Abstract

KJKS BMT-MMU Sidogiri Pasuruan is one of financial institutions which done by akad with duniawi and ukhrawi basic, because akad is done according to Islamic law (Shariah). The goal of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and promotion to member’s preference in proposing mudharabah defrayal at KJKS BMT-MMU Branch Sidogiri Pasuruan. Service quality, promotion, and member’s preference is one union which difficult to be dissociated, because the service quality and promotion which is given to a company has direct effect to member’s preference. This research is quantitative research with survey method, the goal of this research is to know the influence of service quality and promotion to member’s preference in proposing mudha’arabah defrayal at KJKS BMT-MMU Branch Sidogiri Pasuruan. To know this, it is used double linier analysis regress with F test and t test. The amount of sample n this research is 57 members with determinant sample used purposive sampling technique. The technique of data collection use questionnaire, interview, documentation, and observation, while to test the instrument used validities, reliabilities, and classic assumption test. Based on the result of the coefficient regress test stimultan (F test) is obtained F count is 2,398 with F table 3,17. Because F count is smaller than F tab;e, therefore it can be said that service quality and promotion have no influence significantly to member’s preference in proposing mudharabah defrayal. The result of coefficient regress partially (t test) is obtained service quality variable has t count 1,058 and promotion variable has t count 0,956. Both of variables have no influence significantly to member’s preference in proposing mudharabah defrayal. This matter is shown by t count is smaller that t table (2,000).

Abstract

Wakaf tunai di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk di gali dan di kembangkan menjadi sebuah solusi dalam rangka memberdayalam ekonomi rakyat. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan informasi tentang potensi pengembangan wakaf uang yang didasarkan pada analisis potenis demografi dan ekonomi. penelitian ini juga menganalisis bagaimana pola persepsi, preferensi dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap wakaf uang. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 349 masyarakat muslim Surabaya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi wakaf uang masyarakat muslim Surabaya sangat tinggi berdasarkan indikator demografi dan ekonomi. pola preferensi masyarakat dalam memilih wakaf uang didasarkan pada pertimbangan keuntungan relatif, eterbukaan informasi, kompatibilitas, kompleksitas dan triabilitas. Pemenuhan terhadap indikator preferensi tersebut menyebabkan terbentuknya perilaku positif masyarakat muslim Surabaya yang siap menerima wakaf uang dalam tataran konsep maupun praktik.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, including Indonesia, stopped activities in all fields, especially education. The government has implemented a policy that learning activities must be carried out online to prevent the spread of the virus. The easing of the pandemic makes offline learning then re-applied even within certain limits. The purpose of this research is to analyze the comparison of online and offline teaching and learning activities in 9th graders at MTsN 4 Bojonegoro. The method used is qualitative descriptive with survey techniques. The results showed that 74.2% preferred offline learning systems. Online learning is considered to have many obstacles, such as lack of understanding of learning materials, limited internet network, the use of high internet data, problematic the implementation of midterm exam or final exam, to the difficulty of concentrating due to disruption from the home environment. A total of 66.1% of respondents stated that teachers could not convey materials and communicate effectively in online learning, and 54.8% of respondents stated the difficulty of communication between learners online. Respondents also assessed that understanding of the material could work well in offline learning (54.8%) and considered the work on the task would be easier if the learning was done offline (66.1%), than when done online.

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Product Knowledge, Orientations and Capabilities on Islamic Economics on the Behavior of Economic Transactions aims to find out how much influence between these variables in lecturer transaction behavior. The method used in this research is associative quantitative. The number of respondents used was 57 lecturers. The sampling method of this study used a purposive sampling technique. Stages of data testing through validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination tests, and partial T tests. The results of the partial t-statistic test showed that the product knowledge and orientation variables did not significantly influence. It can be seen by using the 0.05 significance level, the significance value of product knowledge is 0.509 with a t value of 0.665 and a significance value of orientation is t arithmetic 0.170 with a significance of 0.866. While the capabilities variable with a calculated value of t = 5.755 with a significance level of 0.000 using a significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is smaller than the 5% level and is categorized as a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

This article aims to examine what factors cause the unsuccessful adoption of business innovations among fisherwives in Blimbingsari Village. The findings of this study are expected to assist the government in identifying concrete measures to help improve the welfare of fishermen. That way the government's programme to spur the development of the marine and fisheries sector can be realised from upstream to downstream which not only focuses on increasing fish production but also innovating to provide added value. The population in this study were fishermen's wives in Blimbingsari Village, Banyuwangi Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. A total of 214 respondents were obtained as research samples. The data analysis used in this study was path analysis. The results showed that this research model was able to explain the theory clearly. Variables of innovation characteristics, adopter characteristics, social systems, and communication channels have a positive direction towards innovation adoption.
