Abstract

Manual material handling activities one of them is soy porridge filtration. Important research was conducted to provide interventions reviewed from aspects of NBM, biomechanics, NIOSH and fuzzy biomechanics to NBM as the purpose of this study. This research method takes a saturated sample of 24 respondents, observation and documentation regarding working posture, dissemination and withdrawal of NBM closed questionnaires, assessing biomechanics from the aspect of Fcompression with Fshear, and evaluating activities with NIOSH and integration of fuzzy Mamdani initiated fuzzification, inference, and defuzzification. The study showed that Fcompression 1117.05 N < 3400 N; Fshear of 613.4 N > 500 N were declared to be at risk. The dominant LI value may be at risk of 66.7% for 16 people. Traditional NBM complaints are very painful range 75%-100% at the waist (96%), hips (75%), buttocks (83%), right hands (79%), left thighs and right thighs (75%), left knee (92%), and right knee (100%). Traditional proof of biomechanics following fuzzy biomechanics against NBM, by 93.3%. This activity still has risks, both from traditional biomechanics, NIOSH, NBM, and fuzzy biomechanics to NBM. Therefore, appropriate intervention is needed from the aspect of facilities and work environment in the future

Abstract

Overwork is the cause of above-normal pulses. Rest time role needed to re-normalize pulse. The research aims to design the right rest system with a Physiology and Quality Function Deployment approach in tofu craftsmen of the male gender in Kediri district. The method with the first stage performs measurements of pulse, oxygen consumption, metabolism, energy and intervention. The second stage performs a set of attributes needs of craftsmen and technical responses from MSME owners know with the final results of attribute selection based on the highest weight. The results showed an effective rest time of 233.9 minutes per 6 hours of work reviewed from the physiological approach. Rest time with Quality Function Deployment approach weighing 192.02 is worship with a time of 20 minutes; sleep weight 182.25 with a time of 60 minutes; evaluation weighed 157.84 with a time of 120 minutes; heating weighs 152.96 with a time of 20 minutes; and drinking water weighed 121.85 with a time of 13.9 minutes. With this result, a break design system can be applied to improve the performance of tofu craftsmen. Subsequent development may lead to reduced rest time but result in greater performance.

Abstract

Fast-paced, precise demands and time minimization are dominant to support the service business. Service activities are always expected to be the best by customers. Especially ABC bank customers. Since the information about account conversion, many customers have come to the Bank. The server utility of the queue system plays an important role. One of them is about measuring the usefulness of the queue system, average expectations of waiting times, and expectations of the number of customers in the system. Services that focus on providing services always experience long lines. Therefore, the queue theory is used to assess utilities, waiting for time expectations, and expectations of customer numbers. Research methods using system performance. First, calculate the value of the speed, average service, service level, and performance of the queue system. The result is a queue system of 1 server on average - working with a utility value of 83.5% and the highest in the 4th week, with an average expectation - average waiting time of 0.428 or 25.6 minutes and an expectation of the number of customers in the system of 4.8 or 5 customers. The role of 1 server has not been practical to minimize waiting time expectations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of suppliers based on the AHP method at the highest weight level, the consistency level of supplier performance based on the smallest consistency value and predict demand with the selected value in the conversion in the kilogram model. The research methodology is quantitative integration of AHP- Single Exponential Smoothing. The data of this study is primary data covering the AHP of the questionnaire, secondary data covering the data of actual requests. This study states that the performance of suppliers includes Quality, Cost and Delivery with consistency with the smallest criteria, namely Delivery, Quality and Flexybility. Meanwhile, the demand prediction with a capacity of 1336 cups of arabica coffee was converted to a capacity of arabica coffee beans of 27 kg in April 2022. The implications of this study are expected to be carried out in determining the dumping factor is experiment with a dumping factor decision-making model that is adjusted to the needs of the TKP Coffee Shop. The suggestion of this study for researchers can then determine the estimated capacity of safety supplies and an economical ordering model.
