Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemahaman siswa mengenai disiplin sekolah, selanjutnya penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan teknik jigsaw dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai displin sekolah di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen berjenis pre eksperimen, dengan menggunakan model pre-post one goup design. Hasil uji normalitas pre dan post test dengan chi kuadrat diperoleh χ2 hitung 3,45 dan 6,00 karena χ 2 hitung < χ2 tabel maka hipotesis penelitian (H1) diterima. Dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh dari sampel yang berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Selain itu, pengujian homogenitas juga dihitung dengan rumus uji-F. Hasil perhitungan homogenitas menyatakan bahwa Fhitung < Ftabel atau 1,66 < 1,71, artinya kedua data tersebut homogen.Uji hipotesis, Thitung = 10,39 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh Ttabel = 1,68. Ternyata Thitung = 10,39 > Ttabel = 1,68. Jadi H1 diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian, bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan teknik jigsaw dalam layanan bimbingan klasikal terhadap pemahaman siswa mengenai displin sekolah di SMA Negeri 103 Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

Background: Overhead pass is one of the important elements in volleyball, implementing good passing can make the game run well too. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training with setter training balls and medicine balls on overhead passing skills in female volleyball athletes at the Elang Bahari Tegal Club. Methods: This type of research is an experiment with a pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all female volleyball athletes from the Elang Bahari Club, totaling 14 athletes. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. The number of sampel used were 10 athletes. The instrument used in this study was the Brady Volleyball Test. Data analysis techniques using the t test. Results: The result of the t test analysis in the setter training ball group t count = 8,353 > t table = 1,812, and the result of the t test in the medicine ball group t count = 6,520 > t table = 1,812. Conclusions: It can be concluded that there is an effect of training with setter training balls and medicine balls on the overhead passing skills of female athletes at the Elang Bahari Tegal club.

Abstract

Psychological well-being is the realization of the full achievement of individual potential where individuals can accept all their shortcomings and strengths, are independent, are able to foster positive relationships with others, can master their environment in the sense of being able to modify the environment to suit their wishes, have life goals, and continue to develop their personality. WBP who are in prison will experience many changes both physically and psychologically often feel fear, anxiety, and inability to control themselves. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being in LPP Class IIA Martapura Prisoners. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational design. This study used probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method, involving 100 WBP. The data analysis technique used, namely Pearson's Product's Moment correlation. The results showed a positive and significant correlation (r = 0.538 with p = 000). The findings of this study are that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being in WBP. Where the higher the emotional intelligence in WBP, the higher the psychological well-being in WBP. And vice versa.

Abstract

This study examines the management of plastic waste into ecobricks through the collaboration of UIN Walisongo Real Work Lecture (KKN) students with SDN 2 Rowosari. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of managing plastic waste into ecobricks and analyze the impact of collaboration on environmental awareness at SDN 2 Rowosari. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the process of managing plastic waste into ecobricks involves the stages of collecting, washing, drying, and packaging plastic in bottles. The collaboration between KKN students and SDN 2 Rowosari proved effective in increasing the environmental awareness of students and teachers, as well as encouraging active participation in plastic waste management. The development of the Ecobrick Garden as a result of this collaboration is expected to be an innovative and sustainable model of environmental learning.

Abstract

Persaingan di dunia bimbingan belajar (bimbel) semakin ketat, sehingga lembaga seperti Bimbel AHE perlu merumuskan strategi efektif untuk menarik calon siswa sekaligus menjaga loyalitas siswa yang sudah bergabung. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi pembelajaran berkualitas serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang diterapkan Bimbel AHE dalam menarik dan mempertahankan siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola dan tutor serta observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti penggunaan metode interaktif, diferensiasi materi sesuai kemampuan siswa, feedback berkelanjutan, serta penerapan teknologi pendidikan berbasis digital mampu menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan bermakna. Selain itu, Bimbel AHE juga memanfaatkan data promosi digital melalui media sosial (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), menggunakan platform pembelajaran daring untuk mendukung interaksi belajar jarak jauh, dan mulai menerapkan sistem manajemen relasi pelanggan (CRM) guna memantau kepuasan serta kebutuhan siswa. Strategi-strategi tersebut tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, tetapi juga memperkuat daya tarik dan retensi siswa. Implikasi praktisnya, bimbel perlu terus mengoptimalkan inovasi digital, meningkatkan kompetensi tutor, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas teknologi pembelajaran agar mutu layanan tetap terjaga.
