Abstract

This research based development and progress educational world wanted increase power creativeness and innovation from educators today. Visualize of educator’s credibility competence not only seen from the speed finish lessons. But, which the process optimize management of facilities and infrastructures, so as create learning resources by environment of school. The research is the qualitative study by taking background in MIN Jejeran Bantul Yogyakarta. The research results show that management of facilities and infrastructures includes activities of planning, pengiventarisan, the use of, maintenance, the removal of, and accountability also improve educator’s creativeness and enrich scientific who can be integrated to learning would also take morality school tuition to better understand in concrete terms and protecting the environment around.

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline on employee performance at the PR Factory DD Tajinan Malang. The population in the study who were recorded as permanent employees was predominantly male with an average high school education. The analytical technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The influence of organizational culture, communication, and work discipline simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PR factory DD Tajinan Malang. Organizational culture has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Communication has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Discipline has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PR DD Tajinan Malang factory. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Communication, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to analyze the criminal of job training on children who commit criminal  of  copulation  in  The  District  Court  of  Muara  Enim  Case  Number 13/Pid.SusAnak/2020/PN Mre is it proper with the Act Number 11, 2012 article 78 paragraph (2) about system child criminal justice. This research used normative legal research with prescriptive and applied characteristic. This research used case approach. The legal materials consists of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The legal sources was obtained by literature study. The legal sources was analyzed by using deductive syllogism law method. Based on the results of the research, the author can conclude that the criminal of job training in The District Court of Muara Enim Case Number 13/Pid.SusAnak/2020/PN Mre in the form of job training for 2 (two) months incompatible with the Act Number 11, 2012 article 78 paragraph (2) about system child criminal justice which states that job training is imposed for a minimum of 3 (three) months and a maximum of one year. The provision of time is used as a benchmark for children to master the criminal skills of job training to the fullest, discipline and work ethic can be embedded well in children, and can be restore the child's psychological condition. The decision that impose a job training on a child below the minimum time will be not effective.Keyword: Criminal Job Training; Children; Copulation AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pidana pelatihan kerja terhadap Anak yang melakukan tindak pidana persetubuhan dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Muara Enim Nomor 13/Pid.Sus Anak/2020/PN Mre apakah sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 78  Ayat  (2)  Undang  Undang  Sistem Peradilan Pidana  Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan sifat penelitian preskriptif dan terapan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kasus. Jenis dan sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan terdiri dari bahan hukum primer  dan  bahan  hukum sekunder.  Teknik  pengumpulan  bahan  hukum  yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik deduksi dengan metode silogisme hukum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka dapat penulis simpulkan bahwa pidana pelatihan kerja pada Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Muara Enim Nomor 13/Pid.Sus Anak/2020/PN Mre berupa pelatihan kerja selama 2 (dua) bulan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan pada Pasal 78 Ayat (2) Undang Undang Sistem Peradilan Anak yang menyebutkan pidana pelatihan kerja di kenakan paling singkat 3 (tiga) bulan dan paling lama satu tahun. Ketentuan waktu tersebut dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur Anak untuk menguasai keterampilan pidana pelatihan kerja secara maksimal, kedisiplinan serta etos kerja dapat tertanam baik pada diri Anak, dan dapat memulihkan kondisi psikologis Anak. Putusan yang menjatuhkan pidana pelatihan kerja terhadap Anak di bawah batas waktu minimal maka tidak akan efektif.Kata kunci: Pelatihan Kerja; Anak; Persetubuhan
