Abstract

Banjir adalah masalah umum yang sering terjadi di wilayah Indonesia, terutama diwilayah padat penduduk, contohnya di daerah perkotaan. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan aibat banjir cukup besar, baik dari segi materi maupun kerugian jiwa/kematian, maka dari itu permasalahan banjir perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius. Salah satu masalah banjir yang masih menjadi pusat perhatian saat ini adalah masalah banjir di Sungai Cimadur, Provinsi Banten Hasil analisis debit kala ulang 5 tahun, 10 tahun, 25 tahun dan 50 tahun dihitung menggunakan Metode Polygon Thiessen dengan hasil debit pada kala ulang 5 tahun sebesar 101,6100 m3/s, kala ulang 10 tahun sebesar 127,2145 m3/s, kala ulang 25 tahun sebesar 199,4511 m3/s dan kala ulang 50 tahun sebesar 165,7435 m3/s. Debit banjir yang telah didapatkan digunakan untuk melakukan running Program Hec-Ras dengan hasil analisis mengenai tinggi muka air banjir pada bagian hilir Sungai Cimadur pada titik 1 sampai dengan titik 8 mengalami banjir pada seluruh titik yang dianalisis. Banjir di titik-titik analisis memiliki perbedaan tinggi muka air banjir yang berbeda, letak banjir yang berbeda yaitu ada pada bagian kanan dan ada pada bagian kiri sungai serta ada juga pada yang terjadi pada keduanya. Kata Kunci: Banjir, Debit, Polygon Thiessen, Tinggi Muka Air Banjir.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat akan transportasi pada saat ini berkembang pesat dan daya beli masyarakat juga cukup tinggi, yang menimbulkan ketidakseimbangan antara pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan dengan pertumbuhan prasarana jalan raya. Hal ini mengakibatkan kepadatan lalulintas pada ruas Jalan ZA Pagar Alam di bawah Flyover Kedaton kota Bandar Lampung. Padahal ruas jalan tersebut merupakan salah satu jalan arteri yang ada di kota Bandar Lampung, yang seharusnya tidak terpengaruh oleh hambatan samping. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja arus lalulintas di Jalan ZA Pagar Alam, tingkat kepadatan arus lalulintas di Jalan ZA Pagar Alam serta mengetahui pengaruh hambatan samping pada saat jam sibuk. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan: 1) Survei pendahuluan, 2) Survei volume lalulintas, 3) Survei hambatan samping. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan uji analisis yang sudah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa jenis hambatan samping faktor kendaraan keluar masuk sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecepatan arus lalulintas dengan hasil pada jalan Z.A Pagar Alam adalah 1,6915. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa melebihi batas toleransi yang ditetapkan oleh Panduan Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014 yaitu sebesar 0,75 yang menunjukan ruas jalan tersebut merupakan daerah macet yang disebabkan oleh adanya gangguan dari samping  jalan dan ditambah dengan arus lalulintas yang padat.

Abstract

The need for decent housing in Indonesia increases along with population growth, but the subsidized housing program still faces infrastructure problems that affect occupant satisfaction. This study analyzes the satisfaction of occupants of the Pane Residence 99 Housing using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied with a sample of 52 respondents through a Likert Scale questionnaire. The results showed a satisfaction index of 59.42% (quite satisfied). The IPA analysis revealed that 42.11% of attributes fell into Quadrant A (priority for improvement), such as drainage, clean water, health facilities, and roof-ceiling quality. As many as 10.53% of attributes fell into Quadrant B (maintain), such as road conditions and worship facilities. Recommendations include routine repairs to infrastructure and improving building quality. This study provides input for developers and the government to improve the effectiveness of the subsidized housing program.

Abstract

This study aims to simulate the flood potential of the Way Balau River, Bandar Lampung City, using rainfall data from the GPM-IMERG satellite and HEC-RAS software. The analysis uses a log-normal distribution for rainfall, a rational method for discharge calculation, and water level simulation is performed at STA. 301. The results show that a 0.5 m high embankment on the left side is capable of withstanding a 5-year return period discharge, but in the 25, 50, and 100-year return periods, there is overflow on the right side with water heights of 0.16 m, 0.25 m, and 0.33 m, respectively. This study recommends increasing the capacity of the embankment on the right side of the river to mitigate the risk of long-term flooding.

Abstract

Concrete is a composite material made from several components, using the primary ingredients of cement, fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, air, and additional materials if needed, with a specific composition. This study aims to analyze the effect of using cattle bone waste as an additional material for coarse aggregates in normal concrete production. Cattle bone waste was chosen due to its abundant availability and the presence of hydroxyapatite minerals, which have the potential to enhance the strength of concrete. Variations of cattle bone mixture at 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% were used in the production of cylindrical test specimens, followed by compressive strength testing after a 28-day curing process. The results of the tests show that the higher the percentage of cattle bone used, the lower the compressive strength of the concrete. Concrete without cattle bones (0%) had the highest compressive strength of 16.62 MPa, while concrete with 5%, 10%, and 15% mixtures had average compressive strengths of 14.58 MPa, 11.76 MPa, and 11.26 MPa, respectively. The decrease in compressive strength is due to the more porous and brittle physical properties of cattle bones compared to natural aggregates, which affects the density and strength of the concrete structure. Therefore, the use of cattle bones as an alternative aggregate should be limited to a certain level to maintain the quality of the concrete. This study contributes to reducing organic waste and innovating the use of local materials in environmentally friendly construction.

Abstract

Fiber concrete is an innovation in concrete technology that utilizes additional materials in the form of natural or synthetic fibers to improve its mechanical characteristics, such as tensile strength, crack resistance, and ductility. In this study, K150 grade concrete was used with four variations of bamboo fiber addition: 0% (as a control), 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% by weight of cement. Compressive strength tests were conducted at 14 and 28 days. The results showed that the addition of bamboo fibers consistently increased the compressive strength of the concrete. This increase was associated with better bonding between the aggregate and cement paste, which increased the density and strength of the material. At 14 days, concrete without fiber achieved a compressive strength of 10.57 N/mm², while concrete with 2% bamboo fiber achieved 15.94 N/mm². At 28 days, the respective values were 12.91 N/mm² and 17.85 N/mm². The average increase was 26.15% compared to the control concrete. Further research is recommended to explore higher fiber content and the use of various types of bamboo to evaluate the comparison of compressive strength performance. This study contributes to the development of environmentally friendly concrete by utilizing sustainable local materials.
