu diamati juga terjadi peningkatan kuat tekan beton diakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan mechanical bonding. Kuat tarik belah dan lentur murni beton tidak mengalami perubahan signifikan dengan penambahan serat. Namun, Penambahan serat terbukti dapat membantu mengurangi pelebaran retak secara efektif. Penambahan serat pada campuran beton meningkatkan mekanisme keruntuhan beton dengan menyediakan daktilitas yang lebih baik terutama pada serat mikro. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi efektif dan ekonomis untuk meningkatkan kinerja beton dengan penambahan serat polypropylene.Kata kunci: beton serat, serat Polypropylene, slump, kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah, kuat lentur murni, daktilitas betonABSTRACTAn innovative way to improve concrete performance could be the addition of fibers, such as polypropylene fibers. This research aims to study the effect of polypropylene fiber length variation on concrete performance. The results showed that the workability of concrete was reduced due to fiber tangling, especially in macro fibers. In addition, it was also observed that there was an increase in the compressive strength of concrete due to an increase in mechanical bonding. The split tensile and flexural strength of concrete did not change significantly with the addition of fibers. However, fiber addition was found to help reduce crack widening effectively. The addition of fibers to the concrete mix improves the collapse mechanism of concrete by providing better ductility especially in the case of micro fibers. This research is expected to provide an effective and economical solution to improve the performance of concrete with the addition of polypropylene fibers.Keywords: fiber concrete, Polypropylene fibre, slump, compressive strength, split tensile strength, pure flexural strength, concrete ductility

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of digital transformation in enhancing client acquisition, using a case study of a lamp business in Indonesia. Established in 2021, the company initially operated through traditional offline channels but expanded to online platforms in 2022, integrating digital tools including AI-based financial management systems to streamline operations and support decision-making. The research focuses on comparing offline and online strategies, examining key performance indicators such as revenue contribution, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and operational challenges encountered in both modes. In addition, the study explores whether the observed revenue growth following digitalization is primarily driven by online sales or whether it benefits from a hybrid approach that combines both online and offline channels. By analyzing these aspects, the study seeks to provide insights into the practical implications of digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in the Indonesian market. The findings are expected to clarify whether adopting digital strategies offers a measurable advantage over traditional methods in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and market reach. Ultimately, this research aims to inform SME owners and managers about best practices for leveraging digital tools to enhance client acquisition and drive sustainable business growth.
