Abstract

Nowadays the progressively development of the business make the various corporate over the world try to increase their effort to developtheir Companies. PT. XYZ intends to develop its company to become a market leader and get the maximal profit. The objective of thisresearch, is to find out whether there are influences between sales policies and return on equity to the increasing of liquidity for the periodof 2006-2010. The method used by primary data collecting (observation and interview) and secondary data by library research. The resultsindicating that: (1) PT. XYZ was able to fulfill the obligation financially, (2) Based on to profitability analysis shows that return on equitygoes up and descend but they are positive valuable altogether, indicating that the company own the abilities.

Abstract

To determine the effect of Work Environment and Compensation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti. This research uses a quantitative approach, namely through the causal type inferential analysis. This research seeks to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti with 440 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 82 people. Collecting data in this study using a closed questionnaire. The analysis method used partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, then 1). There is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee job satisfaction. 2). There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee job satisfaction. 3). There is a significant influence between work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti.

Abstract

Every organization aims to have the best performance, therefore, the quality of employees greatly determines the progress of the organization. Employees who are happy with their work routines will be more productive, while those who are dissatisfied with employees will be less productive and are more likely to want to quit their jobs. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job promotion on job satisfaction. It determines the effect of work discipline and job promotion on employee performance. It determines the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance while determining the effect of work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction and job promotion on performance. LLP-KUKM employees are involved through job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study was 80 employees. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results of the analysis show that work discipline and promotion have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work discipline and promotion have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Work discipline affects employee performance through job satisfaction of LLP-KUKM employees. Job promotion has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at LLP-KUKM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job placement and competence onemployee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT.Bank Mandiri Gandaria Branch. The sample used in this study were 100employees who worked at the Gandaria branch office by using a questionnaire tocollect data. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. Data analysistechnique using path analysis produces validity, reliability, classical assumptiontest using multicollinearity test, path test and hypothesis testing. The resultsshowed that the variable placement and competence have a significant effect onemployee performance variables through indirect motivation, placementvariables affect employee performance through motivation, competencevariables affect employee performance through motivation. The placementvariable has a direct effect on employee performance, the competence variablehas a significant effect on employee performance.
