Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok di MTs Al Iman Kota Magelang, (2) Mengetahui kondisi obyektif motivasi belajar siswa, (3) menghasilkan model layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, (4) mengetahui efektivitas layanan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning untuk peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa MTs Al Iman Kota Magelang. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Al Iman Kota Magelang yang berjumlah 29 siswa dan digunakan sebagai sampel 8 siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan pre-experimental: one group pretest-posttest design dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Paired sample t-Test dengan pertimbangan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel bebas (Independent Variabel). Hasil uji efektivitas dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning. Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning. Hal ini dilihat dari peningkatan hasil skala motivasi belajar sebelum dan sesudah diberi layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik self regulated learning sebesar 22,73 % dan diperkuat melalui uji efektivitas menggunakan t-test yang menunjukan -t hitung < -t tabel, yaitu -5,857 < -2,365 atau data Sig (0,001) < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of group counseling with behavior contract in improving student discipline at school. This research was conducted on students of Class XII MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Kota Magelang for the 2023/2024 academic year. The type of research used in this study is pre-experiment with the One Group Pretest Posttest Design model. The research subjects were selected by quota sampling. The sample in this study was 7 students as an experimental group. The data collection method was carried out using student discipline questionnaires. The data analysis method uses 26. For Windows. Shapiro Wilk's normality test on the results of the questionnaire showed normal. Data analysis is Paired sample T Test. The results of this study show that group counseling behavior contract has an effect on improving the discipline of Class XII MIPA 2 students at SMA Negeri 2 Kota Magelang. This is evidenced from the results of the analysis of the Paired Sample T Test test with significant values of 0.00 < 0.05. The results of this study concluded that group counseling behavior contract have an effect on improving discipline in Class XII MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 2 Kota Magelang students for the 2023/2024 academic year.
