Abstract

Behavior-based safety (BBS) programs are a safety approach based on human behavior and social relationships in the work environment. This approach aims to increase employee awareness, commitment and responsibility to create a safer and healthier work environment. A behavior-based safety (BBS) approach focuses on human behavior to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and injuries. This research uses a qualitative approach that combines observation and interview methods. This approach was chosen to gain a deeper understanding of the safety behavior of PT employees. X and the factors that influence it are observed directly in the PT work environment. X observes employee safety behavior in real-life situations. Dangerous behavior is the behavior of an individual or group of workers that can create a dangerous situation in a work process. Implementation of security in the PT environment. X has been around since the company's inception, but safety was only documented around 2022. work without complete PPE. Employees in the company already understand SMK3. Strengthen safety training, implementation and monitoring of safety procedures, safety culture, risk assessment, effective incident reporting systems, regulatory enforcement and discipline.

Abstract

Education about emotions and bullying is very important for children from an early age, because this is when character development begins. This activity was carried out because of the results seen when observing the environment of SD Negeri Ciherang 2 which still lacks awareness about emotions and the impact of bullying. In providing early education on these topics, children can develop important skills to understand and manage their emotions effectively, as well as recognize and overcome bullying behavior. The purpose of this community service activity (Abdimas) is to provide an introduction to emotions and bullying education program at SD Negeri Ciherang 2 as an effort to improve students' psychological well-being. By using observation techniques, the level of awareness and control of students' emotions before and after the program can be studied. During the implementation of Abdimas, a series of activities centered on emotional awareness and bullying prevention were conducted over three days. These important sessions were organized in three different classes: first, second, and third grade. Each session lasted for approximately four hours, carefully integrated into the regular school schedule to ensure minimal disruption to the students' learning process. Results showed that most students lacked understanding of emotions at first and often engaged in bullying. However, students' awareness increased and there were no reports of bullying after the program, indicating that the program had a positive effect in increasing understanding of emotions and reducing the amount of bullying that occurs in schools. This not only contributed to their personal development, but also fostered a safer and more inclusive environment within the school community. ABSTRAK Edukasi mengenai emosi dan bullying sangat penting bagi anak-anak sejak usia dini, karena pada masa inilah perkembangan karakter dimulai. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan karena melihat hasil yang terlihat ketika mengamati lingkungan SD Negeri Ciherang 2 yang masih kurang atas kesadaran tentang emosi dan dampak bullying. Dalam memberikan edukasi dini tentang topik-topik ini, anak-anak dapat mengembangkan keterampilan penting untuk memahami dan mengelola emosi mereka secara efektif, serta mengenali dan mengatasi perilaku bullying. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (Abdimas) ini adalah memberikan pengenalan emosi dam program edukasi bullying di SD Negeri Ciherang 2 sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, tingkat kesadaran dan kontrol emosi siswa sebelum dan setelah program dapat dipelajari. Selama pelaksanaan Abdimas, serangkaian kegiatan yang berpusat pada kepedulian emosional dan pencegahan bullying dilakukan selama tiga hari. Sesi penting ini diselenggarakan di tiga kelas berbeda: kelas satu, dua, dan tiga. Setiap sesi berlangsung selama kurang lebih empat jam, diintegrasikan secara cermat ke dalam jadwal reguler sekolah untuk memastikan minimalnya gangguan terhadap proses belajar siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa kurang memahami emosi pada awalnya dan sering terlibat dalam perundungan. Namun, kesadaran siswa meningkat dan tidak ada laporan perundungan setelah program, yang menunjukkan bahwa program memiliki efek positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tentang emosi dan mengurangi jumlah perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah. Hal ini tidak hanya berkontribusi pada perkembangan pribadi mereka, namun juga menumbuhkan lingkungan yang lebih aman dan inklusif di dalam komunitas sekolah.

Abstract

Extracurricular activities in Elementary Schools generally refer to activities or programs held outside of school hours that aim to develop students' talents, interests, skills, and character in various fields. These activities include various fields such as sports, arts, scouts, skills, and others, which are designed to provide a broader and deeper learning experience for students, as well as assist them in developing their personality and social skills, extracurricular programs play an important role in building students' character and abilities outside the academic curriculum. The development of talents and interests in extracurricular fields at SDN Ciherang 02 is still lacking in being implemented to students so that many still do not have extracurricular skills such as correct marching, correct singing, and exercising in accordance with applicable rules and so on. This is due to the lack of teaching staff who have special competence in these fields. Therefore, the Tarumanagara University Community Service Implementation Team implemented a Community Service Program to help solve the problems experienced by SDN Ciherang 02. Extracurricular programs at SDN Ciherang 02 include various activities, including sports, arts, and science, and are tailored to students' interests and talents. Through the development of extracurricular activities, it is expected that there will be development of social skills, leadership, and students' self-confidence through active participation in these activities. SDN Ciherang 2 is expected to continue to create a comprehensive learning environment and support each student according to their potential through extracurricular activities. ABSTRAK Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di Sekolah Dasar secara umum merujuk pada kegiatan atau program yang diselenggarakan di luar jam pelajaran sekolah yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bakat, minat, keterampilan, serta karakter siswa di berbagai bidang. Kegiatan ini meliputi berbagai bidang seperti olahraga, seni, pramuka, keterampilan, dan lain-lain, yang dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih luas dan mendalam bagi siswa, serta membantu mereka dalam pengembangan kepribadian dan kemampuan sosial, program ekstrakurikuler memainkan peran penting dalam membangun karakter dan kemampuan siswa di luar kurikulum akademik. Pengembangan bakat dan minat di bidang ekstrakurikuler di SDN Ciherang 02 masih kurang diimplementasikan kepada siwa/siswi sehingga masih banyak yang belum memiliki keterampilan ekstrakurikuler seperti baris berbaris yang benar, benyanyi yang benar, serta berolahraga yang sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dan lain sebagainya. Hail ini dikarenakan karena kurangnya tenaga pengajar yang memiliki kompetensi khusus dibidang tersebut. Maka dari itu Tim Pelaksana Abdimas Universitas Tarumanagara melaksanakan Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami oleh SDN Ciherang 02. Program ekstrakurikuler di SDN Ciherang 02 mencakup berbagai kegiatan, termasuk olahraga, seni, dan sains, dan disesuaikan dengan minat dan bakat siswa. Melalui pengembangan ekstrakurikuler diharapkan adanya perkembangan keterampilan sosial, kepemimpinan, dan kepercayaan diri siswa melalui partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini. SDN Ciherang 2 diharapkan dapat terus menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang komprehensif dan mendukung setiap siswa sesuai dengan potensi siswa melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler
